Best Commercial Air Conditioning Service in Phoenix AZ

Overall good service and product. The BIGGEST issue is you cannot reach anyone on the phone or locally. It's all sourced to their corporate office in CA - and they don't know individual locations and all. So much is lost in translation. WE NEED LOCAL call areas - they know the day to day, schedules of their drivers. I have had some turn over of drivers - but NO ONE tells you - just be prepared to do the follow up on all - they don't call you. I have bi monthly service and yearly termite inspection and service as well. Sometimes they call you or text. Prior the staff at the local office (when you could reach someone) - they were not the most helpful. BUT the field techs and guys are GREAT - and very professional and return calls and texts. The product they use seems to work overall. I would recommend - BUT again - we need better follow up emails, calls and service. WE ARE the customers - you are to follow up with us - not the other way around - HELP with this. Thank you.

Annette and Ken are great - super friendly, always on-time and provide me with superior service compared to the other companies. They are not a franchise and so I never feel treated like I was just another number.

I also love the fact that they are able to help with all of my needs, including termites, and they give a free termite inspection. I will always use them for my pest control needs in the Phoenix area.

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. I've been using Green Magic Pest Control for about 5 years and Matt has always been terrific to work with. Nathan recently provided interior and exterior services for my home and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the product. About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
