Went away for a weekend and came back to discover my dishwasher had leaked all over our home. Water had traveled from the kitchen into our living room and into the bedrooms throughout the house. I don't know how long the water was sitting but it was long enough for everything to get soaked. We called our insurance immediately. Within about 2 hours the Service Master Desert Dry team was onsite and got to work. The guys on the job were great. They explained the process, answered my questions, and worked with my insurance and returned our home back to normal in a few days. The crews that followed up explained the timeline and helped me with my insurance when I needed it. This had never happened to me before so I really appreciated how helpful their team was throughout the process.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work performed by Hector C. He spent quality time explaining how he planned to fix the damaged ceiling, walls, and moldings. He established a time that he would begin each day and arrived at exactly that time. Hector was prepared! He always brought the supplies required for each day's tasks.

He was quiet as he worked and kept us apprised of any issue he thought we should know. His final product is wonderful. Nobody would suspect the amount of damage that he erased with a very professional approach. We are very pleased.

??Due to a water leak in the attic, ServiceMaster was contacted by my home insurance company to help with the repairs. (This is my fault - I should have done my own research instead of trusting my insurance adjuster. Lesson learned.)
??They lack communication skills. Although I only had to deal with your company for 4, maybe 5 days, I had to call you to find out when a tech was coming over the next day and if the lab results were in; which they were but instead of calling me back or telling someone to contact me the next day because she was out of the office, Alex didn't.
??They lack customer service skills. Alex is very rude and I'm surprised she's on the phone; Summer is sweet and has better customer service. Only Nate and Jose were nice (the first 2 techs sent out), but the others, like the one who picked up the fans and the one who came by today to get a signature, need training on customer service. The tech who came today, rang the door bell and when I answered, he didn't introduce himself or what he wanted - he just tried to hand me my phone. Tell them that manners say when you are greeting a person especially a customer, say Hi. My name is.... and I'm from Service Master.
??Overall - call another company. Although I signed their form so they could get paid, I was NOT satisfied! Save yourself the headache and not knowing when you need to be home all because they haven't figured out a better scheduling system and don't train their employees on simple customer service skills. ??

I would like to recognize and personally thank David Youman for overseeing the project, and guiding his expert staff. In particular Mario Garcia who did most of the inside work, and his assistant Simon. The renovations were skillfully crafted, and it all came out beautifully. It was a complex project, and everyone was very kind, communicative and professional every step of the way. They made a difficult situation much easier for me to bear. They were excellent. They were very professional, and meticulous in their work. They wanted to be sure we were completely satisfied. They were punctual and very respectful and they made sure other things in the area were well protected. We felt very comfortable having them in our home.
