I called Penguin for a clogged drain. Excellent customer service from the initial phone call to completion of the work. They were out within 2 hours, fixed the problem, cleaned up after and charged an extremely fair price. I will definitely call them again and would highly recommend.

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Wonderful job

Shawn and his partner were really amazing to work with. After a poor experience with another company it was refreshing to feel like we weren’t being taken advantage of and pushed to purchase not needed services. The company as a whole was easy to schedule with, very friendly, and the work was excellent quality. We will definitely be using Day & Night Plumbing for any needs moving forward.

Reported no cool air around 7am and, AC repaired & paid for before noon same day.

We came to Scottsdale Air through a friend’s recommendation. They were fantastic to work with throughout the whole process. Each person we worked with went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and all of our questions were answered. It’s refreshing to come across a company that personalizes the experience by reading the customer and their needs. They approached our old home by listening to our concerns and by what makes quality sense, not just trying to upsell us. They truly focused on creating a relationship and a customer for life. Their quality and knowledge was evident.

Review and update... owner came by on Sunday, early in the morning, and fixed the AC unit in 15 minutes, something about a capacitor. HE didnt need to. Apparently, even though we have home warranty, the insurance only pays for normal business hours, so sunday was definitely not normal hours.
It seemed that the weekend person hadnt arrived at my calls so no one knew about my problem.
Once all the messages were written and reviewed, my problem with the AC was fixed less than 24 hrs later.
I'm very thankful since my 9 month old baby was able to sleep through the night.

He also checked to see if the part was under warranty and luckily it was. You can't find a better Company to trust in the Valley than them.. I would never give my service to any one but them. Javier Cruz with ACE Home Services is the best of the best! Not only is he knowledgeable about AC units but he made sure to explain things to me in a way that made sense. He was very friendly and professional. He performed services in a timely manner and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left.
