Best Water Main in Dallas TX

Bummed. I’m a small business and contacted them for a quote. I told them what we needed and that we were an empty lot with no plumbing but just looking for a water line to water plants and see if a single bathroom would be possible. The lady on the phone set me an appointment for someone to come give us a quote, great! Well that day came and went and no one showed or called. I called the following day and the guy that answered told me that because it was a new build they weren’t taking it on an “oh sorry I guess no one called to tell you” I told him it’s not a new build, nothing permanent will be built on the property and he said that he would have a manager call me to discuss it. It’s been 6 days and no one called. I called because of all the positive reviews, sad I didn’t have a good experience.

I used this company a couple times now they're fast straight to the point without any price gouging

I've gone to Hooper twice now, and twice I've been satisfied. Both instances were emergency situations, and both times they did everything they could to get to me promptly. This last time, they had even made it to my house BEFORE I could make it home. Great, quick work done. The workers, Blake and Hector, were both so professional and easy going. Its always slightly nerve wrecking as a woman having to deal with male contractors alone, however these guys never made me feel taken advantage of. I've used them twice now and I'll continue to use them. They've also, twice now, given me the best or lowest quotes for their services as well. All around I'm a satisfied customer.

Wonderful service delivery! I called them late one afternoon and three guys from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC showed up right on time the next morning. They fixed a couple of leaks on different faucets and left immediately they were done.

Eric was the guy that made it out on a Sunday night after what was clearly a long day for him. Had service the prior Friday, but it turned out we needed the city to come out for their part. That was Saturday. Eric listened to the details, what was done Friday, what the city did, what was the remaining issue. Polite, kind, knowledgeable and willing to share tips to avoid future problems. Eric worked quickly and kept us informed of what was happening. This guy is a treasure.

They were on time, efficient and exceeded our expectations, which included fair pricing, a rarity in the DFW. Will add to our contacts, for sure.

We had a great experience with this shop. Before finding these guys, we used a different plumber who couldn't solve the problem. It took Carlos and Billy about 5 minutes to pinpoint the issue and resolve it. Their website says plumbing with integrity. I'd say that's spot on. Would recommend.

We had a clogged pipe and it was unfortunately determined that we needed an entire sewer line replacement. I came across Accurate Leak & Line and had them take a look and provide a quote for replacing the cast iron with modern pvc pipe. They were very reasonable in their pricing so I went ahead and contracted their services. I could not be any happier. The team who performed the work, both the diggers and the plumbers, were exceptional. Everything went smooth, even though the pathway to the city line was very difficult to trench. The entire job took only 8 days, and the yard looked identical (if not better) then before the work. I highly recommend their work if you need your sewer line repaired/replaced.

Dallas Plumbing and Air was the 3rd company we called for our AC on our old system and ACTUALLY fixed for less than any of them. It's taken me a week to cool down after A-1 Air and Milestone totally let us down and truly showed their colors on what a rip off this industry can be. Our first call was to A-1 Air, but the very first thing was that the customer service person mistakedly told the repairman that we were to have a check up for our system when we clearly told her it was broken. My husband and I were not amused that A-1 Air torched (yes, torched) the fan blade off our old system so it was not reparable. I literally told A-1 to leave our house at that moment as this was obviously going nowhere - and got nothing fixed for our fee. Then Milestone came out for more ($99) and saw the torched fan blade - also not able to get parts on a Saturday. They wanted us to spend $8000+ for a new system we didn't need. We told them we just wanted our old system fixed so they estimated $800+ - on Saturday for the parts and magically those parts jumped up to more than $1400 on Monday. After all of that, we called one more company - Dallas Plumbing Company came out and fixed it for less than $600. Here's the bottom line, the air conditioning business is a racket. And if they think you are desperate enough, you will pay anything to get it fixed. The only way we survived this ordeal is that we have a 2nd air conditioner so we lived upstairs for days till all of this ended....Remember those that advertise alot on TV are making you pay for it in the end.....we appreciate Dallas Plumbing not trying to gouge us and we will remember them the next time we need our air and perhaps our plumbing too fixed.

Technicians arrived on time, were very efficient with diagnosing the leak and repairing it. Both were knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely use the company again!

Overall, lost trust. I had a large project that involved rerouting the sewer line plumbing in two areas of the house. One of the plumbers cut a hole through the outside brick to install a pipe. In doing so, he cut out part of my rim joist (left it lying in the bushes) and cut right through the corner studs where two load-bearing walls come together. The dangling studs were hanging above the pipe. There was already considerable damage in the wall due to leaking plumbing. When I confronted the company about it, they sent out a plumber to discuss correcting the situation.The representative said I didn't have weight on either load bearing wall in that corner. He didn't see an issue. That wasn't true. One wall was holding up my roof gable. After time, there would be sagging and those dangling studs would probably break the pipe directly under them.That's when I lost faith in the company. Herndon McFarland Plumbing was very courteous and professional until I had this issue. Since it was my word against the representative, I ended up paying another plumber to install the correct 45 angle pipe outside instead of their 90 degree angle pipe and then reroute the plumbing inside the house. This allowed us to frame the corner and replace the rim joist.

Had Lucca come out for same day Saturday service and he repaired problem at a reasonable rate. He also informed me the unit is 15 years old and runs on R22 so will pretty much need to be replaced Jan 2020. I think I had heard about that before, but didn't realize it applied to my house, but it was built in 1982 so at the end of the day, while I didn't want to buy a new AC unit now, it's probably my best option given the circumstances. I've had other HVAC companies tell me several times I'd probably have to replace it in the next few years. They just never said why.Regardless, Lucca and Jen are wonderful and caring, and their suggestions are the same as what they would do for their own home or that of a family member. They did not pressure, only informed and educated so I could make a good decision, and Lucca expected I'd look at competitors and told me what to look for and consider so I could make that best decision.In the past, I've learned I can always find a cheaper quote elsewhere, but often that doesn't mean the vendor suggesting more extensive/expensive work is lying. It means someone else is always willing to put a bandaid on it while I keep my head buried in the sand and send thoughts and prayers to the universe to change what cannot be changed. I've learned to just accept it when maintenance issues absolutely must be addressed and in the long run, it saves me time and hassle (and money) to just address the problem head on and efficiently.If that's the kind of service you're looking for, you're looking for Barbosa. Buying a new HVAC sucks but we only do it a few times in life, if that. At least get it done right and effortlessly by a truly expert, world class team who prioritizes customer service.
