I can’t believe how fast they made it out on a Saturday. Both of the person who spoke with me on the phone and the gentleman who came out we’re extremely professional and transparent. I would use again in a heartbeat.

Our AC went out in the middle night, and we couldn't get anyone to come until the next morning. I called another company that was incredibly rude and tried to sell me $1,000 worth of work that I didn't need. After hours on hold with other companies trying to find someone who could come out today, I finally called Hooper Plumbing and Air Conditioning. They were able to send a technician out within an hour to do the ac repair and quickly determined what needed repair (and what could wait). The technician was extremely friendly and helpful. I had no idea how much our old furnace was costing us! Thank you for getting this fixed so quickly---it was such an improvement from dealing with other companies!

Called Atlas plumbing at 10 pm on a Friday to fix an issue caused be repair work from Lightfoot Mechanical. William called me back within 10 minutes and walked me through how to handle the problem for a cheaper price tonight and what to worry and not worry about. Excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Just bought a new home in the area and it’s difficult to find contractors that don’t make you pay through the nose for mediocre work. William and Atlas plumbing have earned my future business by putting the customer before profits. Hard to find nowadays!

I don't even know how much I can appreciate them. They were very efficient in installing my new water heater. They are also the most reputable plumbing business in town and I will definitely hire them again.

Clayton of Mai Plumbing was extremely helpful over the phone to walk me through what work was going to be needed to be done in order to replace my water heater and fix a small gas leak. His estimate was very close to the actual price and was way less than other plumber companies I called.Dave (the plumber) was extremely professional and did an excellent job informing me of the things he was doing.Mai has now come out to my property twice and both times the level of craftsmanship and professionalism has been top notch.

This review is long overdue. Chad is wonderful. He came up with a plan that avoided digging through our house and foundation. All work was done outside quickly and cleanly. Chad and his team were in constant communication with us and we knew what was going to happen next at all times, and were always happy to answer our questions. Work was done on time as estimated and on budget. Couldn't ask for better service.

The crew showed up early, were very professional, prepared and courteous. It was a difficult job but they were efficient and tidy. We appreciate the great service.

Good service , fair price

Called Jason Edwards the morning of and informed me he could be at my residence to address the plumbing issue within a few hours and provided an ETA which he was on time for. He detected the source of the problem and installed new piping to fix the leak. Fantastic job all around and he was upfront with very reasonable prices. Good service is appreciated and should be rewarded. If you have any residential plumbing issues, H.C. Edwards Plumbing Service is the way to go.

First company said I would need to excavate main drain line to install a clean out. Audi came out and fixed the clog with a hydro jet that required no excavation
