Nathan White was my technician and he did a fantastic job! He called ahead of time to give me an ETA, arrived on time, was friendly, professional and took time to show and explain what he was looking for to do our repairs to our AC unit that was not working at all. He was very knowledgeable about the unit and gave me some great suggestions on on how to keep our unit in good shape. He did not try to sell me anything we didn’t need and was very honest. I will use this company again just because of the great and professional service of Nathan.

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. Dylan is a great tech and service provider. He is friendly, professional, and punctual. He's been to my house a couple of times, once during the summer heat at 115 deg plus..He filled my refrigerant and it really helped during that heat wave. AZ Perfect Comfort is an amazing company. They are honest, have reasonable pricing and provide excellent Customer Service. Mack came out on Saturday, determined we needed a new Motherboard for one of our systems. Parts warehouse is closed on weekends, so it could not be ordered until Monday. He had the system up and running Monday morning. He is extremely knowledgeable, very personable, efficient and leaves no mess behind. When my AC went out on one of the hottest AZ summers Lincoln Air was able to come out the same day! They had my AC fixed and working in no time! Professional customer service with a smile, even in the heat! I highly recommend this company!!

On a Friday night that was 100 degrees one of my AC units was blowing warm air so I called Comfort One AC. Jessica took my call and said that they could have someone out on Saturday morning! She told me that Juha would be out at 7:00 am. Juha showed up on TIME! He diagnosed my AC unit (it's 25 years old) and had the needed parts in his van and was able to get me up and running in no time! There was no sales pitch to get me to replace my old unit. I know that someday I will need to replace it and I will be calling Comfort One when I do. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs. They are a GREAT and very honest company that won't try to upsell you. Thanks guys for the great service!

My air conditioning stopped working at night at the beginning of Labor Day weekend and of course every HVAC company is crazy busy and no one could commit to come out and look at it. Jimmy at Arcadia Air reached out to me within 12 hours and personally made time in his schedule to check it out. I've known the unit was dying and when it turned out he couldn't fix it and I needed a new unit, he got an installation set up right away. By the day after Labor Day my a/c unit was installed and up and running. They also repaired the ductwork for me where it was needed. His crew was very polite and very efficient. I couldn't be happier with Jimmy and Arcadia Air and I can't imagine using anyone else after this fantastic experience.

I recently had Parker and Sons install a new AC unit. I wasn't really in a hurry but they were able to get a sales agent to my house the next day and installers there 2 days later. There was no pressure to buy their biggest fanciest unit. He listened to what I was looking for since I had several specific check boxes for the unit. In the end he presented 4 options and recommended the lowest priced one but I had brand loyalty towards one of the options and it had a feature the others didn't.The installers were great as well. They showed up right on time in company attire and both introduced themselves (I'm horrible with names and forgot to write them down.) After showing them the thermostat, return and circuit breaker they got right to work. While taking down the old unit they found that the previous contractor didn't do a proper job installing it and had used undersized supply and return ducts (12 instead of 16) and hadn't cut a large enough hole in the roof for them to fit through either so even the undersized ducts were pinched off. They replaced the ducting and fixed the roof for proper flow at no extra charge. The new unit looks great up there is super quiet and is so much more comfortable and efficient than I could have imagined.I will definitely be calling Parker and Sons back to do my annual maintenance and probably for any other home repair or upgrade that I can't handle myself.

AC in AZ is important and when it goes out we all go into panic mode. I was able to get Howard Air to come look at my system the next morning. James from Howard Air was awesome every company should strive to have a army of employees like James. You know how when you find good people, it's evident? Good people have a certain way they talk, a certain way they walk, a certain way they help you through things.

Gerald and his team, (which I think consists mostly of his family) are just plain good people.

We had the unfortunate circumstance to have both of our A/C units experience issues in the summer of 2020 (of course, need I say more?). By the time we started talking with Gerald, I had already been on an a/c contractor parade. I buy nothing that will cost 10k+ without shopping around, so we're talking Excel spreadsheet comparison with all the different quotes, ideas, suggestions, etc...

I can say Gerald wasn't the least expensive option on the list, but was definitely one of the better prices, and his company offered a labor warranty that was 2.5x longer than the next closest installer. Bang for the buck-- this was a no-brainer.

On install day his team showed up and they're delightful. I can't imagine working in 100+ degree heat in an attic all day, so I honestly couldn't be more thankful. They're polite, informative and again, just plain good people.

I watched our old stuff hit the road and the new stuff come in, and wow. Totally awesome.
