My husband could not finish changing out our kitchen faucet. We contacted them and they were awesome! They changed it that same day, but $573 for one hour’s task seemed a bit expensive.

Our heat had went out and they were here within the hour. Oscar did a superb task at fixing it and was the perfect technician. We will keep on asking for him he explained and knowledgeable

The guys are awesome, #1 they answered the phone!!!, #2 They arrived when they said they would and called several times on the way to my house. They were fast and had the most current and not so current technical knowledge ( my house is a little older). They explained everything and the pricing was upfront no surprises. The were very polite even though I was going through a a breakdown, and my house was in chaos!! It did not phase them, They were the best in my time of need and I have used them twice in the last month!!

Chachi with Almighty Plumbing is the most professional plumber in the city. Just finished a big job in my 68 y.o. house with the installation of a water softener & reverse osmosis system & other minor plumbing issues I had. He definitely goes the extra mile & corrects any issues that weren't correct to begin with,instructs on the usage of shut off valves & how to troubleshoot any issues that might come up. Also he has great followup for any questions I had & has been very accessible by text or phone,which is very important. His customer service & professionalism & quality of work is beyond excellent. I would definitely recommend him & alr we ady have him booked for another job!

He was able to make it out to the house quickly, and I thought the price was very fair. Best of all, our leak was stopped and there was no need to wait on parts. He had everything he needed with him. He also walked me through what he was doing (I like to learn). He was fast and friendly. This will be my go to plumbing service from now on should any future issues arise in our house.

Rey Michael and his crew are very knowledgeable about all plumbing needs for a remodel. Willing to and capable of working around jobs delays due to Covid causing back orders. They arrive well equipped to tackle all job requirements. Will continue to hire for all plumbing.needs. They moved a gas line to accommodate installation of gas range, plumbed our sink, disposal, faucet and soap dispenser. And always clean up.

This review is about the customer service only. I cannot attest to their work.Called company on Friday morning to see if they can assist me with plumbing needs. Representative said they had everyone out on a call and asked if this was an emergency. I said no, he can schedule me in as I wasnt expected to be immediately taken care of at the last minute. Rep told me to texted him my info and he would contact me back after conferring with his schedule. Told him that would be fine. So I texted him my name and address. Friday went by without contact. I waited until now Monday evening around 8pm without a call. Apparently this business is so busy to bother with new customers or to even provide a courtesy call regarding the delay. I wouldn't do business with this company now even if they called. This was a complete waste of my time. I was looking for a reputable company and boy was I no where near getting close. I wouldn't trust anything these guys say now. I knew I should have just called a well-known company with whom actually wants my business.

Employees are well trained in customer service….and the technical aspects of their jobs. associate who has serviced my equipment has been good to project with. Kylee was exceptional today…she kept me informed about the problems with my furnace, was respectful of my property and communicated well.

I've dealt with a lot of contractors during my 71 years but never any contractors better than Randy and Daniel with ET's Plumbing & Rooter. They installed a toilet for us and were very polite, clean and professional. Ron & Shirley C.
