We have used Penguin Air, Plumbing & Electrical for a couple of times and they always provide AMAZING customer service from the time we call with an issue to the Technician performing the repairs. We had an issue with our HVAC pipes and Zeb Spencer was our Technician. He called prior to arriving, arrived on time and inspected our issue. Zeb provided a great recap of the issue and recommendations. He was able to repair and provided us with amazing service. He is very knowledgable, friendly and explained everything in detail. This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Dylan is a great tech and service provider. He is friendly, professional, and punctual. He's been to my house a couple of times, once during the summer heat at 115 deg plus..He filled my refrigerant and it really helped during that heat wave. I have been with Hobaica's for over 20 years and never disappointed!

I called the emergency line on Saturday at 7:25PM because my AC had stopped working and the house was at 86 degrees. I spoke to Chase, and he was able to get my house on the list for the following day on Sunday at 4:00PM. The AC was fixed very quickly within 15 minutes and the house has began cooling down. Thank you for your speedy service in under 24 hours. It was very important to me to get the AC fixed as quick as possible as I have a puppy. I definitely recommend this company and will share with anyone else who needs repairs or AC help.

Faster than a speeding bullet ... more reasonable than most competitors ... able to fix homeowner-error-created problems in a single bound. Called them at 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. Service tech was here and gone by 5:05. They even fixed a second problem I didn't know I had. Terrific service!!!

After having Scottsdale Air replace both of our HVAC systems in one day a few years ago and doing a beautiful job, I decided that we should have the also do the recommended annual maintenance. William came out today to preform the AC portion of the service and was amazing. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient and a real pleasure to meet. From the first call to AZ Perfect Comfort (I was referred to them by a plumbing company) I was impressed with the professional way Jana responded to my questions and scheduled the work. Technician Raymond arrived within the time promised and did a superb job of inspecting the ducting thru the attic and vacuuming loose lint. He did a thorough inspection of the duct and reported that a full cleaning was not necessary at this time. My son was napping when they initially came out to inspect his room (his room is about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house) and they were so respectful he didn't even wake up! They installed a return in his room- quick, efficient and CLEAN! They left his room spotless even after installing the vent in a popcorn ceiling. Highly recommend!!!!

They came out on the request of my one guard home warranty. The tech seemed a little shady and wanted to replace my whole air handler, which was an expensive and big job. i decided to get someone else out and he only needed to replace the coils, which was quicker and cheaper. said the rest was all good.

Dennis Supernaw was recently at my home to replace all of my under-sink water shut-off valves. They had become corroded over the years and he recommended the Dahl Co. brand as a top replacement model. I researched this and found it to be true. They make the best valves in the market and it seemed like a wise investment to put them in. Dennis showed up on time, was very professional and explained everything clearly while he was working. Marc was amazing. He was the 3 rd company to come out to give me an estimate. He was so patient going over all my options and I asked a million questions and he never even looked like I was driving him crazy. I ended up buying the top of the line AC with a lifetime warranty and he explained all the different options that he felt were important to me. My biggest problem in the past was airflow and he told me exactly what I need to fix the airflow problems. Very fast process, financing took 5 minutes, he made sure that SRP would give me a rebate since there were lots of factors involved and installation is Friday. He is definitely an asset to the company he works for. I would definitely recommend his company.
