Evan and his partner came to my brother’s house to do the new plumbing for my brother’s total remodel of his bathroom. They were on time, courteous, and professional. I have had only good things to say about this company, for work done both at my home and my brother’s. My general contractor was also impressed. Thank you!The guys also repaired the washing machine connections which were about to corrode away at their last trip. Please understand that I have no complaint with the technicians. I do have a complaint with the scheduling office. I approved Evan’s estimate on Monday, and there were four more business days until Christmas Eve on Saturday. I called 3 times to get someone scheduled during those 4 business days, and nothing came of any of those calls. This meant that my brother had to stay in the hotel 8 more days at a cost of $125 per night until someone was available to finish out the job. Evan came yesterday to do the work, and it took 1/2a day, but first he was sent to Westlake to fix a broken pipe due to the hard freeze we had over the weekend. The way our job was prioritized was extremely poor! Your company can employ great technicians, but your customer service for us was a failure!!!! We are not wealthy people, and my brother is a disabled vet!!!! I have not been offered any reason why our job could not be completed in the 4 work days before Christmas weekend, also when the hard freeze hit. I truly feel that we should have been given priority over any broken pipes, and we should be compensated for the additional nights in the hotel. I am so disappointed, especially since I have had work done at my house and my brother’s by your company. Not only that, now I have to find a new plumber! So sad!!!!

Richard and his team at Tribeca Plumbing did a fantastic job for my family and me shortly after the freeze hit Texas. We experienced some significant damage to our pipes from the freeze and the crews at Tribeca were extremely responsive and quick to diagnose and fix the issues with a fair price. Very professional and timely, even though it was late at night! Crew came in and did their work, fixing the issue. My biggest complaint (not the fault of the crew) was that the price was 2-3x higher than I've paid other plumbers, and that just seems wrong. So service is good, if you can pay for it.

Plumber came out and replaced 6 water cutoff's under kitchen and bathroom sinks. Next day I had the sinks and countertops replaced and had another plumbing company com out and reconnect all the plumbing to new sinks. They had to rework 3 of the cutoff's due to them leaking. I could have called One Source back out but did not want to wait so I just had them repair the faulty work that One Source did

My issue was that I had a leaky faucet outside. They came out and determined. It was just a screw that needs to be tightened. Saving me hundreds in replacement. We could have charged to replace it but save me in the long run. I will definitely be using their services again.

Jacob was excellent in identifying a problem so quickly and replacing an igniter in my tankless water heater. He explained everything easily and showed me what needed to be done. I would highly recommend.

BEWARE!!! Howard is an unethical plumber that never fixed a water heater that he was paid in advance over $600 to fix, that should have costs $50 in parts plus labor. Howard was not knowledgeable of hot water heaters or the electrical components required for installation. Howard sold me a stolen water heater that he knew would not work in my home and left with the money and stopped answering his phone. He also lied about how much he was owed for a reimbursement of parts that were never used because of the incorrect water heater that he brought. Howard is unprofessional as he does not arrive on time. We would agree to meet at 4:30 and each time he would arrive at my home after 9pm and always have an excuse as to why he was late. Howard comes off as a sincere person however it is all a scam to make you comfortable with him. I advise anyone to avoid doing business with him. I will be taking legal action against Howard and 3rd generation plumbing pros.

Frank and Donny did a great job fixing our slab leak under the slab. Great experience overall! I will definitely use Mr.Rooter again for all my future plumbing needs!

They repaired a sewer line leak. The crew was clean and efficient. Their excavation crew had all the dirt under my house put back and left my backyard the way they found it. Great job!
