The guys showed up the day after I called to clean out a clogged kitchen drain pipe in a 70 year old house. In less than an hour they were able to clear the clog from outside. No mess, no fuss, no nonsense. These guys know their business and they got to it. Very reasonable rates and positive attitudes. I will definitely call them again for plumbing needs.

Prior to hiring Chambliss, I had contacted a plumbing company a neighbor had hired. I was given a window between 10am to 1pm. It was 3:30pm when a technician text me saying he was on his way. I told him to not bother and went on NextDoor app to find a new company. Chambliss had the most (and highest) ratings so I decided to reach out. I was given a two hour window in the afternoon. The next morning I received a call from Calvin saying they had an opening. Thirty minutes later he showed up with another gentleman and quickly fixed the problem. At the end of the appointment I thanked Calvin for his honesty and efficiency. He then proceeded to tell me that the owner prides himself for being in the business for 30 years with no advertisement, just word of mouth and honest service. The two young men told me they look down my drain line. But I did not see it. And they will come back for my water tank drain

Supposed to do my heating system repair work, 3 weeks later still no heat and now it says their phone number is no longer in service. scam company and I will be reaching out to channel six consumer reporter. maybe some bad publicity will at least have others warned

If I could give zero stars I would. In a nutshell I called for a leaking tub faucet. He charged me $300, made a whole in my wall and made a leak in my kitchen ceiling. YES! He messed up the tub pipes and there is a leak coming down onto my kitchen ceiling! Huge stain:( I have no water pressure in my tub/shower it still has a leak and he wont come back! Don't EVER use this plumber!
