I'm the typical skeptical customer but my skepticism was completely squashed with the service received from Sun Devil. From the lady who took my call to their tech the service was excellent. The tech was on time, customer attentive, well presented, honest but not pushy. Highly recommended!

Just Air did an amazing job for us when our A/C broke during the hottest week of the summer. The first tech was here in a few hours to diagnose - and later brought over a portable to help with some cooler air. The boss spent hours on the phone tracking down a condenser that would work with the warranty on the unit (amid supply chain shortages). And when that arrived, another tech came ASAP to fix everything (which took 4 hours in 114 degree temperatures.) Everyone was extremely helpful, efficient, and really cared about our welfare. We highly recommend this company Thanks so much for all your help!

From the first call to AZ Perfect Comfort (I was referred to them by a plumbing company) I was impressed with the professional way Jana responded to my questions and scheduled the work. Technician Raymond arrived within the time promised and did a superb job of inspecting the ducting thru the attic and vacuuming loose lint. He did a thorough inspection of the duct and reported that a full cleaning was not necessary at this time. Since I am selling the house I asked that he perform a full service.....he's very professional, very thorough and communicative. AZ Perfect Comfort is an excellent team. Had a unit go out and Cole the first tech that came out was super friendly, helpful and took time to answer questions thoroughly when helping me figure out what to replace it with. The guys that came to install the unit were just as helpful and got the job done quickly on install day. Very impressed with their service!

Horrible customer service. They were the HVAC company that my home builder used. One compressor in my two compressor house went out after 6 months. Came and diagnosed it on a Friday. Couldn't fix because needed a part. Came back the next Tuesday with the new part, didn't fix the problem. Said they needed a special tool. Said they would be back in a day or two with the tool. I called to schedule and they said they couldn't come back until the next Thursday. So basically two weeks after I initially called them. Horrible customer service. Come to find out they didn't replace any part on the 2nd return trip. That they actually just tried to clean the part. Then I found out the part they were waiting for is a semi-generic part that any A/C company would have in stock. So half my house, the part with all my kids bedrooms stayed in the mid 80s, while they waited for a part that any A/C company would have in stock. Such BS.

He explained everything that was wrong and fixed it and recommended future items to save for that would need to be fixed later on so I know what I’m dealing with. He is very thorough. I wish everyone was like him. I will recommended this company to others for the excellent service. He went above and beyond and even called me back on his day off which no one ever does . I greatly appreciated that since I was overwhelmed by this hot heat in AZ.
