I can't say enough positive things about Hays. Everyone who has helped us over the years has been very easy to work with and helpful. Today, our A/C went out, and within a couple of hours, Hays arrived to address the issue. Their technician, Roger, was incredibly nice and helpful. He fixed the problem quickly and cool air is once again blissfully swirling through the house. Roger provided exceptional service, and I heartily recommend him (and others at Hays). Terry Stone was our technician. Our air went out at about 11:30 or 12:00 at night and my husband was flipping out. I started calling around and it was the most frustrating part of the whole experience. Every company wanted to take down ALL of my information. Name, address, email, phone number, social security number. Just kidding, about the SSN but seriously, it was so annoying. My husband is cursing up a storm in the background and you want my email address? I'm tired, I have to work in the morning, my husband has to get up in three hours... just tell me if you have a tech available and when they will be able to come out! But no, no one was able to give me an estimated time except a couple, which gave me like a six hour time frame, 4 hours from now. No thanks. Then I reached Penguin Air. The lady that answered the phone was calm and extremely polite. She answered my questions without giving me the run around. She let me know exactly when a technician would be available and how much it would cost for the site visit. She THEN collected my information. She maintained her composure through my breakdown and I ended up apologizing for being so frustrated and thanked her for helping me as much as she did. She really was wonderful. Our tech called 30 minutes prior to coming out and was quick, polite, and knowledgeable. He even applied a coupon that they currently had. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to this company. When your AC goes out, call this company. No matter what time. I'm actually pretty sure our tech got out of bed in Buckeye and drove all the way to Gilbert in a monsoon for our service. This is a company that truly cares.

Next service update: Continue to receive great service from the Hobaica crew. Binh was just over here doing some repairs and he did a great professional job. Thanks again for the great work.

Chase was very professional and fixed my system in a timely manner. He stayed until after midnight to ensure my AC was back up and running. He was also very communicative throughout the process. I definitely recommend this company as their service is unparalleled!

I called Sun Devil because our house never got below 81 degrees on hot days, and was often warmer than that. Gerardo came out the same day, discovered that our air conditioner was too small for the space and the air handler was smaller still. He gave us a great deal on a new a/c and handler, and within 24 hours his crew were there to install it. Alex and Roy were so polite and they did an amazing job installing and cleaning up. Before they even left, the house was cooler than it's ever been and I felt air moving in places where the old unit never reached. It was exactly as Gerardo said it would be, and I'm so thankful I found them!

I have used Four Seasons for the past 3 years. They are truly the best AC company out there. The communication is exceptional from there dispatch. Tech was very professional and knowledgeable, takes time to explain findings and how they are going to proceed.

I had a new air conditioner installed by Kyle and Matt today. They showed up on time and were very professional. The crane showed up at the scheduled time and the switching of the units on top of my 2 story home was very efficient and quick. . Kyle showed me multiple pictures of the roof before the old unit was removed and various stages of the installation. As soon as the air conditioner was turned on, I could immediately tell how much better the air flow was. I would recommend SG Mechanical Services for all services they offer. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

Called with a hose bib leak - had to turn water off. They came out and fixed in less than 2 hours, amazing! I use them for my air con service and this was the 1st time for plumbing!

Their work is excellent. Me and my husband were very satisfied with the work done . We travel a lot and don’t have time to wait around for companies to fool around with prices , nor they themselves setting the dates on when they can come take a look at my AC so we're more than happy these people were fast and efficient when they came down on our own time to set up our new AC unit. So far so good.

My A/C was making a high pitched squeak and I was certain a bearing was shot. I wanted the fan repaired before it got really hot.

James came out and checked the air filter which was clogged. I had replacement filters on hand. He replaced the filters and didn’t charge me for the service call.

I’m embarrassed that I didn’t figure out the problem myself but thankful The problem is solved. I will call JustAir when I have any other issues with my A/C.

I have used this company for 20 years in both my home in Arcadia and now the Biltmore Estates. They are prompt, very knowledgeable and present you with various options depending on the size of your home as well as your lifestyle. They file the rebate information for you and make the experience as seamless as possible...They had to crane the unit into my yard and did not disrupt the neighborhood at all....Great company and so clean that I never knew they were here........ I cannot give AZ Perfect Comfort enough praise. We came home from an extended leave on Wednesday afternoon to a non-working AC. After checking their reviews, I called Janna. She scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am Thursday. Dan arrived early and got right to work. It showed that he really knows his stuff. He diagnosed the problem and clearly explained our options. We chose to replace the whole unit. Janna called me and set us up for installation the same day. Dan and Fred had us in cool comfort before the sun went down.
