After previously having another company come out to try & identify the source of a leak, (which they could not find after cutting into the wall and ceiling!) A.P.E.S. was called out & Dominic was GREAT from the moment he walked in the door! Experience matters, they know what they're doing and he made everything so simple and smooth! He was able to pinpoint and address the leak within the hour. Very personable and clean work!! I can see Dominic truly cares about doing his work right, he has integrity!! The installation of a complete new HVAC system (2 AC units and 2 furnaces) and whole house duct cleaning for our home went very well. The cost of these services was more than fair. When you name your business Valley’s Best anything you set yourself up for a high level of customer expectation and you had better deliver if you want to stay successful. This is exactly what Chase and his team at Valley’s Best Heating and Air conditioning did. My 20 year old AC died on Saturday morning in the middle of August. I was visiting another city 1500 miles away and called Valley’s Best when they were recommended by a neighbor. Chase understood the unusual dynamic of my issue and immediately went to work so that I could conclude my visit without worry. When I returned home I found a new AC unit being installed with a high degree of quality and expertise. I was very impressed with Chase and his team. Of particular note is the AC tech named Jon D. As a business owner I know how difficult finding good employees can be. Jon D. exemplifies the type of team member that all businesses strive to find. Jon was professional and expedient. He showed up when he said he would and with a smile on his face. If he was delayed he would show the courtesy of calling and letting me know. He was open and transparent with his communication of the job scope, worked tirelessly on a Sunday when he could have had a day off, and never complained about working in my tiny attic – a place I have NEVER set foot in. Jon was respectful of my property and pets – he gave me a heads up before using loud equipment so that I could let my dogs outside and his clean-up was impeccable. I would hire him in a split second so Chase had better give this guy a raise!! When all was said and done Valley’s Best Heating and Air Conditioning lived up to its name. My new high efficiency AC unit runs quiet and cut my electric bills in half. Seriously. Well done, Chase and team.
