Best experience ever with a Hays technician. Kevin was thorough with my AC maintanence & even found and fixed a problem that other techs had failed to detect. Answered all my questions and I learned quite a bit. Obviously takes pride in his work! Hays Kevin is a keeper!

We called 4 different electricians to fix our outdoor lights and pool lights. None of them called back. We saw an ad on TV for Penguin and gave them a call. They showed up on a Saturday to see what the problem was. They presented a few bids depending on the scope of work. We agreed on a plan and they were here bright and early on Monday to do the work. Two very nice guys! They were professional and thorough, and left a clean and tidy yard after having to dig trenches. Very pleased with their work

This review is overdue. We've relied on Sav-On Plumbing for repairs and upgrades for a couple of years. Their customer service is always outstanding. They are easy to schedule, show up promptly, and consistently do an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Our 1 year old A/C unit went out recently. I called Hobaica on Sunday afternoon and they sent out technician Ryan Waters first things Monday morning. Mr. Ryan is a very knowledgeable man who took the time to not only explain the problem, he respectfully put on shoe covers before coming in and out of the house, repaired the issue and courteously washed the coils but also sent us a video showing us how to wash the coils every so often to help the A/C units longevity and working capacity. Thank you Mr. Ryan for your ALL your service!! I just realized I didn't thank you while we talked about you being in the service!! It is this type of customer service that makes me want to stay with Hobaica. As long as you provide us with knowledgeable technicians like Mr. Ryan! I will make it a point to request he be our technician going forward! His work knowledge and ethics are rare these days, and I appreciate him for it!! Thank YOU!!!

More like Valley's worst. My home warranty picked this company for my AC not cooling issue last month. 5 weeks, 2 start capacitors, 1 control board, 90° nights of restless sleep. I, my wife and 2 daughters were duped. Conversations with Chase were not optimistic, but felt like he was blaming me for a faulty ac. Are you kidding me. They just put bandaids on. I received authority to change service companies, my AC is working tonight after a new condenser fan motor was installed. It took 1 hour to do the job right. Could've saved weeks of misery. Beware! Don't hire these guys. They will lie to you about amp readings to not have to do their jobs. Pretty obvious what the problem was said our new hvac company.

Great family owned company. Everyone from the dispatcher to the techs were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to assist me in a timely manner while keeping prices very reasonable. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

The P-trap under my sink was damaged by another contractor while he was installing a new dishwasher.I called Day & Night for repair service at 2pm on a Friday afternoon. Day & Night hustled to schedule a plumber (Jared) for 4pm that evening. Jared completly replaced the damaged plumbing parts and re-routed (cleaned up) the under sink drains.The repair took the better part of 2 hours. The quality of the work is outstanding.My only beef is the bill which was over $600. Still, I would call Day & Night again if needed because of the fast response and I know the job was done right.

I’ve obviously heard a lot about this company through the radio. When I had an electrical issue that I could not figure out, I gave them a call. They came a few days later, at the scheduled time. Instead of figuring out my issue first they went right into quoting some other things that I had mentioned I wanted a quote on, rather than to figure out my initial issue and then go in with the quotes. Now I realize that this is completely my fault but my “issue” turned out to be a GFCI outlet that was behind a freezer that I had failed to locate. But the part that’s hard for me is that the electrician STILL charged me 426 dollars even though that was the “issue”. That’s the last time I’ll be calling this company.

Great experience with the installation of the new heating and cooling system in our home. The team was very professional. neat as a pin and extremely hard working. It was a tough job getting the second furnace up in the attic but they managed it without having to cut a hole in the ceiling. Great job!

American Home Water and Air was able to schedule us same or next day for serivce - our choice. We requested Gerado as he had helped us with our water softner in December. Later that day we were recheduled with Louis due to Gerado being busy with emergency calls. Of course I was hesitate as we had a great experience with Gerado, but decided to trust the scheduler and go with Louis.
Sometimes you meet people who you know are destined for greatness and sucess. Louis is one of those people. In a time where most service associates are in a hurry and distracted, Louis was present and engaged in his work. You feel better just having met him. He was training Carlos who I imagine will also follow in Louis' steps. Both men gave me hope in our next generation.
Louis and Carlos came out trouble shoot our RO system. Since we are new to the area and had never had a RO system before, Louis expertly explained how the system works, what was working and what was not working, and offered a couple different options to proceed. We chose to replace the entire system. Wow! What a difference. We are enjoying our RO water system and the amount of water it now produces.
Louis and Carlos were friendly, knowledgable and efficent. You can feel confident in American Home Water & Air.
