I was quoted an astronomical price on an AC unit. Hooper quoted me a fair price that was thousands less. I went with Hooper and they installed my new AC unit and I now have a service contract with them. Johnnie also found and remedied an issue on one of my existing AC units when he was here on my annual visit. I feel like they are knowledgeable and trustworthy and aren’t trying to sell me on extra things. I also like that they retain their technicians.

Like many others, we found ourselves with a broken pipe due to the freeze. We contacted Reeves and were able to get someone out the next day. Two courteous and professional men arrived and made quick work of the repair. They were masked, and even used plastic covers on their shoes to keep from tracking the snow into the house. Reeves has my highest personal recommendation.

My technician Terry was professional, courteous and hard working. He explained the process for clearing my exterior drains and then he began methodically working his way through my drains. With each cleared section my drains began to flow more efficiently. I have some work to do in my flowerbeds to reduce dirt and debris from going into my drains but Terry and Roto Rooter removed years of debris in a couple of shorts hours

Highly recommend this company! Diego and Frank were excellent! It’s Saturday and we had a leak. We called 8 other companies and they all told us we were out of luck and they couldn’t come till Tuesday. These guys were super responsive and showed up unbelievably quick! I have used this company a few times as I have had quite a few A/C and HVAC issues. Now I'm starting to think that these guys were the issue. However, I scheduled an appointment with Dallas Plumbing on 11/16 and a technician came out. He said that the DATS sensor in my HVAC was bad and needed to be replaced. He told me that the cost of replacement would be $383.00, which I paid. My appointment for replacement was to be 11/17 first thing in the morning. No one came.I called in the afternoon, figuring they got busy. Their answering service said that someone would call me back--they didn't. I called again and again over the next few days while my wife suffered the frigid temperature in my house. Every time, the answering service would tell me that they made a note and that a supervisor would call me back promptly--they didn't. One answering service agent said she'd call me back personally--she didn't. Although they acknowledged that there was supposed to be an appointment on 11/17, no one could provide any answers as to why no one showed up or provide any idea of when (if ever) they would come. Even to get a refund for the sensor I've never seen and will never receive, the call service could only tell me that a supervisor will call me shortly. I'm not holding my breath. In short... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have used them a couple of times and am very impressed by their service. There is always someone answering the phone and they are on time. The best thing about them is that they do not charge you until they come out and review the need repairs. That allows me to make an accurate decision on whether or not to continue without a trip charge that kind of forces you to proceed because of the sunk cost.
