Needed a new hot water heater at the rental house I'm in. Appt was between 3p and 5p. Kevin called and said he could come earlier if it was convenient. When does that ever happen..usually you have to wait until the end of the window. He showed up and told me when he figured he'd be done and was finished and gone in no time. Perfect!

Amy/Mark and crew did a great job of installing and making operational my new American Standard HVAC Heat Pump systems. From the first time I spoke to Amy on the phone about having A&M come to my home for a system quote, I realized there was something different about the way they operated their business. I thought it was very unusual to have the owner answering her own business phone. Amy gathered a truckload of information before even coming to the house. Then both Amy and Mark showed up at my home with detailed plans in hand and spent approximately 7 hrs. with me making suggestions, over all details and Mark surveyed ever square inch of my home and attic space. This was all before I even agreed to do business with them.
I have a very good feeling I will have a long relationship with them and some of the industries best equipment.

I am soooo impressed! John arrived when he said he would, knew exactly what was wrong with our a/c unit, pulled the part off the truck and had it working in about 10 minutes! AC went out over night on a Sunday. EXCELLENT response. Never imagined I would have Kirkland at my door by 9:00 AM. He was very thorough in his troubleshooting and found a bad contact switch that fixed the problem. Lesser companies can be found who would take this opportunity to upsell a capacitor or other component. Kirkland fixed the only real problem, resulting in a very reasonable service cost - ALL ON A SUNDAY. How often does that happen? Good job.

Our air scrubber bulb had gone out, which during cold, flu, and a pandemic... probably best to keep that thing running. The system was in need of a maintenance inspection anyway. I've always found Day&Night to be competent and I don't feel like I'm being wallet-flushed.
