Best Plumbing Emergency in Dallas TX

WARNING!!!! The Company wanted in my opinion HIGHWAY ROBBERY $500 in addition to their $89 service charge to replace a pipe broken by weather! ! Taking advantage of the need and high demand! Never again!! Paid the service charge, and refused the robbery!!!! Same pipe burst two years ago when grid power was down, $200 maximum! Should have just waited for them!!!!!

Fantastic work, came out later in the evening for an emergency job to replace a leaking and broken water heater drain valve. Didn't overcharge like some of the big companies would and didn't try to force me to pay for or purchase anything that I didn't need. Jason was very personable and helpful, including educating us on the best steps moving forward to save us stress and money.

Jordan and Omari were fabulous. They were very professional and friendly. They knew what needed to be done and did it in a prompt and professional manner. Jordan explained everything that needed to be done and why. He found the hot water heater leak and advised us promptly that we needed to correct the problem. He left the house and within 5 minutes it started to leak. My husband called him and he came back and cut the water off. He was here the next morning to replace the water heaters. Called another company this morning. The other company (won’t mention their name but rhymes with moto-scooter). They had a coupon which “didn’t work at this location”. Played run around with them. So hung up and called Mr Rooter. Within the hour, had a tech here working on the problem. Within a couple of hours all work is completed with future work scheduled. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Mr Rooter. We will be calling you again!!
