Blake & Andy are the absolute best. In my industry, I rely on promptness and being able to trust my vendors in order to refer them to my clients and I could not feel stronger about recommending Tribeca to anyone. They always answer the phone, and are patient with explaining questions. Blake's knowledge regarding the ins and outs of repairs and how plumbing systems operate is unmatched. I highly urge you to call these guys if you ever need plumbing work done.

I have 3 A/C units and 2 of them where giving me trouble. They where able to come out the same day and make the repairs. Super dependable, super professional, they did excellent work and will use them again whether is be for A/C concerns or plumbing issues. They are a 5 STAR outfit.

Poor drivers. First the dude in the van was blocking the fast lane, then as his lane went away he ran a car off of the road. I hope they work better than they drive.. reply to owner. B.S. I offered to send a dash cam but you refused. I'm sure he is a great driver in your eyes as long as you ignore the bad driving. The driver that swerved save his a$$ and is the only reason one of your vans isn't totaled.

Receptionist was very friendly and professional and Jacob was fantastic. The only reason for 4 stars was that it took 6-7 hours and a couple calls before someone to came (on a Saturday). But when they found an available plumber he called and was on time and handled the job quickly and professionally.

Very disappointed with the presentation of fees. We were told it would be a $55 service fee to evaluate the problem and $48 for every 15 minutes plus cost of materials to fix anything. The technician wasn’t even here for 10 minutes and didn’t even figure out what the the problem was. Just saying, we had two other companies come out and they were able to evaluate the problem and give us options. This Tech clearly didn’t care to do his job and charged us over $100 for a wrong evaluation. His name tag said John but he didn’t even introduce himself.

Travis was knowledgeable and diligent. Explained what the issue was and took care of it. Appreciate Andrea as well for keeping us informed on a such a hectic day. Would recommend to everyone.

They did an excellent job fixing my frozen water pipe.

My issue was that I had a leaky faucet outside. They came out and determined. It was just a screw that needs to be tightened. Saving me hundreds in replacement. We could have charged to replace it but save me in the long run. I will definitely be using their services again.

Ok apparently I was lucky with Richard Ramirez (tech#258) and had a positive experience, with work done about 2 months ago. He had the right attitude. Examples: I always ask if person does work on the side (I’M CHEAP), He said, “... No that would be like stealing from the company. Told me to call around before making any decision to prove that work quote was reasonable.Pros• Tailored communication to my level (internet research on plumbing). I also asked about a negative review online, which he addressed to my satisfaction.• Patient, tidy, clean, and professional. They had to use snake and obviously I had to stand over him and ask questions because I’m that guy.• Explained the issue more than once. I like to pretend “don’t’ understand” to see if person changes story of issue.• Took before and after pictures of work. This was at my request because knew would have issue with homebuilder because warranty has up.• Had to do major front yard repair which required my nice yard be ripped up. Post work you could hardly tell that yard had been torn up.

Daniel was on-time, professional and solved the problem. Will continue to use Atlas Plumbing.
