I really appreciate Cody & Sons with shoutout to Big Mike. They came out same day, got a quote to me in less than an hour and then were able to start the job the next day. Big Mike walked me thru all my options and answered my millions of questions. I had a lot of ducts that went everywhere so the AC was uneven throughout the house. They cleaned it up, stretched them and hung them. They took pictures at every step and sent them to me when I requested. It was a very professional service and a clean job. I will definitely use again.

We have used metro plumbing twice now and both times they have been amazing! Very knowledgeable, on time, and able to get us in quickly! Didn’t overcharge for stuff that wasn’t necessary which we also appreciated. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend them, our old house has had it's share of issues from irrigation to main line issues and Reeves always is able to see us same day when we really need them. They know our house, they remember us, it's really nice to see the same guys come out and check up on things. They are honest and fair and I feel like they care about getting the job done as well as letting us know exactly what is going on and what our options are.

Had a hot water heater installed along with a few faucet knobs, a slow draining sink and a drippy faucet repaired. The team was on time, but outside of the installation of the water heater, the guys had no idea about any of the other projects they were supposed to work on per my initial conversation with Clayton when setting up the appointment.Everything that was on the list to get done, got done and they did a good job. However, the team left a ton of dirt from the water heater installation and a bunch of grease in the shower and bathtub. I was charged an additional $160 for the flood stop device (plus $1.50 each for 4 AA batteries that were used in the device) despite the service man stating it was included in my original quote.

I have been using this company for the past 15 years and they are my go to plumbing company. They are dependable, competitively priced and stand by their work. I’ve had them come out on a weekend as well as a weekday and there are never any extra charges for evenings, weekends or holidays. If you are in need of a plumber then call them!

Their pricing was very affordable and we were able to get them in to detect a leak and get it fixed shortly after. We will definitely use them again!

Reliable and professional

I received an advertisement in the mail regarding unclogging drains for $69 from RC pros Plumbing. A local and stated reputable company in Irving,Texas. When the gentlemen arrived to my home and tried to unclog the drain he stated he was unable to do so and in order to unclog extensive work would be needed. Something along the lines of going in walls etc. He than advised me to have him place a camera in the plumbing, due to the fact that I may have a bigger issue on my hands. He did not charge me the $69 for the attempt to unclog the drain but up charged me $129 to identify issues with the camera. My diagnoses was that I needed about $12-18k of plumbing work done to the home!!! As a new homeowner that was not in my budget but I thanked him for his time and paid the $129 for his work. Two months later I just couldn't take the clogged shower and tried my luck with another plumber.Thank you to my great neighbors on Next door I found a reliable plumber and came by today. He not only unclogged by bathroom drain successfully but a sink drain that needed some help as well. All this done for under $200. He than took a look at the plumbing as an act of kindness. Stated my plumbing was in good condition in fact there were some new PVC pipes added to the home recently when purchased.It is unfortunate that there are contractors out to get homeowners. Please be aware of this company and their false advertisements.
