He immediately got to work and was upfront about what it would cost to make some necessary repairs. Very professional and friendly! I would highly recommend anyone to use this company! Slate Plumbing is 5 star all the way! Our technician Daniel Horne, took extra time to educate us on the sewer cleanouts and how we could inspect them ourselves and open them quickly if a back-up occurred (better to have a back-up happen outside the house than into your tub or toilets!) He also went under the crawl space to inspect, and even told us that our pipes (cast iron) can be very fragile over time and if other plumbers were going to clean them out, to make sure to tell them to inspect the pipes before and after they were cleaned out to ensure they didnt damage the pipe further. Their prices seem reasonable and the service and education portion were particularly helpful. I would call them again in a heartbeat if we have further plumbing issues.

We have been dealing with plumbers since December and they are the only ones that did what they said they would do and completed the job. I would recommend them to anyone. Great customer service.

After a washing machine repairman broke the cold water valve - on a Friday afternoon, no less - causing water to shoot out all aver the laundry room and forcing us to turn off the main water to our house, we had to get a plumber ASAP to fix it. These guys were able to come within a couple of hours and fix the valve, and for a reasonable price. The plumber who made the repair was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Jeffrey Martinez came out and fixed a HORRIBLE plumbing problem that left me and my family without a bathroom for almost a week. He was very friendly, personable, and professional. He worked very fast and left me pleased with his services. If I ever need plumbing repairs in the future I will definitely use Mr. Rooter Plumbing and request Mr. Martinez as my plumber of choice. Now I feel like I have a plumber for as long as I own my home and they're in business.

They did a good job with the install and were professional, concerned with their service. This would be 5 stars except that they had to come back to repair a gas line leak and bring drain pipes up to code. However, that being said, they were very fast to come back and correct the problem. Mistakes happen and I would definately use them again because of the level of concern. The water heater itself and install was done very well and I was impressed that the plumber took the time to replace the flex hose input and output with copper tubing without asking. They are a good company and provide great service.

Chris was the plumber who handled our issue; here has been to our house a few times before. Capable, polite, knowledgeable, and quick. We always call you guys first.

Called for a sink install, here in an hour, quality work, funny professional tradesman. A little pricey but worth it based on the service.

Shower drain was clogged. Only shower in the house. Company was responsive, got here same day and unclothed the drain. Technicians were knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. The only negative I have is the flat rate fee. $570 plus tax. But again.technicians were superb and the cleared the drain with a 6 month guarantee.
