I had a great experience today with Cody and Sons. We had some dry wall damage on the ceilings due to a water leaks. The technician arrived earlier and was quick to diagnose the problem. He was able to recreate the incident and recorded on video the root cause. He fixed it and showed me pictures of the problem. He finished up and checked to make sure everything else good. Price was reasonable and didn’t seem excessive.I liked how knowledgeable and well spoken the tech was. I would definitely call them again!

Tribeca Plumbing did repair work to the sewer out line to my home after another Dallas company repaired my foundation and we had a leak underneath the foundation. After receiving several quotes, Tribeca was the most reasonable and could it done in the time frame requested. The project manager kept me constantly updated and the team was professional and extremely clean considering it rained the entire time and they were going through the foundation and digging underneath the slab. I will be using them for additional projects around my home whenever needed.

I have had Hooper Plumbing and A/C as part of my home maintenance team for over 15 years. Would not use this firm again. Charge for use of camera to locate blockage was $500. My plumber who was not available would have charged me $125.Mr. Rooter had a sub-contractor dig up the blockage and charged me $3,600. My Plumber would have charged me $1,200. Needless to say, I allowed Mr. Rooter to do the work.Looking back, I should have waited 2 days and possibly risked another blockage and saved $2,400.Another problem was that I took their suggestion of using American Water Damage. Another mistake. The manager came in and tore apart the baseboard and carpet stating that it would be covered completely by home insurance. NOT. Insurance only covered partial of what he tore up. Had to use my own funds for baseboards and carpet damage he did. He also did not return my multiple calls to his office. Insurance company couldn't get hold of him either. Bad business policy.

The estimate we received to repair ONE outdoor faucet was $1,250! I said no way and called my regular plumber that took an additional day, but he also only charged $235. Over a THOUSAND dollar difference. We were just lucky that our repair wasn’t urgent, otherwise we would have been out so much more money with RC.
