Hays is the best! Our A/C hasn't been working and one call got Hays here and the A/C fixed, no problem. Awesome people and great work.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

With temps pushing past 110, it figured our air conditioner would call it quits. I called Hobaica Services and in a few days Scott Dale, the initial tech, and Jared, the comfort consultant, got us set up for a new unit. The company loaned us a portable cooling unit, and it kept one room livable until the new unit arrived. Gio and Tristan, the installation crew, had the unit up and running with no problem. The house was back in the 70s before we knew it.

The crews that have come from Goettl have been superb. Both in character and in talent. Always there for me when I need help with these things. This month I had my air conditioning system upgraded and enhanced. I love the new quitter system and the digital display is very smart! I have been introduced to water purity/softener/filter system this and the water is amazing! I have been taken care of! Q, Roberto, Conroy, Roberto, Dylan, Eli and Stephen have been great and are always welcome!

We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. Alien Air Conditioning and Heating just completed the APS Home Energy Audit and APS Advanced Air Conditioning Tune-Up on my home. Jose was the technician and I couldn't be happier with the job he did. Every step along the way Jose showed me what he was measuring and explained what it meant. It was also nice to see Jose wearing booties over his shoes when he was in my house and placing a tarp on the floor when he worked on the air handler and had to climb into the attic. Technician Jesse James was the best, don't let this employee ever leave! Helped educate us on our ductless mini split we had Lincoln Air install a year ago. Others techs have been nice but lacked the knowledge of the product and led me to search online in the beginning to learn myself.
