Metro Flow (and Sal) did a great job. I called this morning, they scheduled me for the afternoon, provided updates by phone and text on arrival times. Sal arrived early in a neat and clean uniform with a mask. He was polite and friendly. He fixed (the mistakes of another plumber) and did so quickly and completely. He explained to me several time what was done wrong by the other plumber and how he need to fix it. Once he fixed it he showed me in detail the fixed faucet and we examined it together carefully. The bill was fair. I am a very happy customer. I will be back to Metro Flow and I plan to request Sal! Good work guys!

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE FOR “BIG JOBS”My plumbing system is worse than what they have started and they have been out at my house about 5 times now and nothing is complete. I am LOOKING TO GO TO COURT on them it is so bad of a job. I have had other plumbers come out and look and they didn’t understand what was going on or the work that has been doneI have been out of water for 2 months now and keep on getting delayed and pushed back. Plumbers only work for about 2hrs on average (for a plumbing job i was told would take 2 days) when they come and when the plumbers get on site, all of them have said they didn’t realize the extent of the job they had to do and didn’t have all the equipment on hand. I showed one of the plumbers the invoice wrote up for me, even he didn’t understand it and was questioning it. I was told that the $8,000 i paid would fix the whole plumbing system but that was a lie.

I called yesterday about an estimate for a Milestone security system to replace a family member's existing security company. We were given an appointment for the next day. Jon came to the house and the first thing he asked was if I would like him to wear a mask. I did, so he happily complied. He looked at the existing security system and gave me time to explain what additional features we wanted. He gave us different options and then worked up the estimate. He was very professional and helpful. The monthly service amount would be lower than what they're paying now. I would definitely recommend Milestone Security. I've used it at my own house for years and am pleased with the service.
