Frymire was recommended by two of our neighbors and we were very pleased with their service. Our technician was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on with our furnace so that we could understand. He was quick and efficient and provided options to fix it, the cost, and the time it would take.
I needed someone to check my gas fireplace for a leak. Other companies wanted to schedule an appointment over a week out. Frymire called back immediately and scheduled for the same day. They sent a message with a picture and brief bio of the person who was coming to my home. This is a fabulous security tool! Lane was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He showed me everything and explained what he was doing as he went. Once the problem was found, he gave me options of how it could be repaired. There was absolutely no pressure to do the pricier option. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. I don’t know how their price compares with other companies for this specific problem, but it seemed very reasonable for the work done. I will definitely use this company again for other problems as they arise and highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
We discovered a sewage block in our pipes. Gilberto and his crew came as quickly as possible. Their reaction time was fantastic. They were thorough with figuring out what was happening and then quick to repair. He and his crew were friendly, professional and very caring about our job. We would highly recommend Gilberto and his crew!!

Chance Cooper did a wonderful job. I had my baby sleeping in the living room and he was very respectful and got us taken care of without waking him! He knows what he's doing and I definitely would recommend this company to anyone that needs a plumber, because of him!
Since my previous review (below), I have been in touch with Frymire who has made it a priority to correct any misgivings and miscommunications. I must say, that in spite of the sales guy, that they do have good staff members. If I had dealt with Omar from the beginning, this would be at least a 4 star review, instead of a 3 star review. Thanks Omar!I am now only waiting for the accounting dept. to validate my Energy Star certification that comes with the heat pumps I received. I don't know what the hold up is.New federal income tax credits are available through 2032 to lower the cost of energy efficient home upgrades by up to 30 percent. Improvements such as installing heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, insulation, doors and windows, as well as electrical panel upgrades, home energy audits and more, are covered by the tax credits and can help families save money on their monthly energy bills for years to come.(PAST REVIEW)DON'T DO IT!After being over charged $30k for two heat pumps, I'm now paying more than double in electric!First the salesman (Chris), came into my home making all these promises about how efficient these systems would be, and how the deal I was getting was great value. (I've now priced matched with other companies, and this was all lies) He even told me he would be their every step of the way, seeing my apprehension with spending this kind of money, when a traditional install would be more than half the cost.I HAVEN'T SEEN HIDE OR HAIR OF HIM SINCE HE TOLD ME THOSE LIES. I texted Chris to let him know the installation was sloppy and was done inefficiently. I was told by the installers, the receptionist, and by Chris that someone would contact me about this debacle. 3 months and I haven't heard from anyone. THEY EVEN INSTALLED RETURNS NEXT TO MY FIRE EXTINGUISHERS!After receiving three $800 electric bills, I am now reviewing my contract with Frymire; I WANT OUT OF THIS NIGHTMARE!

The two technicians that we have used have been wonderful! I had a not so pleasant experience with the sales team today. Sales tactics are extremely pushy trying to sell me the biggest and most expensive unit possible. I requested a quote for a less expensive unit and explained that I am looking at several quotes. He told me all the other companies will not install units correctly. I requested a different salesperson and have been waiting on a return call since midday. Very disappointed!

Frymire are decent and honorable plumbers and AC repair people. The maintenance plans are affordable and the recommendations that they provide are reasonable. I like the fact that they call ME to come fulfill the maintenance contract! Ever courteous, their plumbers have helped me greatly when another plumbing company took advantage of us. Tank-less HW heater hadn't been serviced in the nearly 4 years we've owned this house. House was built in 2015 so quite possible it hadn't ever been serviced. Lane made a recommendation that we accepted to flush it out with a descale and that turned out to be the right call. Although a bit more expensive than the standard vinegar treatment, you get what you pay for and piece of mind with a fully serviced piece of equipment is priceless. Lane was excellent, professional and explained everything along the way. He shared process photos and has a bright future ahead of him as a master plumber.

My seventeen year old water heater failed and I needed help fast. I generally don't hit the first link in Google, but this time I didn't have time to mess around. So I hit the first link They responded quickly and a technician was at my door in less an hour. Initial troubleshooting revealed my worst fears, time for a new water heater. We had no hot water and needed someone out quickly due to the water heater leaking. A technician came out in a timely manner however he was rude and wanted to charge us $2400 to replace our water heater. Next day we got a second opinion and it was just a leak in a pipe, only the pipe needed to be replaced. Thankfully we didn’t listen to this company’s technician or we would’ve wasted our money.
Max did a great job, quickly fixing a major leak and then coming out again to install a new tankless system and circulating pump! He was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient! I will use Frymire for my plumbing needs in the future!!

I found Jose to be quite professional and courteous. He eplained to me complete details on what the problem is. Our capacitor and connector was burnt. He let me check the readings and verify that it was burnt. He answered all my questions with patience and gave me options to repair and suggested preventive maintenance options. I am happy and satisfied with the service,.
I had the AC scrubber installed, Ivan has done an excellent job on current and previous visits I am extremely happy with his knowledge and experience, will definitely recommend his services to friends and and neighbors.. I will definitely keep him as my service tech in my future services!!

Jose Hernandez was here on time! On a day after Christmas where availability is a big concern. He was very professional and warm. Put me at ease with the detailing , showed how thorough he was. He solved the HVAC issues in less than 10 mins. Have a good overview of the current system and its state of affairs. Overall very satisfied. They ensured us warm air for the chilly days ahead.
We’ve had issues with our shared drain line in our condo complex getting clogged on a regular basis. I called for an emergency service on new year’s eve and they showed up in 10 minutes. They explained our issue and gave us advice on how to avoid the problem next time. The price was lower than any previous plumber we’ve called. Very professional and excellent service!

Called Frymire for a clogged kitchen sink. Was given a time of 1 to 3 PM. Received call changing time slot to 3-5 PM. Plumber appeared about 6 PM. I had understood that their price options were $93 to clear a drain line or pay a visit fee of $79 and, if hired, Frymire would credit $50 toward full repair price. The plumber, Angel, looked at the sink and without further examination said the price to repair would be $29 plus $316.00. And that was only for the sink, not the entire line as implied by the $93 offer. Invited him to leave and refused to pay for any visit.Our feeling that this was bait and switch was confirmed by the fact that our usual plumber fixed it the next day for $159 total. Will not use Frymire Services.

Don’t often write these, but had to do something to warn others. Gave this company a chance to redeem themselves after a previous employee took advantage of my father with dementia (the previous employee came back after being fired and claimed to still work for the company, promising warranty’s and etc.). Went well for a little while, as I’m sure Thomas was scared of a lawsuit. I had heard we were not the only family this previous employee had scammed. However, after giving this company MANY chances to make good- they failed. Repeatedly. For example, when they found the previous employee hadn’t put a water pan under the water heater he installed on the roof, they said we needed one. So they installed it….but everyone on the three person team forgot to seal around the hole they cut on the exterior exit of the roof room for the drain pipe….simple silicone….and then it rained and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to brand new garage. But the company put it on their insurance and outside people got it fixed…in time…and not without difficulties on our part and no help from Frymire- they just handed us off. So many things have happened it’s ridiculous. Multiple times, I have been able to fix simple things they did not or before they could. We were told it was “time to get parts” or “store closing for parts and too far away” or “have to order” or told the problem was bigger than it was - yet I was able to find the same parts, the same day, and get it done myself…..saving $700-ish dollars just this last time. (Fyi all this was so my elderly father with dementia could take a warm shower in the only shower that’s set up for him safety wise- which they knew.)Have had numerous other plumbers out in the recent past to check their work or get other opinions, and thus finalized my gut feeling about Frymire.I’m extremely disappointed. Even after I gave them a chance to redeem themselves. If you need any work done, call me! LOL! But definitely don’t call Frymire. Karma is a………they will get theirs. Please save yourself from the trouble though.

Mark got me a new hot water heater quickly (I only went without hot water for 12 hours!) and efficiently. He was super professional and did great work!
Replaced toilet seal, lockdown bolts and moulding. Lane was our repair technician and he does a superior job as we have used him on more than one occasion. Frymire, as a company, has experienced personnel and are always courteous and efficient. I would not use anyone else based on their past services at our home.

Asked Frymire to stop by to provide an estimate for replacement of the cast iron drain line in our crawl space and front yard to the city line. They quoted $36k. We’ve gotten 5 quotes. This is $9k-11k more than our next highest quotes ($27k, $25k) from 2 other large reputable plumbing companies. My husband and I work hard for our money. We don’t appreciate being fleeced.
Jose was very helpful, diagnosed the problem (user error) and was great about helping me out. He is a true asset to your company and I appreciated him having everything I needed, and I even learned something new.

He showed up on time. Max did a good job checking on the heating system even showing me a photo of the inside of the ducts. He also fixed the thermostat background light that continuously shone bright light 24/7, so now its off. Very happy.
Situation was urgent because guests were set to arrive over coming weekend and sink was leaking. Frymire were efficient and professional and Ben was awesome, I was lucky to have him provide service !

I called them out and Brian showed up to detect a leak at my house. He said there was a leak in my living room, had him check it twice to make sure and he was adamant that it was in this area. He supposedly checked all areas of the house but I didn’t not see it. Charged me $600 for this so called leak detection! Called my plumbers out to dig a 25 feet tunnel from the backyard to the living room and no leak was in that area!Called another company to do the leak detection and there was a leak in the hallway bathroom by the toilet/tub! What a waist of $600 and money spent to pay for a tunnel that wasn’t even needed!

Scheduled a maintenance check for our AC - Nothing wrong, but after a summer of heavy use and knowing the age of our unit, we wanted information about how it was holding up. Jose was terrific - professional, thorough, and very informative. He broke down the information and translated it so it was easy to understand and showed how it applied specifically to our situation. We are figuring out whether to do some repairs or replacements and he gave us great information for making some big decisions. I really appreciate the skill he showed, both in his understanding of AC systems and in dealing with customers.

Trevor from Frymire was great ?? Called us in advance to let us know his arrival time. Was very courteous and professional. Was thorough in his explanation of the problem, the options to fix it, the cost, the time it would take, and what option we would like. After completion, the payment process was seamless, invoice for records sent quickly, and he left the box from the replacement part needed with date and warranty term written on it for easy reference. Trevor’s attention to detail was impressive. He is a great reflection on, and ambassador for Frymire.
Daniel was efficient and professional in my seasonal maintenance call today that in addition involved a warranty repair and small additional repair on my HVAC system. He explained in detail the issues and his repair work. As always great service!
Chris was on time, professional but friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what we needed to keep our A/C unit running well at some point in the future but was not all pushy. We have used Frymire for years and trust them to do a great job.

All my questions were answered to the point of understanding how my system works. I love the idea of leasing the equipment with a buyout.
All of your technicians were great. However, charging me to have the technician restart my water heater was wrong. It should have been part of the whole deal and besides asking that amount of money for a simple switch to be turned on was taking advantage of your customer. You’re getting greedy!!!!

Spencer is a great technician. He inspected our HVAC system for presence of mold, which he found, and then he gave us several options on how we might wish to proceed. Garret and Steven were at my house for the final inspection of the water detection/repair job that has been ongoing for a couple of weeks now. Con artists who work off commission. It took me over a year to leave this review because I was traumatized by my experience with them. We had a simple issue that they fixed but didn’t tell us they fixed it while acting like they don’t know what is wrong, all the while keep charging us more and more thousands of dollars to keep figuring out what is wrong. Eventually told us we need to repaired the main line and redo ALL the plumbing in our whole house we just moved into that will cost 30K. Meanwhile we get a second opinion of course and this other master plumber said that he doesn’t see a back up anywhere and everything is draining fine. When I tried to call off the job the employee and his manager wouldn’t back down and still tried to talk us unto a whole new plumbing system. I had to literally beg them to leave because they wouldn’t take no for an answer. This company took advantage of the fact that we just bought this house weeks prior and went to town with scare tactics to the nines.

Do not use them for any kind of repair. Showed up late, forgot a tool they needed, and refused to listen when I said what repair was required. Paid money to have the plumbers sit on hold for hours. Instead tried to sell an $8000 fix for a problem that was fixed with a $20 part. Will never use again and will let everyone I know to avoid Frymire.Adding on to this review since I was told I was getting a refund on my service. It's been more than 3 weeks and it still hasn't been received adding yet another reason to avoid this company.

After finding sewer water coming into our bathroom I immediately called Frymire, they rearranged schedules and were out quickly. I am not being overly dramatic to say how disruptive and disturbing it was to find the cast iron pipes under our 40 year old house had lost their slope, became clogged and no longer drained into the main sewer line. They had to be replaced. The Frymire team recognize the impact of the invasive and expensive repair but were professional and I came to trust them implicitly. I highly recommend Frymire.We later had problems without water heater and Ben arrived to fix the issues and did a beautiful job!Life became even more interesting when our AC went out shortly after the sewer lines have been replaced; there was no one I trusted more than Frymire, they did not disappoint. Once again extremely professional and knowledgeable. The team was outstanding!After the AC had been installed, DJ came out and cleaned the ducts. I’ve had ducts cleaned before but never, never to the extent that DJ cleaned our ducts, there was stuff that came out of our ducts that had been there probably more than 30 years.As much as I appreciate the good service and value that Frymire provided I truly hope this is the last review that I will leave at least for a while!!! However, if I need any additional HVAC or plumbing work done I will definitely call Frymire.Edgar and Omar came today to wrap up a few things and they did an excellent job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU AND STILL LEAVE ISSUES!0/5 stars. Do not recommend.I called Frymire to address several plumbing issues in our home. They sent a plumber who quoted us $1200 to replace the flaps and valves in the tanks of two toilets. He then also quoted us $550 to snake a shower drain. Their plumber tried to justify the cost of the toilet repairs being that high by saying we were essentially getting a new toilet except for the porcelain.Additionally, our master shower had lost pressure and he said replacing the cartridge behind the handle would be $430. We did have him replace the cartridge because he told us it required a specialty part. However, after he did that there was still no water pressure and he told my husband that it must be an issue in the pipes and left.When I contacted the company again to say the issue had not been resolved the person I spoke with said that in order to have someone come back we would have to pay another service fee that wouldn't be waived unless the next plumber who came to do the repair deemed the issue to be with the work that had already been done.My only positive comment about this company is that both of the representatives I spoke to by phone (two ladies who's names I'm so sorry I can't remember) were very polite and tried their best to be helpful. The 1 star I'm giving belongs to them.

Very professional, courteous and educational services. The Tech we had Chance, would not stop until we had working plumbing. Once he cleared the drains he ran a camera 80ft in the piping and explained as he showed us the drain was clear, there were no cracks in the piping and there were no tree roots. Requested a coil cleaning service because this was recommended by the technician from the previous visit. When service was complete during current visit there was no coil cleaning completed and a simple AC tune up was only done. Either the technician did not read the service report or there is a problem with communication from the web services to the technicians. In his credit the servicer did offer to stay behind after he realized the mistake but there was no time available to restart this process.

Angel Gomez from Frymire did an excellent job. He was professional polite and very efficient. He tested for leaks under the house and found none. He then tested for line blockage and found nothing. He checked the sump pump and that was the problem.The pump had given out and did not pull the water away from the house after the extraordinary rain storm. He used his portable pump to drain the sumpPump tank and in so doing checked the French drains. Those were all clear as well.He returned with a new sump pump and installed it. The new sump pump was working and draining the water from under the house efficiently by the time he left.He explained all the tests he did, the results he found, and installed the new sump pump efficiently. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Frymire! Our AC died, and we called several HVAC repair companies, and were told it would be at least a week to get a tech out (and it seemed like I was bothering the receptionist just calling them)... but Frymire was able to squeeze us in the same day! BIG shoutout to Shannon on the phone, she was super friendly and empathetic.They sent Moe out, and he was awesome. Arrived on time, super professional and respectful. Turned out our system was just old and had a leak, but that the freon it uses is now illegal - so they said they didn't want to waste our money repairing the system when they couldn't get freon for it legally.So Geovani came out later that afternoon to walk us through our options for a new unit. Also found out that whoever replaced the original unit in the house (around 20 years ago) went cheap and got a unit that maxed out at 1750 square feet, but our house is around 2400 (which is why it was always hot in our house)We set installation for the following Monday, but they brought out a portable AC unit for our bedroom so it would be comfortable over the weekend (We have too many pets to just bail to a hotel for the weekend)Geo and Arun (his boss) got us a killer deal AND got installation scheduled as soon as possible for us. The installers showed up on time, were super professional and respectful, and knocked out the installation about an hour faster than they estimated. Left zero mess as well.and now, for the first time since we moved in 9 years ago, our house is comfortable in every room!

Great job!!UPDATE 10/1/2021. My A/C system is now 3 years old. I’ve had ‘Freon’ problems every summer that have required multiple service calls to “fix.” This summer (July) a senior member of their team found a manufacturer’s defect in my evaporator coil that leaked Freon. That part was replaced under warranty. I woke today and the A/C was again not working. Technician George Martin identified an electrical problem perhaps triggered by storms last evening. Issue appears to be resolved. George was knowledge and very professional; it was a pleasure to work with him today.ORIGINAL POST: I use Frymire as a ‘club member.’ After they installed a new system two years ago (replacing one they had installed 18-19 years prior) I enrolled in the club service to ensure annual checks of AC, heating, and hot water heater systems. The crew members that have arrived at my house have all been professional and very customer-service focused. Today I dealt with Jeremy (for heating system check) and he was exceptional. My only three negatives...the original install of the HVAC system had some small issues that required several visits to diagnose and resolve (nothing major), their air duct cleaning services seemed pricey, but did a good job, and every time they provide their free annual checks they recommend something I ‘should do’ for a fee (typically a special air filtration/cleaner install...but I haven’t done it and they continue to service my equipment). I have no reservations about recommending Frymire to friends and neighbors. And Jeremy is a great asset to Frymire.

Zaul Hernandez is our Go-To Frymire Service Technician and we ask for him by name...he is that good! He performed the routine Heater Tune-up Service on January 19, 2023, provided free since I am a monthly subscriber to Frymire's excellent and very cost-effective maintenance agreement. It was comprehensive and took about 2 hours and I was provided a detailed report, which even included photos.Zaul had shown his expertise back in November 2022, when we had friends from Germany arriving after an 11 hour flight. I had set the thermostat earlier in the day to cool off the zoned upstairs area where they would be staying. When I checked my Thermostat App on my phone later to verify the rooms were cooled down, I found that though the unit stated it was cooling, but the temp had not changed and I verified that the unit was not turning on when I went upstairs. I immediately called Frymire and explained my situation to Kelsey, who took my call. She was very understanding and even though it was 5:26 PM, she said she would make a few calls to see what could be done to help me out this evening. Kelsey called back shortly and said that she had located a technician named Zaul Hernandez, who lived in my area who could come by. She also reminded me that because I am a monthly Frymire subscriber, that there would be no service call charge and no charge for one made after hours.When Zaul Hernandez arrived, I explained what I had observed and he went to work. The problem was a clogged drain line from the drip pan, which had tripped the float switch to the unit not working; however, the float switch to the second unit that was still cooling the downstairs had failed and he replaced it under our full parts and labor warranty. Zaul was able to unclog the drain and due to the corrosion of the two drip pans, spay a protective coating on them to extend their usefulness. He also checked both my systems, including the outside units, to verify that everything was in working order. He kept me apprised of what was happening throughout his service call. His communication skills are excellent and that fact that he could be so positive and upbeat at 9:00 PM after a long day, says a tremendous amount about his character. Frymire is a great service company and what makes them great is the management's ability to hire quality staff like Kelsey and Zual. I continue to be a highly satisfied Frymire customer.

I find this company very unprofessional, and do not follow-thru customer request. The company demands payment to be made upfront prior to the work. I find this absurd as the entire industry is payment after the completion of the work. The technician also decides to show up outside of my available hours given. There are many HVAC companies out there, go somewhere else.This is a response to your reply which is totally untrue. I have no reason to lie.1) I texted the tech on Sunday to see if he can come do the repair that day or the next day Monday, and he told me I need to call the dispatch Monday morning. Appointment or appointment time for Monday has never been confirmed since I didn't call. Your company told my tenant I scheduled that time. Totally untrue. I still have the text messages and proof. I don't know who ordered the tech. 2) Without me or my tenant approval, another tech decided to give my tenant a 30 minutes notice on Tuesday afternoon. My tenant is a RN nurse and she has to leave work in the middle of seeing patients to return home for the 30 minutes short notice. The tech then didn't show up in 30 minutes but did show up after.3) By the time I found out about the 30 minutes notice, I was on the phone with the call rep and gave the go to perform option #3. There were no words on the phone or any prior notice that I need to pay in advance in order for the tech to start the job. In my 20 years using contractors, painters, electricians, plumbers, etc, I have never paid in full before the job. 4) The tech didn't start the job even though I already gave the go to the call rep prior to him showing out. He tried to reach me when he got there, but I was at a location with no to very low signals. He then decided to leave after 40 minutes of waiting when I thought he is already on the job. I called the Call Rep about 45 minutes after my missed call, and ask to call him back or dispatch another tech on the same day. The rep demands that I need to pay in full per company policy. I later said ok fine, but the job has to be satisfied or I will have to use legal action since full payment is prior to completion. No one returns my call that day.

Kendrick was so friendly and knowledgeable and fixed our issue. It was something that was installed wrong by Frymire when we bought the unit, and we felt like we shouldn’t have been charged but Kendrick went to bat for us and they discounted the service charge. Ask for Kendrick if you call Frymire.
Our main sewer line was completely clogged between our house and city sewer line at street so the use of any sink, shower or toilet caused a backup. The crew arrived within 24 hours of contacting Frymire and unclogged the main line via an auger down a roof vent in less than an hour. They were very professional, knew exactly what to do without hesitation and had the best tools/tech to work with. We were impressed, satisfied and highly recommend Frymire.

Only lost a star for the expense of the service compared to the simplicity of it. Leak detection is so simple it should really be cheaper. Considering a hydrostatic test takes about an hour and Costs$400 comes out to $400/hr. And with such simple equipment it seems excessive.The company from the front desk to the plumber were all very professional and responsive and I am inclined to consider their services in the future despite the price.

There is a new manager in charge of installations. His name is Omar and he is great! Our install last year was so horribly done that our compressor broke after only 13 months. Once Richard the tech realized the poor install caused the breakdown, (Richard is very knowledgeable), he told Omar and Omar had his people (Roland, Miguel, and Michael) reinstall the unit the right way. We had our A/C stop blowing cold air on a 100 degree day. It was evening before we fully noticed that we had a problem on our hands, but we called Frymire anyway, explaining our situation and hoping they'd send a tech. They sent somebody (T. West, I forget his first name) right out. He got to our house at 8:45p and the job (a capacitor replacement) was done by 9:10. These folks are capable, responsive, and compassionate. We'll use 'em as long as we can.
Enrique from Frymire Home Services came out to do inspections and maintenance on our AC systems. He was fast, efficient and recommended a lot of important fixes to be done. He was very clear to specify what needed to be done vs what would be best for long term system life.On a separate visit, Angel came out and installed a pressure reducing valve for us. It was again a good clean job and he explained everything. The work site was also cleaned up very nicely.
Jose was efficient and professional. Took time to explain what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. He was able to quickly identify the problem and provide an immediate and long term solution. Very satisfied.

I have been consistently pleased with my Frymire service contract. Today George Martin performed the annual AC maintenance that is part of that contract. He was fast, on time, thorough, knew what he was doing, and did a good job. The annual water heater and heating system inspections are equally good.

Spencer was very nice and professional. He was on time and understood what I was talking about. I told him I had a dumb question, he was very sweet and said. no such thing and no matter what my question was, he would answer it. He did!!He showed us how to check our electronic filter and how to clean it. We renewed the maintenance agreement with Frymire and Spencer went over all the pricing. Then I asked if there was a way we (my husband actually) could check to see why it seemed like a couple rooms didn't seem as cool as I thought they shoukd be. Spencer said, let me check. He was able to remove/install my water heater & checked to make sure everything was working correctly. He also fixed my frozen, broken shower valve that ruined my entire bathroom. I am hoping he is coming back to install my free standing tub once I get it ordered and delivered.
I was quoted $1030 for replacing a pressure regulator valve. I was told it's not a regular 3/4 valve but a 1 1/4 valve, which when looked up, does fare for around $400. Being a Sunday, and the danger of bad pressure in the house, I agreed.When the valve was installed, it turned out to be 1 valve. The 1 Watts valve, the exact valve that was installed, sells for $100 - $150. I was still charged the same $1030.Unless it's like going to Emergency room, when nothing is available, better to stay away form them.Update: A customer service rep contacted me after my experience feedback, just to confirm that they do charge $1,000+ for the valve replacement, be it $100 or $400 in the market.

Jose was amazing. He sat me down and in great detail he explained to me everything he had checked, step by step what he had looked at and the issues he had found. He showed me all the calculations, where they were at and where they should be. And he very professionally went over suggestions about what I needed to do to keep my system running at its upmost to add life to my system, avoid repairs in the future, and keep my electricity bill down. He answered all my questions with much expertise, and even went so far as to talk about what type of filter I should be using, and how often to change it. Sometimes the simple things can make a huge difference.
We had our first visit from Frymite today after signing up the maintenance plan (AC and Plumbing). We used them once before for a plumbing issue as well. Both experiences were great. Today, even though the tech still arrived an hour before the window closed, they called to let us know he was delayed and would arrive closer to the middle/end of the two hour window. They called again when he was on his way and sent a text with his name and picture! Michael was polite and professional. He didn't try to sell us anything and fixed a minor problem that was really separate from the reason he was here. We're very happy to be Frymire customers and would recommend them to friends!

George Martin was our tech. Our outside unit was struggling, then the inside blower stopped working. Apparently on top of this, our system had been installed using non-standard wire colors. George patiently worked through all of this and got us up and running.

We have been a several year customer for Frymire of their home services. We recently requested Frymire Home Services to come to our house since our furnace was not working as expected and the technician came out and told us that our A/C was leaking carbon monoxide and we needed a new A/C unit. They requested we get a new 5 ton A/C Unit for 1700 square footage house and when I called them questioning why we needed that size for the A/C unit they said they were just following the Manual C for the house. They ended up calling us back and they said they checked the paperwork and they made a mistake that it should have been a 4 ton unit but the price would be the same. We requested he revisit the price given they made a mistake. He ended up calling back and given us $1000 dollars off. We ended up having a second opinion on the situation on the A/C unit and the guy said there was no Carbon Monoxide leak at all and the furnace was only 3 years old. Frymire attempted to rip off my parents 10K for a new A/C unit they didn't need. These guys have no integrity and they don't deserve your business. Stay away from these guys!??

Enter Frymire.Frymire's tech (Praimesh Ganesh) correctly diagnosed the problem that Levy's missed (simple dirty coils) and reassured me that my 8 year old AC unit didn't need a replacement yet. We turned on the AC today and immediately noticed a smell resembling stinky socks. We had encountered this problem before in a previous home we owned, so we called Frymire right away to request service. Within a few hours, a tech, George Martin, was in our house addressing the problem. He cleaned out the evaporator coil and removed the housing on the UV light air sanitizer. We had installed it 18 months ago, and there was quite a bit of debris in the openings of the housing. He must have spent 20 minutes scrubbing it with a toothbrush under hot water. Then he washed it with bleach and rinsed it again. Once it was reasonably dry, he reassembled it, ran the system, and stayed around for 10 more minutes going from room to room to make sure the smell was dissipating. He was very thorough and explained everything. We greatly appreciated his knowledge and professionalism.

We selected Frymire because we were longtime customers of Richardson Plumbing which Frymire bought out a few years ago. The guys were great. I got a call, text and email before they arrived. The techs arrived on time. They explain two options and quoted a price for each option. Job was done in under two hours with about $15 and material. I say about because they charge by the job not by the hour plus materials, so this is an estimation. The cost was $500. For under two hour job with $15 material I think this was a little high hence the four star star review instead of the five star. However to their credit, I was told upfront the cost, so it was not a surprise. However, overall I would recommend.

They ended up calling us back and they said they checked the paperwork and they made a mistake that it should have been a 4 ton unit but the price would be the same. We requested he revisit the price given they made a mistake. He ended up calling back and given us $1000 dollars off. We ended up having a second opinion on the situation on the A/C unit and the guy said there was no Carbon Monoxide leak at all and the furnace was only 3 years old. Frymire attempted to rip off my parents 10K for a new A/C unit they didn't need. These guys have no integrity and they don't deserve your business. Stay away from these guys!

Frymire maintains our heating and air conditioning systems. They always work like they are supposed to. I was especially appreciative of having had good service February 2021 when the deep freeze hit. We never lost power but I was very concerned about the heater's ability to keep it up because it had to run 24 hours a day for days on end in the brutal cold, but it never missed a beat. It kept us safe and warm all through the freeze and ever since and keeping us cool in the summer! Thank you so much Frymire!
We had a leak in the ceiling from a broken A/C drain pipe & Moe Nasser from Frymire came out within 2 hours of me calling them & he went above & beyond to replace the leaking pipe. Ben Lam did a great job for the maintenance! He was very informative, patient and helpful. I had a lot of questions for a first time home owner and he took this time a was able to answer the questions.Ben pointed out that I will need a new system since it’s over 23 years old, the system keeps over heating and the blower isn’t strong enough. He was able to get a Project Manager, Frank Perez, out in 15mins to come give take a look at replacement costs.Frank did a great job showing me the options and ensuring me that they care more about the people than a quick buck. It definitely showed!Frymire is a great company and I’ll definitely be using them in the future.
Richard was super friendly, professional, and efficient. He was able to repair a leaking line in my water heater very quickly, and he also helped me fix a leaking hose bib for the washing machine. He only charged me for the water heater repair - so for less than $400 I was back in business. Milestone tried to charge me well over $1000 for the same work.

Ben responded to a follow-up call. He was calming and reassured us that he would locate and fix the problem. Within minutes he went into the attic, quickly identified the problem, took pictures and explained what could have happened and what needed to happen. He checked the upstairs and downstairs thermostats to ensure they were properly set and fixed the problem. He checked the canister where the leaking occurred and reassured us that there wasn't damage but to observe it for several days and if anything developed to contact the company for repairs. He showed pictures of what he had done and gave instructions to ensure its stability. I was happy to have a knowledgeable, professional and courteous person to address the previous mistake.

Would recommend hands down. Fantastic job deep cleaning double HVAC system ducts and vents. Jeremy N was fantastic and said his team would be there at 12, they arrived at 11:55. Price quote was the exact amount we were charged, no surprises. Excellent professional work, I can visibly see the difference in each and every one of our vents.
Jesse was very thorough. Polite, informative, and checked AC things others haven't mentioned before. I would request him again. I did agree to some maintenance work that sounded reasonable and necessary. Great service. I had a minor flood happening and they came and rescued me. The two shutoff valves under a bathroom sink were damaged due to the cold back in February. They replaced the valves and the lines. They came out the same day I called and did good work. I will definitely continue to use this company because of their good service and fast response. Frymire replaced my HVAC unit a few years ago and everything has been a headache since.The original install took nearly two dozen visits (no joke, I have the papers to confirm). The unit had to be replaced twice to get it working.After a year I started running into more problems. Frymire installed the wrong size unit which caused all sorts of issues and damaged my ceiling and access panel.Every. Single. Thing. It’s all been a headache. Between the incorrect unit installation, techs no showing for appointments, and a litany of excuses — it’s really just best to find another HVAC vendor.
Enrique was quick and efficient in determining issue with our AC. He was able to fix the issue within 30 minutes. Exactly what I want when time is tight.Enrique went beyond his responsibilities to this maintenance. After he left our home, he contacted his manager regarding a thermostat issue we were having. As a result, the thermostat issue was fixed in less than 24 hours. He proved that he and Frymire are customer oriented. My thanks to Enrique for service beyond the immediate need.

I am giving them a 3 just because of their technician Chad that came and looked at our house to begin with. First had not verified and appointment and he showed up. I called about their maintenance special. Chad figured out we had a lock on our outside unit he didn't have keys for so he had to order off Amazon and come back. So he ordered them and came back. He figured out we had a bad coil, we had two units and he turned off the bad unit and did not inform us so we had no a/c on the bottom part of our house. Chad had also left a mess out by the unit when he changed out the locks, he did not clean up the old locks and looked like he had leaked out freon because there was liquid out on the pad. He came back the next day. He also said that another person had to come and tell us the cost to fix. (Sorry I can't remember the exact name he called that person.) I asked Chad if I was under warranty. He called me and said I only had a five year warranty (I was at 7) and I was not under warranty. I had made phone calls and found out I was still under warranty but had to wait a few days until an employee came back to find out if I was covered under parts and labor. I told Chad I was going to wait to see if I was covered by both labor and parts. I found out 3 days later I was covered. When I called Chad to schedule he said I would have to pay $850 for the freon. At this point it was 90 degrees and I just wanted my unit fixed. I scheduled my appointment. They were suppose to be here at 9, they got here at 9:20, so needless to say I called to see if they were going to show up. They came (a different person than Chad) and fixed our issue. They ended up not charging the $850 it was all covered. I am very happy with my a/c being fixed. I feel like the second crew did a good job. I feel like Chad do a poor job of figuring out my warranty information.
Someone from Frymire called to say the technician was on the way. He arrived on time, explained how to repair our issues and began working on one of the problems while I was contemplating whether to or not to repair the other issue. In discussing the second issue with him, it was clear that it needed to be repaired. I'm happy I made the choice. It was the correct decision after seeing the toilet after it was removed from the floor. Good job Max!!! Thank you!!!!

My experience with Roy and Frymire was incredible! My wife and I had our first baby and came home from the hospital and sometime between then and midnight our heater broke. It was 59* in the house with a 3 day old baby! Called Frymire to set up emergency service. Roy’s response to was 15 minutes! I’m not kidding 15 minutes. Roy was here for about an hour diagnosing what the issue was. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was doing. In the end, he did not have the parts to fix the issue, but had the experience and knowledge to override what was happening so that we had heat until he could get the parts needed. He called me hours later to communicate that he was driving to Ft Worth to grab the parts needed because nobody in Dallas had them. All in all, by noon everything was fixed and now baby, mom and dad are all warm and safe! Roy is incredible, and if you have an issue call this company and ask specifically for him!

After having dealt with some not so trustworthy HVAC companies in the past, I decided to put my trust in Frymire. The salesperson who came was very respectful and took me through the cost and time line for installation.Within days I had a whole new HVAC. The techs who came were very professional Wore coverings over there shoes, and left the area as clean as they found it. They explained everything they had done and showed me how the new thermostat worked. Unfortunately, a few days later the control board malfunctioned. After speaking to Tim Jaegers, he explained that there was a shortage in the availability in the board, but said if he needed to he would buy a new unit and either install it or take the board of it. It took him a couple of days to get one and decided to use the board. Another tech came out, just as respectful as all the others, and replaced the old board, he also did a couple of other things and my HVAC was up and running. He showed me everything he had done, and cleaned up after himself. I can say in all honesty that I am so pleased that I chose Frymire and would strongly recommend them to anyone. This company is one you can trust.

Fausto from Frymire Home Services came on time. He had all the protective gear plus shoe covers. He was very clear as to what he would be doing with the water heater to do the maintenance and check it. After a thorough inspection he recommended a replacement unit. He advised me as to the different plans that come with unit replacement in a courteous manner. After he finished replacing the anode, he tidied up and explained the invoice. I was happy with his service.
Fantastic Experience!Our technician was Colton. We had tried another plumber and he could not figure out the problem. Colton did an amazing job. We would definitely ask for him again.We thought our hot water heater needed fixing but it was actually the cartridges in our showers. They were replaced and we now have plenty of hot water!!!We appreciated how Frymire runs their business. A picture was emailed to us of who would be performing the service and also a 30 minutes heads up was given. A part had to be ordered to complete the second shower but we were not charged until both showers were completed.The price was reasonable and we are very pleased with the results!

Alfredo, came out 2 days in a row for an ongoing problem with my AC. Even though they were booked for the day, they fit me in, letting me know that they cared about my business and customer satisfaction. Nothing worse than being without AC in Texas when the heat rolls in. Alfredo kept in contact with me on the phone and let me know when he'd arrive so I could leave the office at that perfect time to meet him at my home and not sit in the heat. He diagnosed the problem and saved me money by not having to replace my thermostat when he realized the problem was something completely different. I used Frymire for my A/C tune up. I don't know if I was just in tune with the universe or what, but the night prior to my tuneup one of my A/C units stopped working. Let me just say, Frymire is a pleasure to deal with. Every representative was respectful, professional and thorough, highly impressive! Robert was my tech and he was perfect. He was more than accommodating. He was trouble shooting the problem for quite a while, tied down the problem and got it fixed right. Price was very reasonable.If you're unsure about dealing with a company for your home maintenance and repair (as I find myself often), you don't need to hesitate. Call these guys, they're great all around. If I have one minor advice to the company, I was told I would receive a call 30-40 minutes advance of arrival. I was called 15 minutes prior. Frankly, it was only a minor inconvenience. I was happy to receive a call prior as many places I think struggle with this sort of coordination.Frymire has the operation in place to exceed your expectations, call em!

Have been doing business with Frymire for years. Had a rough patch with them during their transition but it seems like they have gotten it together now. The tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. Very considerate to our situation. Didn’t press to hard for additional optional things. Prices were fair. The pandemic has definitely changed every aspect of daily life but rest assured, every consideration was given to the fact (mask/protective gear) and we did the same. Good contractors are far and few between and Frymire has stood the test of time. Thank you for humanizing the process!

UPDATED To 4 stars: Frymire got back to me and sent a technician out immediately to address the problem. They owned up to the issue that they caused, fixed it, and even fixed another separate issue that was contributing to our poor AC quality for free. They also apologized for the delay in getting in touch with me and called me after to confirm I was satisfied with the new work. And I am. Our technician Enrique was very informed and helped us understand the problem and the solution he put in place. The AC is working great and the whole household is feeling better as a result. Many thanks to Frymire for owning up to the problem and taking action to fix it!Original post (1 star): Trust me, go somewhere else! If 0 stars were an option, I’d give it. We paid almost $600 to have an issue with our AC fixed and Frymire actually made the issue worse. In fact, they broke parts of our HVAC unit. When we checked the unit to see why it was working worse than before, we found that ducts had been knocked off the unit and our AC was leaking into the attic. I’ve called 3 times to have it addressed and no one has called back (though they keep promising “Rick the HVAC manager” will call me ASAP). I am literally in shock at how poor the quality of the work and customer service is. We signed up for the monthly maintenance membership and let me tell you, I will cancel my credit card before I pay this company another penny. OUTRAGEOUS.

Roy was my senior technician, and he was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Roy helped me understand how my system worked, what was wrong, and gave me several options...from small to medium to a full replacement. He wasn’t pushy, just helping me with my choices. Frymire, and specifically Enrique, were very responsive to our repair needs. We ended up with two unrelated problems with our a/c so it took a few visits, and Enrique was extremely professional and knowledgeable in getting it all fixed. Frymire was great, too, in getting him out here so quickly.
Called Frymire to have a leaking outdoor hose spigot fixed. Used online scheduling which was easy and allows you to upload videos or pics of the issue so the plumber comes prepared. I uploaded a video, and spoke to Gisselle on the phone. However when plumber arrived he quickly left because he didn't have correct parts or tools. Got charged $80 trip fee.

Frymire sent Roy out to look at my unit. Ron informed me my unit had to be replaced. He explained to me in great detail about the newer unit and how the government is changing things effective 2020 which I've been hearing. I felt very confident moving forward with Frymire. They provided me with a plan that suited me. Reason for 5 stars Roy went above and beyond the call of duty. He was aware I had relatives coming in town. During the install other issues arise, he stated he's a man of his word. He took care of the issues himself and didn't go up on the price. He came out early the next morning, the day my relatives were arriving and did exactly what he said he would do. I'm confident that I made the right choice. And my wife is happy AMEN. So grateful for his insight and willingness to drive and pick up an extra tool that was needed ALONG with doing extra to stabilize our unit to ensure optimal performance for our motor .
Praimesh Ganesh came out earlier than expected which was great. Very professional and cordial. He quickly isolated the issue with my A/C and went right to work to repair it. He let me know often what he was doing and cleaned up after himself. He tested the system to ensure that it drained properly and was cooling. I started using Frymire Home Services earlier this year. They have installed a tankless hot water system, cleaned out my air ducts and done some A/C repairs for me. They are always on time and professional. I am glad that we found them. We’ve had Frymire put in hot water heaters for us and inspect our AC units. They have handled plumbing repair needs as well. They have been prompt and courteous and corrected the problems. I appreciate the fact that I can depend on them to get the job done when they say they will do it.They also came out after hours and promptly fixed a leaking pipe that was a major emergency. I had Chris Ramon and Patrick Alley as my service members today. AC went out and frymire was able to be out the next day which my 7 month pregnant wife appreciated very much. Chris did a great job quickly diagnosing the problem, which was a big one and required Patrick to come out. Patrick was quick and asked questions that saved me money, like how is the unit used? Saving us money by suggesting a smaller unit. Chris had assumed that would be the case. Patrick was great explaining the problem and cost. While I hope I never need their help again, who wants AC issues, I’ll call Frymire first and I suggest you call them too.I don’t know the names of the technicians who installed my unit but they did a great job. Unit is working well. They even switched things around so that my unit will be easier to service in the future. Very pleased with the work that was completed. I will be using Frymire in the future.

This company sent out several people over the course of a few years, and they always found different issues with my HVAC, but NEVER the same issues! So it would cost me over $1k for what these people said needed to be done. One guy even told me my outside AC unit would probably not last through the summer, and that was two summers and a winter ago. They kept pushing the $15/mo. 'maintenance program'.They were nice enough and did the work I paid them to do, but I certainly don't trust them.I had a local crew out here from a different company and they installed my UV light + cleaned and removed mold from the inside of my HVAC unit all for under $400.

Great service, great staff, great phone people. I have been using them for about 4 years. They do our regular maintenance, and have use their installation services also. I had to replace some units in the past, and again after the tornado. They were there as scheduled, and offer to help if needed. So sweet, so cordial, so efficient.
Max did a thorough, very good job. He initially explained what he need to do.Max also initially said the water heaters were 8 and 10 years old and stated they needed to be replaced.We were shocked!Upon inspection, the units were in very good share, no rust and anodes were in good shape.So the comment about the age of the water heaters and needing replacement was unnecessary.

One of the most responsive, customer friendly companies I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I had them do an AC repair one time and they timely arrived and they gave me the contract rate for service despite me not having a contract. Then they called me to do a free water heater maintenance. I was perplexed when they came, descaled my water heater and left without charging me. Later they did the same thing for my AC, without charging me. No catch. No fake repairs found to be needed. Seriously, who does this? During my next AC repair, there was a dispute with my AC manufacturer over whether a part was under contract. Frymire covered the cost of the part and said they would handle the dispute instead of me worrying about it. I have since signed a contract and they have always been at the call 24 hours a day. My father recently had a contract with Airtron and couldn't get them to respond after hours. Frymire came over at 10pm within an hour of calling. They couldn't get the part after hours and installed a temporary portable AC free of charge to hold him over until they could obtain the part. He since moved his contract over to Frymire. I'm simply amazed at the customer service of this company.

Despite a long work day and high temperature outside, our serviceman, Daniel C., arrived looking neat and tidy, sweat-free, and did a great job. We needed to purchase a new AC unit, and they worked with me on pricing, and made the financing process very easy! Angel spent quite a bit of time, thoroughly inspecting our until and A/C-Heating system. He did a great job, assuring us that our equipment was in good repair and operating efficiently. He did make 2 suggestions for minor improvements, but we didn’t feel pressured. If we have any problems in the future, I feel sure we will call Frymire Home Services.

I had Jeremy out to service my systems last year and it was a great experience. It was a pleasure to have Frank correct the mistakes of the technician who worked at my house 2 weeks ago. Frank straightened the new thermostat on the wall, showed me how to switch the thermostat from cool to heat, and provided me with a new filter that I paid for. He explained your new policy of installing a filter provided by the homeowner. The previous technicians said they were inserting clean filters but they did not. Frank went to Lowe’s and bought me several new filters for the future, using the money I gave him. He was friendly and nice.

Richard did an outstanding job in installing one toilet, repairing another, uncloging a drain and repairing a faucet. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He was very professional and I would not only highly recommend him but would hope that he would be our plumber for any future needs we might have.
We had to disconnect the gas line to our pool/spa heater a few years ago due to a gas leak. In May we decided to take care of the issue to fix the gas leak and get a new heater.Our call to our old plumber must have gotten redirected and a new plumber from Frymire arrives. A gas pressure test was needed to get a quote for the work to restore the gas line to a cost of $329. No much effort was done to try to locate the problem. Instead we get a quote of $8,902 (after 10% discount!). They expected the work to be around 4 to 5 days requiring a new gas line from the meter under the driveway to the pool equipment.Needless to say this was much more than we expected. We had of course another plumbing company coming recommended by our pool company. We were only charged $255 for the visit but this new company actually did locate the issue. The cost to get the plumbing fixed and new gas lines in the pool equipment area was $1,806 and a half day of work. The new heater is now installed and we don't have any issues.We are really disappointed at Frymire. The huge difference in solution and quoted price warrants a review.Interesting, it is over a year after my review and I don't see any response from the owner. I wonder why?

Travis Morman came out to fix my hose bib today. I've used Frymire for multiple services, but the personal feel and careful explanation of my options has never been as good as today. The repair itself was exactly what I wanted, just as every technician that has been to my house. Travis had a very personable demeanor and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. He was able to explain exactly what I needed and why as well as what I didn't need. It was a very comfortable, zero pressure repair experience that I've come to expect from Frymire, and Travis exemplified these excellent practices. 100% recommended and will use again (forever).

I had the cut off valve and pipe for my refrigerator’s ice maker water connection slightly relocated to allow for more depth and width in the refrigerator cavity of my kitchen cabinet system. The plumber was here at the scheduled time and I explained my need. He listened, explained his plan of action, and performed the job, which involved copper pipe in the wall of a 41 year old house. He kept me up to date and frequently asked me to review the work. He was cautious and meticulous in his fabrication of new piping connected to the old pipe within the wall. He did a wonderful job and cleaned up the work area. It was a job well done.

Jeremy is great! He is always on time, friendly, explains what he’s doing, and gets the job done. Yesterday was freezing and we realized our upstairs was not heating. We called and were told someone would come out ,but it may be after hours. I was so happy to see Jeremy’s smiling face at 4:45! He had it fixed and was out before 5:30. He even had a 50$ off coupon for us !
The RMP (Responsible Master Plumber) for Frymire Home Services was recently fined $10,000 by the Texas State Board of Plumbing (case #2021-0086) for:(1) Failing to timely obtain a plumbing permit (which would have also required a city inspection)(2) Willfully or negligently installing a plumbing system that was not compliant with applicable plumbing codes and in violation of a municipal rule or ordinance....Bottom Line:- I strongly recommend that you do NOT use Frymire Home Services for any serious plumbing problems.--------------------Epilogue:Shortly after receiving the fine, the new manager called me and apologized . They followed up with an offer to refund some of the cost. I offered to add that to my review and thank them for it online . But when I insisted that I would not take down the original review, I never heard from them again.

Day after installation:System is 10x better than previous one (or so I thought). Installation (I thought) was great, couldn’t be happier with the job they did (I thought). Highly recommend using Frymire over any other option out there! (No longer accurate-see below)3 months in:Have needed 3 visits with them patching something they missed the previous time, and making new problems each time thereafter after I inspect their work. Shame on me for assuming their work would be good and not inspecting it thoroughly each time. Roy, who led me through the whole process recently said they would make necessary repairs and now has not responded and Frymire today said my case is resolved meaning they don’t see any other issues. I’m also paying a monthly amount for what they call VIP service and this is the experience. To top it all off, now there is 1 inch of water in the drain pan and I found another huge gap that they missed sealing properly after installation and 3 separate visits.If Frymire corrects this, as they should, and have told me they would, I will edit this review. I’m a fair person and all I expect is fairness in return. For now, I highly recommend going with anyone other than Frymire for a new system installation and service. There shouldn’t be this many issues with a brand new system
Frymire has come through for my family AGAIN, during a homeowner emergency. They continually find a way to show up same day for those customers in need. I called them after 5pm on a Sunday night (during the pandemic), due to my AC freezing over and not working at all. They (specific tech named Robert) came by that evening and got to work looking for the culprit. Robert answered all of our questions and walked us through all of the options/ solutions available. He stayed on the job until the issue was fully resolved. He is incredibly knowledgeable in this field, very patient and extremely professional. Robert, THANK YOU for all of your hard work this week! You are a fantastic technician and representative of Frymire.I have been a loyal customer of Frymire’s for many years now. Chad is the man! We just got a new house, and both the AC systems went out. Chad was able come.out the very next morning, and able to use his expertise to quickly diagnose exactly how to fix my systems. Fixed my AC right up. Didn't try to oversell me, just got me fixed what was needed, and helped devise a game plan for the future. I have had great experiences with Frymire. They are one of those old fashioned companies that takes care of their customers and does what is best for them. Hard to find that anywhere these days. I feel like I am in good hands with them.
BEWARE This company takes advantage of elderly customers. DO NOT USE THEM EVER. My 80 year old parents called them for a general maintenance appointment in January 2022 and they ended up with a $2200 bill for non-mandatory services. When I disputed with Frymire, they refused to refund my parents Visa. Also when my parents ask for the replacement part, they didn’t have anything to show. I would give them a 0 because they are a very DESPICABLE company. I repeat DO NOT USE THEM especially if you are a Senior Citizen.

I have been using Frymire for years, and have always been happy with them. They are professional, honest, and trustworthy. This visit Enrique was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. My A/C is working great again.
Already had our old system improved to the point it could be. Frymire provided a great proposal for a new system (ours is 23 years old). We loved the option to pay monthly for the system and that includes a twice annual system review and all repairs as needed. Very professional people and they explained things at the level that I needed it to be explained.

I have been happy with Frymire's service any time they have come out. They are punctual, friendly, safe and the job has been done correctly. I will say they are a bit expensive and would recommend ensuring that a quote is provided prior to any work being performed. I recently had some work performed and was surprised at the cost since there were no parts (only labor) involved. The quote was not provided to me in advance (nor did I ask), and I made an assumption that given the nature of the repair that the costs would be minimal (or even included as part of the VIP program that I'm subscribed to).

Highly recommend their services with neighbors.2nd update, came out to troubleshoot cooling issue, emergency call and was able to arrive within the hour. Still highly recommend and to put you on the maintenance plan. Helps cover/reduce your costs.

In addition to servicing my A/C, Trevor solved a very irritating problem I’ve had since Frymire installed this unit. The compressor made an unusually loud clattering noise when running. The men that installed this unit as well as 3 to 4 technicians since then have not been able to correct it. But Trevor simply pulled two pieces of metal apart that were vibrating against each other and solved the problem. Way to go Trevor for going over and above to make your customer happy.

Kyle, the General Manager called me after seeing my review and asked for chance to make things right. He said they do work on two-story homes where system is on the roof. He said he would waive the fee to come out as well as discount any repairs by 20%. I agreed and two service techs came out on 9/1/20. They cleaned unit on roof and got system running but said to have it working where would last longer would be about $1100 with discount. The system being 29 yrs old is not worth putting that much into as would rather put in a new Trane system. They sent Frank out to go over cost of new system & Kyle gave me discounts getting total from $9,537.60 to $8,500.00 as well as 2 yrs free maintenance and 2 yrs free labor. Also they were running special so received 18mos at 0% interest and can payoff early with no penalty which I used too. In the meantime my old AC unit was running. On 9/4/20 new Trane system arrived but heating kit was on back order and the piece that holds filter was not size I was told would be getting by Frank. On 9/10/20 techs came back and put in heating element and correct size filter holder. 9/11/20 techs brought out filters for unit as prior times filters were not on trucks so was using the one out of my old system until received. Techs were all good that came to do work.8/31/20 DO NOT USE FRYMIRE!!! My AC went out on Saturday night. Called Frymire Sunday morning & scheduled service for Monday between 2-4 pm. Told girl that AC unit was on roof and last time tech out said to be sure to let them know that 2 ladders better than 1 due to split level in back of townhouse makes easier to access roof system. I told her all of that but apparently she didn’t write any of it down.Called Monday at 2:30 pm to see if could find out when tech coming & remind them of 2 ladders. Girl said the person didn’t write that down & had put unit in attic vs. roof. She said she’d call me back as had to check with management & let them know Sunday’s girl didn’t put any of my notes in. She called back & said unless can be reached with one ladder their management said too dangerous, I said it’s been done with one ladder before as well. She said she needed to call me back after she updated management. She called back to tell me they were not coming as too dangerous. I told her that they have worked on it before.She said under new management now & they say too dangerous. I told her so basically the girl on Sunday didn’t do her job & they are canceling on me the day of my appointment during the time frame I was supposed to have a tech coming. Told her not only have they lost my business but also my parents business.I suggest anyone thinking of using Frymire read Dallas Morning News article written in 2018 because new management sucks & better companies out there that are about people in hot homes in heat of summer. I had seen it but never had a problem with them but since this happened I believe the news writer got it right that they are bad now.

Abel came early and was very knowledgeable. He was able to service my unit and found an issue that needed repair. He worked with me to get the follow up call initiated. He was extremely professional. Completely scamming customers. I came into contact with this company after they mistakenly sent me someone else's receipt with credit card information and contacted them. They offered me 3 free tune-ups. When the A/C was freezing, technician Chris R. claimed he put two pounds of refrigerant in the unit. However, he did not fix unit. Instead, he turned it on and left. He blamed the problem on the unit being manufactured in Mexico. Two hours later it froze again. When company called, they said they would send out another technician. Instead, they sent a salesman. When speaking with the president of the company, he made the whole situation worse--to the point the salesman asked me if I wanted him to hang up on the president. After speaking with Derrick, June 30, he promised to rectify the situation by offering a $142 refund. When I spoke to Dee Dee the next day about the time frame of the refund, she contacted Derrick who said it would take up to 10 days. No refund has been given as of this date. In the meantime, I have had two separate technicians from another company out. They both suspect that Frymire technicians drained coolant from the system to make it look like there was a leak or needed replacement even though the unit is under warranty. Their possible theft by service is highly possible. I cannot recommend this company to anyone because their services are inflated far above that of other companies, their technician did appear to be less than competent, the president of the company made customer relations worse, and they promise a refund and don't deliver on it. Thanks to the new company adding the refrigerant back into the system, it is working perfectly.

Bobby from Frymire did an excellent job with my AC system today. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and thorough. He answered my many questions and explained exactly what was going on with my system. I felt very comfortable with him in my home (single, female, so that's kinda a bug deal). And was very happy with the service I received.

On time arrival and exceptionally positive experience. In addition to having my hot water heater checked I needed to replace the instant hot water device which had recently begun to fail. Angel was thorough and careful in his work and a pleasure to talk with about the details of this device. I was surprised to learn that he routinely recommends the $200 device but many people are afraid he is just trying to make more money. Not so. This is a great value and I would not be afraid to take Angel's advice on anything. When we are able to replace our hot water heater I will definitely call Frymire and ask for Angel.

Jeremy was very professional and respectful. He was forth coming and went the extra mile to double check the work and that we were happy instead of just rushing off. I was a warranty professional for 11 years with Pulte Homes and Toll Brothers Homes and wish we had more techs like him running calls.

I had two Frymire technicians - Cristian and Devor - out today to take care of an issue with one of my new air conditioning units. These guys were great. Upon arrival, they went right to work, were highly efficient, and did a super job. It is so refreshing to work with a company like Frymire that exhibits such integrity. They stand behind their products and their customer service is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all of your heating, air conditioning, and water heater needs.

Fast, clean professional work and Angel went above and beyond tracking down all my issues and making sure I understood every step of the process. Would happily use and refer again.
Kind of an emergency: we needed a new gas water heater and also had a slab leak. Fausto came out with his helper and they explained everything to us, so we understood the situation and our options. We even decided to replace a toilet, since they'd be here anyway. This morning they replaced the water heater and the toilet. The other crew is still working tunneling under our home to locate the slab leak so it can be repaired. The work is not completed yet, but I trust it will be completed to our satisfaction, since to this point they have gone above and beyond. I think we found our new plumber!UPDATE: I was wrong - poor follow through! They did NOT come out and finish the work Saturday morning as promised. I had to make several calls Saturday to learn they weren't coming and even if they could come, there was no way they'd finish Saturday. I was VERY upset and disappointed that Fausto promised me something from the start that he KNEW could not be completed until the following week. Frymire manager Kyle called me Saturday to explain and to apologize. VERY disappointed that they didn't follow through, and that I was lied to to get the job. Kyle was very nice though, and I did appreciate him calling me to apologize ... and he gave me a $200 discount on the work. Now the estimated time to finish should be Thursday the following week - 5 days later than promised!
Jose was on time very professional. Diagnosed the problem told me the repair price gave me a couple other options then fixed my system. Afterwards made a couple other recommendations that should be done soon. All in all a great experience.

Probably one of the best service experiences I have had by a commercial service company in a long time. Jeremy was informative and kept me in the loop during the entire service call. Had to have my capacitor replaced but was a needed fix to assure a long time issue free HVAC unit. Highly recommend

What an amazing team Frymire has! I came home with my kids and my house was at 84 degrees! Frymire sent Christian who was extremely friendly, kind and fast at fixing the problem! He said two parts were failing on my AC... after discussing further I thought it best to have the repairs done. He said he had one of the parts but realized he had just used the last other part on his truck. He quickly came up with a solution and called his coworker Donny who came to the rescue!!! What an amazing team! They had my AC up and running in minutes and my babies can sleep soundly in our cool home... and so can I! I recommend this company to anyone and everyone!! My experience with Frymire plumbing today was exceptionally good. A service man was at my home within a couple of hours of my call. There was a gas leak and water leak in my hot water heater. The service man was able to offer me a new appliance installation with a 12 year warranty and installed it immediately. The replacement was completed by the end of the day. He also answered all my questions. I would recommend them to a friend. And I will call them in the future for other plumbing problems. I had meticulous service today 05/20/19 and recommend this company in the future.

I called Frymire regarding my HVAC being out on 3/11/2021 and when i mentioned it was under warranty i got a spill about Frymire being bought and not sure if new owners would honor the warranty. Also told they could not located my records for the unit but did show service calls. I was then told that i needed to speak with Rick Overall as he is the only one that can tell me if warranty will be honored, however he wasn't in the office until 8:00AM on 3/12. I called back on 3/12 at 8:30 and when asked what my call was in regards too was told he would return my in 48 hrs. I explained that this was poor customer service. I find it difficult to believe that 1 person at this company is the only one with answers. I'll never do business with Frymire again and suggest anyone considering doing business with them think twice. When you spend thousands of $$$ with a company the lease they can do is find someone to talk to you when you call.

Frymire does great work. I joined their club to get my major HVAC and plumbing appliances maintained a few times a year and get a discount on repairs. They always send skilled, friendly technicians. I’m always comfortable to hosting them in my home.Like today, I’d scheduled my winter heating checkup with Frymire (free with club membership), they sent Donny. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. Donny noticed a few things I should address and carefully explained them to me, but didn’t pressure me to spend money on my free checkup day. Since I can wait a little I’ll schedule the repair in a couple of months. Frymire is usually good like that. They tell you when something is urgent or not.I always recommend Frymire Home Services for air, heat and plumbing.

Great excellent tech. We never see the same tech again. This time the tech said he had never seen a drainage system like the one we have. Frymire 2 techs sold us the idea. Was supposed to be the end all best drainage system ever. It did work. We spent a lot and again several months later another team came out.They had another idea. We said OK, and paid the invoice. Frymire provides great service at a great price. The technician they sent out (Rafael) was extremely professional, courteous, respectful and thorough. Although we had a fairly simple plumbing issue, Rafael made sure to thoroughly check all aspects of the issue. He explained every step clearly and made sure I understood everything he was doing. These folks are great and I will use them again when I need ANY plumbing service.

I cannot believe how pleased I was with their service. I will be recommending them to my friends. I used their $49 tune up coupon. They charged that for each of my two units. They did a ton of work all for the original price. I have had other companies charge me more to just look at it and try to charge for every little thing they saw, even regular maintenance items. Not these guys.I rarely bother to write a good review, but these guys earned my praise.Hardworking, courteous, honest, great value. What more can I ask for? Nothing!

I have been using Frymire for a number of years and I would highly recommend this company. I am in the process of selling my home and am now living in another state. I am having my air conditioner and heating system checked and serviced for the buyers and Frymire sent Roy. I received a call from Roy explaining that several small repairs needed to be done that would prolong the life of the condenser Roy explained in detail and answered all my questions with great patience. Roy took the time to call me With the progress of the repairs. Roy was extremely knowledgeable and is a great asset to the company.
Stuart w& Giovanni were awesome technician. He was very thorough in his observation of my AC unit. He was honest and gave his opinion on what was needed to yield the best outcome. I really appreciate meeting a great tech that is very people friendly.
Service tech was professional and did the job requested; however, told us we needed to replace the run capacitor on the AC because it was working well below standard.We agreed and were charged $254 .Later we discovered these can be bought for $12 or less online. I understand we did not have to agree to the replacement, but this is outrageous! He literally pulled out the old one and replaced the new one, like plugging in a battery. We will never use your services again! What a rip-off!

Frymire tech Michael Mosley is one of the best HVAC techs I have encountered. He diagnosed our problem quickly and did a very thorough repair. We will request home in the future.
Changed settings so emergency heat will come on.Should have been done at install.But finally got educated on my system and how it is supposed to work.Very helpful, and appreciated.Works great, best tech.

Hello,Frymire Services came to my house and did a very thorough check of everything. The tech was a no nonsense, honest knowledgeable guy! He never used any high pressure tactics to sell me anything! The tech took his time and checked everything out to see if everything was working properly, as well as installing a new thermostat and some sort of switch for the heater! The overall price for the time he spent at my house and a 1 year maintenance agreement, was extremely reasonable! I will Definitely use Frymire Services again!

Perform water heater inspection per annual contract. It was difficult to make an appointment as Frymire backed up, have to make about month in advance. They showed up on time, were knowledgeable and professional.
Chance and his partner did a great job. They were not only 'on time' they were actually able to get to me earlier that schedule! In and out in just a couple House and took care of five different problems all at once! Amazing service! Very pleased! Will definitely be calling them back when I am ready to re-do the kitchen plumbing.
I came home from vacation to find my upstair's AC unit had stopped functioning on a Sunday at the end of July. I contacted Frymire Home Services and they were able to come out to my place the next morning (in the middle of summer). The Frymire technicians, Josiah and Roy, were knowledgeable and polite. After examining my system, they explained a series of repair and replacement options in a way I could comprehend and therefore I could make the smartest fiscal decision for myself. I decided to try to keep my 16 year old unit working with a band aid repair. This repair didn't work and the system continued to leak refrigerant. I then elected for the replacement of my outside unit and upstairs system. Frymire credited back 50% of the repair costs for the replacement. The next day they were able to install the unit. The technicians, David and Mitchell, completed this installation with a kind and knowledgeable demeanor. I am very satisfied with the new air conditioning and the professional level of service. I had a very positive experience and I have signed up to be become a member of their Home Maintenance Program.

Our AC tech's name was Joe and I can't say enough good things about him and the service he provided. He was very personable, friendly, and straight forward. I felt like I could trust him to do the work we requested and he didn't pressure us to get any unnecessary work performed. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. Thank you Joe!!

It’s rare that I can say I enjoyed interacting with a service person, but I truly enjoyed talking to Jeremy. He is extremely knowledgeable about our A/C units, and he is the reason we decided to replace them both. It was a great decision and I know we won’t regret it - especially when the temps really get high this summer!

These two representative of the Frymire Home Services Company made my wife and I very proud we chose this company to service our home plumbing needs. Angel and the associate who worked with him introduced themselves and shook my hand firmly while looking into my eyes. Angel conducted the inquiry as to just what I wanted and expected as if he was a seasoned investigator. As a result my wife and I were able to carry out our normal routines with minimal interruptions. The end results at completion of the job was my culling my choice of plumbing references to one company and also myself as a satisfied customer.
Everything was done professionally. Frymire notified me that he was on the way. He arrived, masked, with protective booties. He was here to do a check-up on the HVAC units in the attic and the side yard. He provided paperwork on what he had done. I received an e-mail detailing everything. They're my a/c people now.

A delightful friendly professional young man (Robert) arrived on time and immediately got to work. He stayed a while and checked everything thoroughly, I could tell. At the end of his servicing the unit, he explained everything clearly and with great knowledge of the system. I had to ask how old he was because he was just too experienced in my opinion. Before he could answer, I asked 20?. A quiet chuckle and then he said, 30. He looks 20 (albeit, he was wearing a mask) but is well informed, more like someone that's been doing the job for 20+years. Yep, 30 is still very young!
Hi I just wanted to say that Shannon the customer service person and the on site technicians, Ronaldo and Chance did a great job! Best service I’ve had for plumbing!They came in with boots to make sure our floors are clean. Very professional and great customer service.
Chad is an excellent technician! I would not want anyone else working on my AC unit. He is very informative and gets the job done quickly. I did purchase new AC unit from Frymire (unit is less than 2 years old now), but parts have already start going bad and AC stop working... so I am NOT HAPPY with the company itself. Disappointed that a pretty new unit malfunctions already.

The service we got was excellent. We had our hot water heater replaced and they fixed a leak issue in our master shower. Ricky, our technician, spent quite a while with us during the estimate visit explaining how the water heaters work and how they're integrated into the water and gas lines. Installation was the next day (we had some hot water but it was running out quickly, so we didn't need same-day) and afterwords he explained the different safety systems and what to do during a water or gas leak issue. Price was very reasonable, technician was friendly and personable (and the same tech did the estimate and install), and he spent extra time with us teaching us about the issue. We're very, very pleased with what we got for the cost.

Called Frymire for my AC. Tech came out and said that system basically needed to be replaced and I had a leak. He said that he added refrigerant but needed to get a valve. He left and sent someone else to come back with the valve. At this point the little bit of cool air we were getting turned to warm air. I called another company and Come to find out he broke the valve on my AC unit and drained all of my refrigerant. The tech for the new company was able to show me the stain on the ground we’re all the fluid sprayed out. Once he added more coolant he saw were the value was broken and replaced it. It’s safe to say that the Frymire technician sabotaged my unit in an attempt to force me to replace it. Not only did he drain out my fluid he turned the power off to the unit outside. They knew what they did.

The office of Frymire Services was very prompt, courteous, sending out Technician, Mike S, on same day and he did a thorough job. He even changed the air filter and gave Information on replacement of original fan battery being down to 3% and replaced. Please convey my appreciation for cleaning the outside unit and a job well done.
Frymire is just amazing and so is Renaldo. I couldn’t be happier with his service. He worked on a difficult problem until he found the solution. It was hiding from us but he found it. He’s a very thorough man.
Roy came out for my preventative maintenance today. He was very professional & courteous. I have been having trouble locating the proper size filters for my unit. While making repairs to ensure my unit survives the Texas summer,he found the correct filters. Roy was amazing and I will be sure to ask for him every time.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. They arrived on time and fixed my problem perfectly. Up front fair pricing! My bathroom looks great they even came out on a Saturday. This was amazing my bathroom is cleaner then when they arrived attention to detail was excellent. I can’t say enough good things. This will be the only place I go for all my future needs and i no longer fear pluming jobs knowing I have a great plumber to call. Josh is my go to guy now. So when people as do you know a plumber I’m like sure I got a guy. Thanks again josh for going the extra mile to make this a easy process and doing excellent work.
It's been hot in Dallas these past days and my 10 year-old airconditioning unit was not keeping up with the heat. So, I called Frymire to request for an appointment to see what's wrong with the unit. On the day of the appointment, I received a call from the scheduler to remind me that the technician would be at my home at 9 AM. About 30 minutes before the appointment time, the technician called and informed me that he would be at my home at the appointed time.The technician, David Leasure, arrived exactly at 9 AM. He was very courteous and respectful. He cleaned the unit and performed some diagnostic tests. Upon finding some issues he asked if he can call his field supervisor (Tommy McLaughlin). When Mr. McLaughlin arrived, he checked and verified the findings by the technician and proceeded to discuss options available to me.I received excellent service from Frymire. I will recommend the company to all my friends.
I would like to thank Garret Galicia for his incredible kindness and professionalism. He recognized a need, and he worked diligently to correct the problem. He was committed to his company to see that things were done right and that his company had a good name, and he was committed to me to see that I was pleased and satisfied with his work and with Frymire. Horrible customer service. My heater failed right before the Dallas-Fort Worth energy crisis. Tech diagnosed the issue on Feb. 14, and said someone would call me back about a time to fix the heater (record lows, pipe-bursting, deadly cold out, by the way). On Feb. 15, I called and was told all supplies stores were closed and someone would call me back Feb. 16. On Feb. 16, I spoke with Shannon, who said I would be added to the schedule. Well, it's six days later, and no one has called or showed up from Frymire to fix the issue. I had another company come out--they gave me advice on a temp fix and then repaired the issue a few days later. Frymire should be ashamed. ZERO accountability and ZERO customer service. Would never, ever, ever recommend. Giving this one star only because the system won't let me leave it blank.

Frymire recently performed semi annual checkup of my system, Rod diagnosed a problem with my compressor. He was right on, as it failed within a day. He was then able to confirm that I have this awesome warranty, and scheduled a full replacement of my unit for the next day.Billy was here the next morning, and took care of all the installation. He was very professional, courteous, and able to answer any and all questions that came to mind. Within three hours, my A/C was running perfectly!Thank you guys, I would highly recommend Frymire!
Excellent service and excellent price. Tech was very friendly and took time to answer all my questions. As a courtesy, he even checked the charge on my other unit that was not having a problem. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family. My one suggestion for improvement - my appointment was after 12:00 and the tech showed up at around 6:00PM. It would have been nice to have an update call some time in the afternoon to let me know how his schedule was running. Not a big deal, I was very happy with the service.

The crew that came out, I believe it was Jeremy and one other left without closing the circuit breaker for the compressor unit. It’s not the first bad experience the last time they didn’t adjust the DIP switches and left us without heat, it took two trips before a tech figured it out
This morning will be the the crew’s third attempt to install a toilet at my house. Two separate plumbers from Frymires have tried and failed to install it correctly and it has been leaking on my floor for days. I paid a very high installation price with poor service to show for it. Is there a plumber at Frymires who can reinstall a solid, non leaking toilet? We’ll see.Update: third crew came and tried to fix it. It is still leaking several days later. Fourth attempt coming up.Second update: the Frymire crew did get the toilet repaired finally. The last technician was professional and identified the problem then quickly fixed it. If you could hire just this one tech then I think you would have good service, but that’s not how it works.

He was very professional and thorough, he explained everything he did, discussed the status of my AC with me, and even showed me how to clean the coils around the compressor. I had requested their services on the day of my Birthday and they sent someone out as soon as they could. When Roy came he was very polite and found out the problem quickly. He really went above and beyond, it was late at night on a Friday yet he still stayed to help us out. He really saved the day and helped save the night and I was able to enjoy my birthday in the cool AC!
Service tech was very friendly & informative. Work was completed in a timely manner & he went over the service report details with me to make sure I understood what was accomplished.
I prefer to work with small family companies, but got sucked in by the TV commercial of another big HVAC company in the DFW area. When the other company looked at my 15 year old AC, they told me, that I need a new system. I agreed, but their prices were not only high, but simply outrageous. So, I called my old small company and the lady on the phone sent out Frank P.. He didn't belong to the small company, because the small family business retired and sold their company to Frymire, however Frank P. was the next best man to deal with. He looked at my system and offered me a split two stage 16 Seer heat pump system (AC and Heater in one) for about the same price, the other company wanted for a single 14 Seer AC unit. Frank P. was very polite and professional and the unit was installed on the next available day.During the installation some minor mishap must have happened, because my new unit stopped working, two days after the installation in the middle of the night. Dismayed at first, I called Frymire at around 11pm and was surprised, that they got a technician out within about an hour, Tim P..I thought it can't get any better than Frank P., but Tim P. has proven me wrong. He called, that he's on his way, had a wonderful attitude, despite having to drive across the DFW area in the middle of the night and fixed the problem with my unit. He explained everything, that he did and what caused my unit to stop working -- I'm very impressed with his professional service and his people skills.My Guinea pig Dora liked him, too -- she doesn't come out of her house for just anybody and gives Tim P. five stars as well. ;)Guinea pigs are temperature sensitive and therefore it is important to me, that I get fast service, when something goes wrong with my HVAC system. Frymire offers great service and responds quickly to problems, even in the middle of the night.
Enrique provided quality and professional service to my heating unit. He also changed a capacitor that was bad. In preparation for cooling season he got the make and serial number from my air conditioner.
OMG!!! This Daikin AC/Heating System been installed 1 full day and I can’t tell when the system is running! Super Quiet! Incredible!! I hope I can get use to the new quiet! If I now hear noises, I’ll blame Daikin! ??

Starting from the very first call I made to Frymire to find about replacing furnace for my AC unit, the service has been top class and very prompt. Starting with Allie Chandler who handled by initial request, to Tony Mendes the Sales Technician, to Oscar B., the installer of the equipment. Oscar B. arrived very promptly on time to install and did a very good job. The technicians being sent for air conditioning and water heater services are professional, thorough with their work and there is good follow through.Certain maintenance and parts replacement aspects can add up but Frymire works with you providing good pricing.
Brock came out on Saturday. We had no cooling with our downstairs unit. It was still under warranty and he found part of the confessor broken. Replace with warranty. He was great and efficient. Very respectful and was wearing his mask. He was great.

I’m completely satisfied with the work I received from Robert O’steen, and his 5star Service/professionalism. I encourage anybody that’s going to use this business request him. I’m disappointed with the company itself. They did not follow my request for the type of technician I wanted to work on my uint stated in my online appointment. In my opinion they sent a technician with not enough experience to address my HVAC electrical system. I was forced to call the company and speak to the Manager and to explain to him the type of technician I wanted to work on my system. If they would have fulfilled my request from the beginning the company itself would’ve gotten a better review. The cost of the repair was very reasonable.

They guy that came out was awesome. Spoke to the manager and he was awesome. The thing that I am upset about is my new unit that I paid cash and up front for broke down in less than a year. I’m very concerned and worried about what happens after my warranty is up!! I didn’t get a 10yr because I’m or gone be here for 10 years! Sorry but I had to write this because something is up with a brand new unit failing in less than a year!
Michael Pack did a great job making the repairs to my mother-in-laws leaking tub spigots and she is always a challenge to work with as a customer. He showed up in the allotted timeframe, assessed the situation quickly and was able to secure the needed parts and make all of the repairs. He also did and assessment of the water heater and left us with good information on some enhancements to make In the future that will avoid an unnecessary water incident. This company is great. The HVAC technician who came out this morning, Chad, was very courteous and professional. He fixed up my A/C system, and took the time to explain what he was doing. I was told that I needed to replace my hot water heater and that was not the news I wanted to hear on a Monday morning. My water had been tepid for well over a year now but I just thought the temperature needed to be turned up. The tech said my heater was rusted all around and I viewed it for myself and had to slightly agree not being an expert. I reluctantly agreed to the installation and cost (even though it hurts my budget as a senior). The tech ordered the heater and installed it with assistance of two others. He displayed himself as professional, knowledgeable and friendly during this service. The entire installation took about 3 hours, and I have a reasonable warranty if I have problems later that should be honored by Frymire.

Tim, the technician was great! Explained and showed me the problem with my unit and fixed it! Also my unit was covered under warranty for parts and labor so I didn’t have to pay anything! I just had my other unit serviced not too long ago by another company and they charged me for labor! I will be calling them back to get my refund! Frymire is an honest and reputable company! Will do business with them again!

The technician, Chris, was very nice and courteous and arrived on time. He explained everything in concise language. He did a thorough inspection of the unit and once the furnace was working, allowed it to run, turn off, and then run again. He also explained the company’s policies and VIP program which ended up saving me money. I really appreciated his help and professionalism.

The first company to look at the furnace was Milestone (Semi-Anual Checkup) They told me I had a crack in my heat exchange and needed a new furnace for $5400.Tim from Frymire came and said the only problem was a missing screw--he fixed it for $160. He metered the Carbon Monoxied level coming into the house as 0. He was honest and competent.
Ken and his team go above and beyond to get the job done right. After making a Facebook post looking for recommendations for local plumbing companies, Ken took time out of his busy schedule to reach out to me about my concerns. I’ve been treated with nothing but respect by the associates with Frymire. Efficient, punctual, and kind, this company has my loyalty.

Tim Jaegers and his young sidekick (didn't get his name) were on time, thorough, professional, and courteous. Tim stuck with the job (replacing the evaporator coils) and didn't give up until the job was done. This mid-July day brought with it scorching temps and grueling conditions, but Tim did not waiver or throw in the towel. I was able to interact with him a couple of times when getting an update, and he was professional and respectful every time. I had confidence in his ability to service our unit and restore cool to our home. Tim also made sure everything was in order and that we were kept in the loop on when the job was done. We are thankful that Tim is an employee of Frymire. Tim Jaegers represents the company well.

My mother, Janet Burns, was taken advantage of. She called Frymire and asked how much her project would cost. They didn't give her a price and the technicians who came didn't tell her how much the project would be. They just started working. When they were finished, they did not show her any paperwork or e-documents to sign. They charged her almost $850 to replace the sink, disposal, and faucet. Mother provided the sink, disposal, and faucet.She called the manager twice for an invoice. When she disputed the price, she was offered $100 reimbursement and a service agreement. This was in October 2020 and to this day, 1/15/2021, she has not received a dime. She will not use the service agreement since she will never use Frymire again.Do not use this company!

8/2019 - Roy was great! Prompt and knowledgeable.12/2019 - I am editing this review to add new information.After our initial checkup service by Roy, our air conditioner unit broke down approximately a month later. Apparently the evaporator coil was badly leaking and needed to be replaced. The technician that came out assured us that (1) the coil was not under warranty, (2) the rest of our unit was extremely old and could break at any time, and (3) that even if we did replace the coil, we would just have to replace it all over again if the rest of the unit went out. He quoted us the most expensive unit that they sold and told us that was the only one that would work for our house.After some sticker shock, my husband and I called out several other companies to provide opinions. Each company assured us that our overall unit would last several more years, the coil was under warranty and the coil would not have to be replaced if the rest of the unit went out.Needless to say we were very upset with the information we were provided from Frymire. However, because we initially had paid them to re-fill the leaking freon (close to $900) in the long run it was cheaper to go through them than a new company.After the repair was finished, I called the number on the back of the paperwork to speak with the owner regarding the service we had received. He readily agreed that he could see this particular technician trying to sell us up a package and also not checking the warranty. This was concerning to me that he acknowledged his employee was untrustworthy. He promised to make it right but his first offer was to have us buy into a monthly payment plan for 8 years where they cover any issues that arise. We were not fully opposed to this idea in general, but would certainly not enter into an agreement with Frymire after all of this. I was also offended that our main complaint with Frymire - selling us more than we needed - was responded to by an attempt to sell us more services (costing thousands of dollars).He then offered us a partial refund to show his value to customer service. I did appreciate this. However, to date, it has been almost 2 months since we first spoke with him regarding our concerns, and 8 weeks since he promised us a partial refund. We have still not received the refund. I have followed up via email at least 6 times, and each time he seems confused as to what was agreed to and has repeatedly told me the check was already in the mail (clearly it was not). I am extremely disappointed with this company.Edited to add: we finally did receive the check. I am leaving the review at 2 stars - deducting 2 for the misleading technician and 1 for all of the hassle we had to go through to resolve the issue.
Roy, David and Rob were great. We needed to replace our HVAC system, and Roy took the time to explain all of the details and options to us. He also took after-hours questions from us as we were making our decision. David and Rob installed the new system and were professional and courteous. The new system has only been running a couple of hours, but so far, so good!

Saul just checked our two stage thermostat, and cleaned the furnace in the attic. He was very careful, and explained many helpful things to me. Ask for Saul if you can. And, as always, I am so grateful that I can trust Frymire Home Services. Frymire replaced my 3 air conditioning units last year, and I am very pleased.
We have used Frymire over the past 12 months for both ongoing maintenance and AC duct overhaul(very old duct work from original owner), and I am more then happy to keep coming back to them for my large appliance maintenance and repair. Tim Parish has been over a few times, and he is always a pleasure to work with. Able to explain clearly what has/needs/could be done, and always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel comfortable with our choice whatever it may be. During our latest call he meticulously took notes on our heater performance, and offered to call out someone to speak with us regarding our AC system per my request. Frank Perez came out within an hour, and spent the next 3 hours going over a potential new system, how he could access the 3 ducts that originally couldn't be accessed, and going over their new EaseProgram. He was a great source of information, has tons of experience with all things HVAC, and we ultimately went ahead with their new EaseProgram to upgrade our entire HVAC system to the current decade due to the interactions we had with Frank P. and Tim. P. For me, the final selling point was when Frank Perez determined how to access/fix our lingering issue with the last 3 ducts, with this fix and the benefits of the ease program it was an easy decision for me.Regarding the EaseProgram, this is a new program they currently spun up, and for our budget, age/performance of our system, AC demand in the summer, works out perfect. The top 2 selling points for us were 1) Level sets our HVAC cost at one cost per month to one entity (new hvac install/parts/labor/call outs/preemptive part change w/labor) that is well within our budget 2) Brings our entire HVAC(outside to inside) system to up to date at one go. Would suggest looking into it if you are considering upgrading this winter. Looking forward to continuing our business with Frymire.

DO NOT CHOOSE FRYMIRE FOR YOUR AC UNITS!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR UNITS AND THEIR SERVICE!We recently used Frymire to have multiple units replaced (in May 2019). We paid $20K for our new AC units and were told that all parts and labor were free for the next 10 years. It’s been 1 year, and one of my brand new units is already not working. I called Frymire today when it stopped working, and I was told that it would cost $189 just for them to come out here and diagnose the problem! When I reminded them of what they told me a year ago, the lady I spoke to told me that she would have her manger call me to see what could be done.Shane, the manager, called me later and asked me if it was an important AC unit?!? (The unit that is broken is the one that covers the main part of my house--kitchen, living room, etc). When I told him yes and that I wanted someone to come out today to fix it, he told me the same thing—it would cost $189 just for someone to come out and do the diagnostic. I once again reminded them of what I was told when I purchased the units, but that didn’t matter.Oh, and here’s the best part…if you want to hear how inconvenient it is that your AC unit goes out in the middle of the summer, just call Frymire and ask for Shane. He was so kind to remind me that it was a Sunday in the middle of the summer when I expected someone to come out?. He let me know that that they couldn’t get someone to come out until 8pm or 9pm tonight at the earliest.I called the Frymire 800 number back after talking to Shane and then asked to speak to his supervisor. I was then told that Shane would call me back. I told them that I already talked to Shane, and that I wanted to talk to his supervisor, and I was told the supervisor would call me back in a few minutes. It’s been over 2 hours and still no call. I just called back and they have no record of my previous calls and no one coming out?!?!

Moe was our technician today performing our semi- annual service. He arrived and introduced himself and started right away. He was incredibly thorough and professional. He explained everything that he was going to do and what he saw after the inspection. He gave us professional advice and remained positive though out the entire visit. At the end gave us recommendations to improve performance with our older unit and even gave us a ballpark on what to expect should we decide to purchase a newer unit on the market. He took the time to reach out to his fellow team members in that field. It was helpful and a very pleasant experience.

My overall experience with this company was negative. When my AC went out, they responded quickly, which was a relief as it was 90 degrees in my children's bedroom. After running some diagnostics, they identified the components that were broken, but rather than replacing those components, they wanted to charge almost $1,000 for a rejuvenation kit to start the machine up so they could make further diagnostic decisions. The alternative was to purchase an entirely new system for $7,500. The salesman came out and painted a bleak picture for our admittedly old unit. Basically, the push was not to waste $1,000 on something that would just break again in the near future. He encouraged me to call someone before making a decision. This struck me as condescending, but I ignored it and consulted with family members who have replaced their own units recently. I came back with a series of questions at which point I was asked, Do you want me to wait until your husband comes home so he can hear the answers from me? Wow! No, thank you. I am perfectly capable of remembering what you have to say. After he answered my questions, I told him I was going to have to hold off and get other estimates for the work. He then said that, if I let them do the rejuvenation, they would roll that money into the new system if I replaced it within a certain period of time. I declined at which point they charged me a $90 diagnostic fee. I brought out several other companies to give estimates for an new system and all were surprised that it would cost $1,000 just to make an appropriate diagnosis. None of them charged me a diagnostic fee. We ended up replacing the capacitor ourselves for $30 and the AC is working again. I called Frymire and asked that they reimburse the $90 diagnostic fee given that their diagnosis involved an unnecessary $1,000 kit that did not even include a capacitor. They said the manager would call me back. He didn't. I called a week later and was forwarded to the manager right away. He told me they would not reimburse the fee as they had made an appropriate diagnosis. This is true, but if they knew they had made an appropriate diagnosis then why would I need to pay $1,000 just to further verify what they already knew? I very much feel like they were trying to take advantage of a young female who they pegged as being unable to see through their scam. If you decide to go with Frymire, just make sure you know all of your facts ahead, and be prepared for male chauvinism from the sales team and managers.UPDATE: Since writing the above review, the president of the company, Ken, spoke with me. He let me know that they fired the salesman who had made the chauvinistic comments (mine was not the first complaint), and he spoke with the technician to consider the needs of the customer when making repair suggestions (the rejuvenation kit was, according to Ken, the right way to deal with the problem, but not the most cost effective or expedient). He wanted to know how to make things right. While I feel like his appeal was a case of too little too late, I appreciate that he took the time to reach out to me and that he treated me and my concerns with respect.

I had been told by another company my system needed major and costly repairs to get through the summer. Scheduling Frymire for a second opinion showed me this was not the case. Frymire always provides me with excellent service and today was no different. Ramon and Abel did rapid, efficient and full work in doing my fall check-up for my 5 heat/airunits. They have been doing these for me for several years and knows well what theyare doing. They monitor when it is time to reorder new filters and take care of the ordering. They keep the work space clean, always bringing shoe covers to put on as they moves in and out of the house and other areas where the equipment is. They are friendly, polite, professioinal and communicative about what they have done, what they have found and anything they recommend. All went well today.

The communication with this company is organized as my calls were returned promptly. My repairman(representative, or what is PC these days) called before leaving his home to estimate TOA and was on time. He is/was polite, efficient, and respectful even though the problem was due to my ignorance. He explained the maintenance services available and quickly made the transaction. Both the downstairs and upstairs systems quit on the same day. I called Frymire the next day and they had someone out that evening. The technician was polite, well mannered and an excellent representative of the company. He explained everything in detail about the problems he found and gave more than one solution to get us up and running. Best of all he was honest about each solution and at no time did he pressure us to solve the problem with a new unit. He explained both the pros and cons so we could make a well thought-out decision based on facts and our financial circumstances.I am a Frymire club member and have never regretted my decision to do business with them for my heating and air conditioning maintenance. I was also very please to hear they have add water heaters to their maintenance service
Jose Hernandez came today to fix our A/C. Two other technicians had come out and were unable to fix our A/C. Jose came and realized where the leak was coming from, and was able to fix it. I am very thankful for him. I highly recommend him.
Corey just left my house after an annual inspection of the hit water heaters they installed a year ago. Very friendly and courteous. Checked out the plumbing for the house and even answered some extra questions this weekend handyman had. Would be happy for him to come back for my next appointment.
I do not recommend this company. They canceled an appointment I had setup with them 30 minutes before the appointment. When I called in they said it was because it was a maintenance call and not an emergency. They said they had several emergencies come up that morning. (ie. higher paying clients) and asked if I could reschedule the next week. I probably would of been okay if they would recommended somebody else or called me the day before to let me know. Basically spent half my day off waiting for someone that would never show. In this case my situation had actually changed and my A/C had stopped working and my home was 85-90 interior which would cost more money but it was too late because they had already canceled my appointment without asking or telling me. I would give zero stars if available.

I have used Frymire Services since 1984. They have serviced my homes in Arlington, Coppell, and Flower Mound in a professional manner. I utilize their seasonal equipment inspections, and many times my units are functioning properly.This visit found 2 of the units functioning properly and 1 unit needed repairs. Roy, the technician (Thank you, Roy) explained the problem and offered options to consider. After a quick call to their office we were able to agree on a solution that worked for me. I expected a big name company like Frymire to be more pricey than local competitors, but their price was 3/4 the nearest bid and they were willing to work with on needs vs. wants to fit our budget. My only complaint is that the process ... inspection, estimate, then installation seemed to take an inordinate amount of time (about a month all in). Would do business again.

Our downstairs AC unit was not cooling and the high today was over 100. I called Frymire at noon and they were able to send a technician out by 4:00. Roy was wonderful and very professional. My only problem with Frymire is they are always trying to up sale you! AC is only maybe 10% of the many functions of a home. It’s just a part of the home along with Windows, foundation, electrical, plus all the cosmetic updates! What is code today may not of been code when the house was built. If it’s not broke you don’t need to spend thousands just meet today’s requirements.I will say, even though we have a different tech each time they are professional, friendly, responsive and almost always on time.

Complete scam tried to overcharge me 3000$ ... got a guy for 80 and fixed it ...SCAM !!! THERE WERE NO ROOTS ! A GUY FIXED IT AN HOUR LATER .. I WAS CHARGED 0 CAUSE YOU COULDN'T UNCLOG THE DRAIN !!!! I'm sure the good reviews you guys have are mostly fake or people that doesn't know better ... the 93$ is only to get you to call em !

My technician was very professional, on time, and pointed out something that my inspector missed on my AC unit. They offer one of the best monthly service plans for AC, heating, and plumbing that I’ve seen.
Angel and the guys at Frymire always do an excellent job. They took a look at my plumbing and solved the problem. They always give detailed feedback but don’t go into a pushy sales pitch. Highly recommend.
My HVAC unit was over 25 years old. The Texas heat did it in completely. I purchased a new HVAC system. Chris was knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting the best route for me to go and be economical. I am very satisfied with Frymire.

Geovani Sandoval is the apitamy of GREAT customer service very informative. They have a warranty service for 15 a month that covers both the HVAC and plumbing..better than those home warranty goats..More Naseer is one of a kind..very through in his inspection. All I kept saying us he is truly concerned about my safety.Max Diaz a plumber after my own heart..hes smart and very through as well. Educated me on what to look for when checking for water leaks. I had a problem and he fixed it.I'M TELLING YOU..YOU CAN'T GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A COMPANY THAN THIS ONE RIGHT HERE.. YOU GET THE PREMIUM SERVICE.

Not sure why everyone puts the pricing and service down on Frymire. I have been using them since I bought my house - they installed the original system. They are prompt, thorough and compared to another service I used actually lower in pricing. Had a service call today. Our technician Leo was experienced and thorough and fixed our heating issue promptly. Gave me some recommendations on a couple of areas that I need to consider to ensure my system is maintained. Most folks spend money servicing their cars and do not think twice about it but go totally dumb when it comes to doing the same for household maintenance. Highly recommend this company. They are a bit heavy on the upselling but I am in Sales so completely understand.
We had David L that came out to service our a/c and he was amazing! Literally left no stone unturned until he found the exact cause of our issue and was wonderful with communicating with us throughout the process. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough and thank you, David!!
They came and attempted to repair our 2nd HVAC unit on our guest house. The compressor was not even going which is why we called them initially.The first technician who came out Chris said it was the dual capacitor which wasn't allowing it to go (wasn't getting a signal) so he replaced that and said they may need to replace the drain switch someday too because it seemed funny but wasn't needed at that time. We paid them the emergency trip fee and the $350 for the repair.Three hours later it stopped working again and was hot in there again. We called them out, they came out several hours later and the second tech, Roy, stated that it was the drain switch, which he replaced and then the unit was working again. We paid them the $219 and then the next day it had stopped again hasn't been back on since. It's doing precisely the same thing as it did before we ever called them the FIRST time and NEITHER of the fixes have fixed the issue we had to begin with.Therefore, I called and spoke with Thomas who said they would not come back out without an ADDITIONAL trip fee even though we had already paid an emergency trip fee the first trip the day before. If they had fixed it the first time then we wouldn't have had to have them back out again would we? I told him that was unacceptable and if they didn't come back out without charging us I would dispute the charges for both trips since neither trip fixed the issue. You would think they would at least honor their work for a day but apparently not.Thomas was yelling at me on the phone SIR! SIR! SIR! when I told him this and he was completely unhelpful.This company knows nothing about customer service or the customer experience - they should have come back out and repaired it whatever was wrong with it. Also we ended up paying for TWO fixes, both of which were NOT the actual cause of the problem!!! If they had been it would be working so we paid for something we never needed, twice!We have a new company coming out today to diagnose the issue.

Mike from Frymire did a great job installing a new water heater and fixing gas leaks. Mike was wonderful at keeping me informed of the work that needed to be done along with the costs. He helped make a stressful repair job go much easier. He was very detailed with his work and everything turned out working and looking great. Bobby was great to work with and was very helpful and informative. He checked all the valves inside of the house as well as all our commodes. The flush on the tankless hot water heater was done without any issues and he showed me that it flushed very clear.

Max, the plumber/technician who came to my home was forthright in providing sound recommendations related to the state and condition of my existing water heater. He provided sound and justified advice in his recommendation of a replacement for the existing water heater; I will be pursuing that replacement based largely on his suggestion.
Geronimo was very honest about what our sump pump needed, quoted what he could do, and recommended I reach out to the company who originally installed it for further service options that it needs. That transparency is what I will remember next time I need plumbing, HVAC, etc work done and an estimate needed.
To say that I was disappointed was merely an understatement. 3 days ago, my AC was not functional. I called several places and Frymire was able to get out the quickest. Upon arrival, I felt as if I was trying to be 'sold' as if I was at a Car Dealership. My AC Tech told me I needed new wiring, coils, etc. That he pumped 1lb of Freon in the unit but that I can either band-aid fix for $1400 or purchase an entire new unit. He told me that his Project Manager would be calling - Never got a call or message from this person either. During this time, the usual Company we use - Sam's Heating and Cooling came out (free of charge might I add) to give me a 2nd opinion. What do you know? A simple contactor was out and within 20 minutes my entire unit was cooling and has been working great ever since. We are in the process of moving so to hear I needed all of these things, when truthfully my unit is functional was so scary - The Tech at Frymire showed no compassion and kept insisting on all these other options, not even understanding that we have a little baby , relocating and our AC is not working. Meanwhile, I spent maybe $250 and it works great. The funny thing is the Tech did not put anything in my unit as it was obvious the very next day - because you can't put Freon into a non-functional unit. The Tech from Sams even showed me. I will never use Frymire again. I tried calling you guys to share this feedback and no call back. It was not worth my $89 fee when he did absolutely nothing and was a car salesman. He was obviously trying to upsell me to make a personal amount of money
Tim, as usual is great. Professional and explains everything he is doing to repair or replace. He has been our personal plumber and we always try to get him to do the work. ie, if we can wait. Because he is so good, he stays busy. Loyal customer for life.
Scheduling was easy & prompt, even on a Sunday. We got a text that Angel was on his way and a call when he was close. He diagnosed the problem quickly & walked us through what would be needed to solve the issue. Angel is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also followed all Covid safety protocols!
Domingo, He is very professional and polite technician. He came to our house, and help us diagnose furnace problem. He is very patient to explain the cause of failures. Helped us to find the best options to resolve the problem. In the end, he helped us to tune up our second unit to ensure everything works properly.
I have been using Frymire Services since my house was built in February of 1998. They have always been punctual and their pricing is very fair. I have now replaced both of my heating/cooling units. Misael and his team did a great job installaing the new system last Friday. They did a great job of cleanup in and outside the house. I highly recommend them. Keith Porter was great to work with from the sales point and Gary came out as well to review my duct work and they made a minor revision. I will continue to recommend and use Frymire Services.

I have used Frymire a couple of times before for a/c service, and was satisfied. I liked how easy and fast the response was, which is important for a/c service in the summer. And the servicemen were friendly and helpful. However, my previous experience made me decide to call someone else next time. Our furnace was acting up and I called Frymire, because again, I needed a quick response. The serviceman finally came late in the afternoon and was waiting for me when I got home from picking up my young kids. As soon as I walked in the door, needing a minute to get my tired, cranky kids settled, the serviceman barked at me to tell him where the furnace was. I let it go because I realized I was probably his last call of the day and he wanted to go home. After testing the wiring connections on my furnace, he told me I that needed to replace the gas valve, probably the most expensive piece on my furnace. Retailing at about $250, he quoted me $650 for the part alone. Coincidentally, he became very friendly when he was telling me that's what was wrong with my furnace. I didn't get a good feeling from him from the start, even when I talked to him on the phone before he arrived. I definitely didn't trust him and I told him I'd let them know if I decided to replace the valve. I lived with a spotty furnace for a few days and finally got the time to do some research. I cleaned the flame sensor with some fine sandpaper, and it's worked perfectly ever since. Instead of offering advice that I'm sure the serviceman was aware of, he tried to get me to spend probably close to $1000 just before Christmas. No thanks. I'll find a company I can trust.
My AC unit went out this morning and I called the tech, Frank who had serviced the unit a few months earlier. He showed up within a couple of hours of my call and was able to diagnose the problem in a few minutes. Just like his previous visit, he was very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional manner. He was able to explain the problem and the possible solutions in layman's terms while not mansplaining! He is definitely an asset to Frymire.
Wonderful company. On time, professional and most importantly, HONEST. They saved us $6,200 on work/parts that another company told us we had to have done. Would highly recommend. My husband and I will be making Frymire our go-to company from here on out!

I had someone else install my upstairs A/C unit and as soon as it was done I knew I had made a mistake. I've realized since, that sometimes its worth investing in the big things in your home, and A/C repair and maintenance is one of them - especially in Texas. I joined Frymire shortly after and haven't looked back since. They have repeatedly fixed the issues the other installer left {things not done to code, leaks, poor installation} and often times without a fee. Roy and Sean have both been great and I'm so grateful to have a reliable and dependable company like Frymyre to help me when I really need it!

Single handedly the most frustrating company I have worked with. In 2016 they replaced my HVAC unit and this was the beginning of a stupid amount of stress.It had to be replaced multiple times, and the third time they realized it was the wrong size when it damaged my ceiling.I’ve had appointments with them and have no shows.Save yourself the time and effort and find another option.

Jeremy did an excellent job, first explaining what would be done to ensure the furnace was functioning properly and then going over what he’d found that may need to be a addressed at some point. Some of the items could involve replacement parts but there was no high pressure sales pitch to do it now just the information. Very professional and followed COVID guidelines.
HVAC Technician Jeremy Nyagoko visited my home today. He was extremely polite, patient and took his time to do a proper inspection and maintenance work. He was also kind enough to give advice on regular maintenance and duct cleaning. Great service! ?? Thank you!

I was impressed that they were available to come to my house within an hour of my call requesting their help to repair my heater. Patrac Manivath was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. He also checked to make sure everything else looked okay. He was very professional and polite. I was pleased with the outcome and especially pleased with the timeliness of their service call, which was earlier than what I was told it would be when I scheduled it. Overall, very happy.
Roy was great! We called Frymire for an after hours AC issue and Roy arrived on time, had a professional, friendly attitude and got our problem fixed quickly. Would highly recommend and ask for Roy for any AC service needs.

I had two new units installed inside and outside today. Misael Rico and crew were courteous and he explained exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take.I asked them to call before they were finished so I could get back and they did just that. They were so clean when they were done you could not even tell they were here. This was one of the best experience I have had with a company from start to finish. I would recommend Frymire to everyone I know.
Very professional and responsive. From my first call to the completed work, the staff kept me informed of my status. Doug was obviously qualified and also considerate of my time. The rate was explained up front and was the rate charged at the end---- no surprises. I highly recommend them.
We have used Frymire for the past 12 years. They have the best trained techs--this is a big reason why their services exceed our expectations. When it comes to warranty work, they do the paperwork for you, making warranty work easy for the customer. Tech Jeff was also helpful with some basic maintenance work that can sometimes be challenging for senior customers. We definitely will continue to use Frymire in the future.

I scheduled a routine water heater maintenance check for a unit that was installed in 2003. Up to this point I have not had the unit serviced and I was worried about the age given I live in a Condoplex. Upon inspection it was obvious to me that my water heater was on the verge of failure and if it leaked it would cause serious problems to both my unit and my neighbors units (Home Owners does not cover damage from Water Heaters). The call move from a maintenance call to a full blown replacement on Friday afternoon; unfortunately, this job would become one of if it could go wrong it would go wrong. First the new similar sized water heater would not fit into the space (very tight fit given being a condo), so they had to bring a new one on Saturday that was smaller and would fit. Once it was installed it did not appear to be functioning so they thought the unit was defective, but apparently the old emergency shut off collapsed and was blocking the supply. So they had to shut off water to half the complex to replace that part. Once fixed they were able to complete the installation and complete the swap out.I rated this job a five (I rarely do reviews) because this was a perfect example of a how a straight forward job turned into a nightmare job for both myself and Frymire. But they stuck with it and saw the job through to completion on a Saturday none the less. Highly recommend.

Don’t use. Won’t post without a 1 star rating, wouldn’t give the that. Came yesterday for semi annual check up. Left stating we need $2874 in repairs. 5lbs of Freon at $340 a lb. also needed 2 switches at $340 each. Called a couple of AC companies and avg price per lb of Freon was $95 lb. Choice Air came and checked the issues Frymire left. Needed less than 2 lbs of Freon not 5lbs. The switches in question were fine. If the needed to be replaced both would cost less than one in the original estimate. Total cost of repairs came to $170 vs $2900.I also had both quote the cost if replacing both units using a 16 ser same models. Frymire was 25k and choice air was 14.8k. If you need you need an AC company avoid Frymire.
As always, Frymire exceeded expectations. On time, professional, courteous, thorough. Angel (our Tech) was a pleasure to work with, and represents the company in a very positive, professional manner. Everything was explained thoroughly, and to my satisfaction. Keep up the great work, Angel and the rest of the Frymire Team!

I very much appreciated his personal and professional attitude and will definitely be a returning customer when I’m ready to change to a tankless system!

The technician, Dean, was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. He didn't complain at all about having to climb a ladder to our loft in order to access our AC system or how hot it was in our attic. He was extremely professional, kind to our toddler, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the AC; he even drew a picture to help me understand. He noticed that our AC was making a rattling sound and was genuinely interested in determining the cause which I really appreciated. The company will be contacting me soon about a repair estimate so I cannot yet speak to their pricing but I was very impressed by their technician's level of service.
