The tech was very professional. She alerted us to the smell of gas out side by our meter. I called SWG immediately and they came out to fix the leak.

Unit had gone out called to get checked out .Moises went immediately ..turns out it only needed maintence ..Very honest responsible,communicative, and gave several recommendations! They're the best!

Stephen came out today to do a flood inspection. He cleared the drains in our bathrooms, flushed our water heater and fixed the plumbing under our kitchen sink. Now, everything flows beautifully. He did a great job and is a valuable asset to the company.

A man named Val came out and got our faulty A/C up and running within 10mins of arriving. We were worried we would have to sweat through the night before our problem would be fixed but this guy fixed it and had our house cooling back down in no time. We were surprised someone would come out so late too, we knew it was a stretch to get someone out soo quickly and late at night on a weekend but these guys pulled through. True customer service. He diagnosed our commercial AC unit quickly - got us a price on repair while on site and completed the repair on site as well upon our approval. Less than 1 day and all our AC needs were fixed. Moved recently from Tucson to Chandler, AZ. Needed an old AC unit to be replaced ahead of the summer season. Kyle came out today 5/ 7 / 2020 to service my Trane ac unit he was on time , friendly and very professional he was also wearing a mask and gloves' in line with social distancing , he did an excellent job I want to thank him and every one at benefit air conditioning for the outstanding service .

Miguel arrived on time. His appearance (clean uniform) and manners were impeccable.Miguel spent 1.5 hours inspecting and testing our 10 year old A/C, and recommended some maintenance, went over the details of what he found, with photos, assigned a priority to the recommended repairs, and provided a verbal estimate (which the office later confirmed in writing). I felt no pressure to make the repairs. A few hours after Miguel departed, I opted to accept their estimate.

Service tech was on time and very professional. They went above and beyond in Diagnosing and explaining my unit and it’s condition. I highly recommend this company.
