I woke up this morning to water leaking from my second floor bathroom through the ceiling, and into my kitchen. After reaching out to several plumbing companies with no success, I was referred to Arnold Moos by a family member.From our very first interaction they were empathetic, responsive and professional. Had a major water line break under the house. All I can say is “Wow!”. Outstanding job!!

Great price, prompt service. Fixed my dripping tub faucet at a FRACTION of the cost of many other local plumbers. The access hole to the bathroom was made through the adjoining room wall (to avoid breaking the tile); the cut was well done and the same drywall piece was put back in. Was able to save costs and time by using the parts I'd previously bought at the hardware shop.

Top notch. Showed up before scheduled time, stayed on it and kept me informed the entire way through. Highly professional. Great to see customer service skills like theirs still exist. I would highly recommend to anyone, and will be passing out there cards.

They dont even work weekends because there busy, so they would rather have the customer be without water than come out and fix the problem that could cost hundreds of dollars and the customer would have to wait till monday....

Called out from a request we made through our home warranty company and will never use them again! They did not use booties when coming into our home, which should be required when stepping into someone’s home with their outside shoes especially due to COVID. They left footprints in our shower and on the wall, also left dirt on the floor. I was told the owner of the company himself came out to make the repair which is shocking for the owner of the company to leave a customer’s home this way. Very unprofessional! Do not recommend!!

Had a major issue with the pipes, called and they had a plumber out within hours (this was on a weekend!). They were able to find the issue and schedule the repair the next day (they need to order parts). Great service, great communication, will be using again!

Johnathan Garza did a great job fixing my whirlpool. Had been told I would have to cut holes and remove tiles to fix. He got it completed without any of that. Greatly appreciate the job he did...
