Poor experience, called for an estimate appt on 5/12, they said they could see us that day. Called later to say they need to move to next day. No problem, its end of day and emergencies get preference.Woke me up at 7:30am on a Saturday 5/13 and said a tech would arrive between 9-930am. At 9:50am I called and a man said they don’t know what happened, but I’m on the schedule for 10-1pm. He assured me he would investigate the miscommunication from that morning and call me back. No call back. At 12:45pm this was cutting into our day so I called to cancel our appt. The woman assured us they would tell dispatch. At 1:30pm tech arrives as we are trying to leave for errands. Fine he’s here, let’s get an estimate.A secondary sales guy shows up to give us our quote, he sits us down and says that we will be given a 3-ton unit since that’s what we have, and he recommends. I ask if he did any testing to confirm what’s needed, since our current unit is over 20 years old and, you know, technology changes. Says no tests are needed, it might change the ducting, and “the general rule of thumb is 500sqft per ton”. He then asked how many sqft we have (2400), and then….didn’t change his recommendation.All in all we needed at least a 4 ton by his own rule of thumb, and upon checking our unit we CURRENTLY have a 4 ton. This team didn’t do any heat loading, didn’t even know what our square footage was, tried to sell us a lower unit and didn’t even know what tonnage we currently had. All with a much higher price than competitors. At this point the money wouldn’t be the issue, but I have no confidence in their recommendations.The technician however was respectful and efficient, and even avoided our rug with his shoes, that was nice.

They did an awesome job. They arrived when they said they would. Had a lot of patience with me cause I wasn't necessarily sure where what they needed was. They talked to my husband on the phone and explained what was going on. They showed me everything thing that they were doing and explained it so I could understand. They came back after they already left because I finally found the pipe we were looking for. Diagnosed the problem and we are getting it taken care of tomorrow.

We needed to replace the main water line to our house due to a leak and after finding the leak, discovering the water pipe used originally had been recalled in 2020. Atlas was very accommodating in scheduling someone the same day we called to come out and look at the work we had done to find the leak and give us an estimate on how much the job would be and how long it would take to complete.Eddie and his partner texted to let us know when they were on their way and were very professional and helpful. He provided options for us to consider and also gave us his recommendations. He answered our questions and provided us with contact information for a finance company before he left, when we requested it.All communication and quotes were clear and in text or email so we were able to go back easily and reference them.Atlas called back the next day to check and make sure we had received all the information we had requested and to see if we had any additional questions. I will definitely recommend Atlas Plumming to anyone looking for quality plumming services from friendly, professional individuals.

Highly recommended. Lost AC last week in 100 degree heat. Called for service and repairman arrived within 3 hours. Got unit working shortly thereafter.Unit is 14 years old so discussed replacement options with Luke. Presented with five options before deciding on one. Installation of new unit was completed in one day. Friendly crew and they took care to protect carpet and walls in areas they were working in. Will definitely use again in the future as plumbing, heating and air events occur. We have owned our home for 30 years and I have used many different vendors over the years. This was the best experience and I highly recommend to anyone having AC problems.

The only issue I have is not showing up in the time window they give you. I do appreciate them calling and letting me know they'll be late but it holds up my day when they don't show up on time. It's happened twice.

My AC was leaking through a light. It’s not supposed to do that! One of my friends told me to call Baker Bros and I did. Jake was very efficient and respectful. He fixed the problem quickly and then we chatted a few min about his cat Tex. I’m a huge cat lover so that was an added bonus! I will use Baker Bros again and recommend y’all to everyone. We have benefited from C and C's Service twice. Both times the young men who came were courteous and the work was accomplished quickly and well. The last time, I forgot something that I wanted to have done. The fellows already had driven away. I called, and in a matter of minutes they returned and soon had my extra done--at NO extra charge. I also appreciated their advice regarding a future plumbing need which we have. When we are ready to have that done, we will be calling C and C again.

I could not be more thrilled with my experience with Airforce One. They have been serving my HVAC for over 10 years. This August I had to have AC replaced as it was a very old unit. They replaced it 2 days after it died and the process was simple and seamless. They left no trace of their presence in my house except for the new equipment. The payment process was simple and understandable and every employee was kind and respectful as well as professional. I highly recommend Airforce One for any of your HVAC or plumbing needs.

David Jones came out after hours to look at my unit. Our unit is over 20 yrs old. He inspected it, looked at the air handler and the duct work. All of it was done by a DIY person before us that tried to save a buck but didn't do good practices. He gave us a good assessment of our situation. We have used ARS for our plumbing needs for many years, and glad we called on them to help with our AC.
