I’ve used them twice for two different issues. They really take the time to make sure the issue is repaired. The friendliest people I’ve ever done business with. I’ve worked with Eugene and Windell. I’m just so impressed. I had Bakers Bros out before AAA Auger and they charged me hundreds of dollars, didn’t fix my issue and told me I needed a $2,000 repair. AAA Auger fixed my issue for just a couple hundred. Highly recommend.

Luis did a great job with fixing the root cause of the electrical failure causing the sockets and lights in our primary bedroom to malfunction.He also performed a complimentary electrical safety inspection and thoroughly explained the options to fix some of the critical issues. Its been a good experience hiring Milestone to resolve the issue. I certainly recommend them !

Both plumbers (Luis and Sergio) who have come out to make repairs in the past year were knowledgeable and diagnosed the problems correctly the first time. They didn't try to sell me repairs I didn't need (as another plumbing company did), and they were highly professional. They were also just plain easy to work with, kind, and helpful. I always get arrival updates from them, too.

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing. We had Daryl Robinson come to our home about 2 hours after calling for service. Daryl explained the repairs and why the parts needed to be replaced and said that would stop the squeaking we were hearing in the toilet. While he was here, my mother inquired about her bathroom sink and asked about cost to repair the broken stopper. Daryl did provide a cost for repair but we chose not to have this done at the time. After fixing the toilets however Daryl took the time at no additional cost to pull the stopper out for us. He also stated we could save the sink repair money by simply getting a cheap hair catcher to use in the sink. Now finally our 2nd bathroom is more functional. I don't know if we could have had our toilets repaired cheaper by another company, but I do know we have been charged more from another company for repairing a part of what he replaced. So, due to the professionalism and politeness I will most likely use this company again. I also greatly appreciate Daryl taking time to make the sink functional for my senior citizen mother at no additional charge. The no service charge for an estimate is also a wonderful plus and certainly hope that never changes.
