It can be stressful letting strangers into your own home but they made me feel very comfortable. It’s also wonderful to have a working AC unit again! Thanks for the great work guys!

Matt came out to install a tankless water heater. As always, he did a fantastic job! In addition to the water heaters, I have used Hays for leaky faucets, new garbage disposal, new water softener, and sewer drain repairs. An update to my review is necessary because I felt pressured to give a 5 star review. While our service tech was on time, courteous (up until the end), and explained everything, I was basically forced to do my review right then and there while he was standing in front of me pointing at my phone and directing me where to go. Talk about awkward and inappropriate! I understand these reviews are probably important to the techs because they are probably evaluated and perhaps even get bonuses based on them. However, to expect your customer to do the review immediately while the tech is right in front of you is COMPLETELY inappropriate. We have had SO many issues with Goettl and their equipment that we recommend people STAY AWAY from them. Our supposed top quality air conditioner has had issues practically EVERY YEAR we have had it, and we have had issues w/techs installing equipment that needed to then be removed because it broke or shouldn't have even been there in the first place and then put back on and then remove and then put back on again. It's been a joke. This year's semi-annual Sadie service check-up was no different. This time they couldn't even locate the paperwork for parts they themselves sold to us to confirm warranty info!! Recommendation...Go somewhere else for your A/C needs.

Came on a weekend after we had someone else no call no show to repair. Very professional and helpful. We will need to replace our unit soon and will use them in the meantime they have fixed our ac unit.

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

Temperature Pro and General Manager Sam Barrow were extremely timely and professional. They have a very informative evaluation of my unit and were transparently honest on the performance on my current system, and the potential for a new unit. Would use them every time.

Business is not 24 hours as they claim. Called twice and left a voicemail on Saturday. Now its tuesday and Have yet to recieve a call back.

He is on time, excellent with repairs & maintenance, polite..I couldn't ask for more, except I do request him to always be my service technician. Julio and Terry were awesome. Any and all questions I had they were more than happy to answer and then some. It was a total learning experience in knowing how the units work and what does what. I highly recommend them to anyone!
