So they were contracted to my house from the home warranty company to fix my water heater. So of course the warranty company tells us not to worry everything is covered, well Santiago goes out and tells me they'll get back to me because they have to wait for a authorization code I was so mad at him that I went off on him. So I called the warranty company again to tell them what he was telling me. They tell you what you want to hear of course that's the title of a customer service rep. So when Alamo Plumbing Solutions comes out they call the back line and actually speak to the authorizations department. At first I didn't believe that the home warranty company would try to make me pay anything out of pocket. I Also didn't think they would make me have to wait 2-3 days for them to ship to shop the water heater. Well I went to Alamo Plumbing office to tell them look the customer service rep said I didn't have to wait for my water heater. Santiago was at the office at the time when I showed up. He showed me the confirmation of the water heater being ship to shop and then I was furious I called the back line to the home warranty company which the home warranty company is sneaky and doesn't want the homeowner to call. I felt bad for the plumber because after doing my research I found out that when you call the home warranty company your call is answered by a rep in another state possibly even an other country. He tried to even give me one of is water heaters that he stocked in his office. Of course the warranty company didn't want that either. I am writing this review to thank Alamo Plumbing Solutions for trying their best to help me and I'm sure other home warranty customers. Also be aware they wont pay your plumbing contractor nights or weekends so don't think about them sending anyone after hours or on a weekend. If it sounds too good then maybe it is!!

Great customer service, from Susy who scheduled my repair to Daniel they were both very professional and courteous, the work they performed was very tidy , would definitely recommend.

Don’t work with warranty with this company!!! Until they get their foot in your house they lie that your warranty coverage pays for labor and won’t be rude. Once you let them diagnose and fix with factory warranty, they don’t work with the manufacturer! They disagreed with them for some reason after I believed it would be covered and demanded me to pay for the labor. The general manager turned into a nightmare on the phone. Started to send legal threats until the money is paid on site, won’t even agree to give me 15 minutes so I can figure things out. It was over 200$. I should have paid a new unit. To be honest it only took them less than 45 minutes to fix and deal with the whole thing. I didn’t even waste their time. I hate arguing and getting in stressful disputes so it was worth me paying to avoid these bullies. This business is now a legal scam! 250$ labor for 45 minutes?! Please avoid them at all cost, TAKE MY ADVISE!

I was amazed. I tried Armendia first - a mistake. JRs guys came out, got the job done quickly, and charged a reasonable price. Didn't charge for time spent chasing parts. Don't pay for tv & radio ads, and maintaining a large fleet of trucks. Call these guys and pay for plumbing!

Paul with Roto-Rooter responded quickly to my backed up kitchen sink. He was very thorough in his explanation and very quick to fix the issue. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again if I have future plumbing issues.

We had a backed up clog in the main bathroom. Ms. Bea was gracious and so helpful to stay in contact with me to make the appointment for the Master Plumber (MP) David to come to my home. MP David was reasonable and fixed / repaired the clog and piping. It was a win win for us. Thank you so very much.

Don’t bother calling unless you want to be pressured into buying over priced solutions. A simple shower cartridge job and they wanted 655. Not to mention the $89 diagnostics fee even if you tell them what the issue is. Do they at least have amazing customer service to justify the price gauging ? No. They will cancel on you one day. Promise to be there the next day then call to say they’ll be late again. Do not bother with this company if you want good service or pricing.

Great service. Americo fit me into an early schedule. My water main had busted. He took care of it in about an hour. Explained every part of what he had done and made it understandable. Very honest and hard working company man. I would recommend North Star plumbing to all friends and family if ever they are in need.

Plumber is a real pro. He came as per schedule time. He was very flexible in schedule , he did our work on Sunday. He diagnosed the problem correctly and bought the required material and fixed the problem. He bought good quality pipe and other materials. He got real knowledge of plumbing as in my case he took care of gravity to drain the water through pipe. His assistant also looks very knowledgeable. His pricing very reasonable. I highly recommend this plumber. He also asked me to call him if there is any problem regarding the pipe.
