Best Leak Detection Gas in Dallas TX

This is the third time that I have had Cody & Sons out to my house for plumbing or AC works. All the techs are professional, communicative, and quick. They make you feel like they are trying to help you and not upsell you on unnecessary things. Giovanni has been my tech twice for AC needs and he is hard-working, friendly, and very customer-service oriented. Could not recommend Giovanni and Cody & Sons enough.

I've been using Reeves for the last 8 years or so. Recently they responded very quickly to a call regarding a major leak in back yard. The repairs were made the day after they determined where leak was and gave us an estimate for repairs. Their techs are always very polite and professional and I trust them to be in my home when we're not there. The company does try to send the same techs to each location so we've become familiar with them. Smaller companies might be less expensive, same cost, or more expensive. But the quality of service is unbeatable.

Highly recommend! We had a gas leak and the plumber was able to come out same day and gave a thorough explanation of what was wrong (to both my husband and I) plus walked through 3 options for how to fix the problem.

Two new outside Carrier Infinity AC units and three new Infinity thermostats -- the third controlling a previously installed Carrier AC/furnace. Wow, the difference in cooling and dehumidifying is remakable! Our home is much more comfortable now that the new components are installed. Especially surprising, the older AC/Furnace system works much better simply because of the new Carrier Infinity thermostat. We had a leak from who knows where outside recently. AAA Auger came over right away ON A WEEKEND without an up charge , looked at the source of the leak and took care of it without any hesitation. Since it was related to our irrigation system, they were completely upfront about the possible charges that would be charged by a plumber vs. an irrigation company.We’re ecstatic with the service, reliability, honesty, professionalism, & punctuality.

During the weekend, my pilot light wouldn't stay lit, so I went on Angie's List. I read all the reviews and they were good so I gave them a call. They came out 09/14/2016 and ended up finding out that the gas regulator valve was out. Have an older water heater so I ended up getting a whole new water heater. Putting new parts on an older model could end up costing more in the long run. The guy came within the time range they gave. He was very polite and professional. He even got everything done by the time I was walking out the door for work, so I wouldn't be late. If I ever need anything else I won't hesitate to call them again.

Pure plumbing techs came out to my home and installed a new customer supplied toilet and did a excellent job I was very pleased from the time I got on the phone with with the customer service rep courtney who was very respectful and polite all the way until the tech left my home overall great company

After getting a $16,000+ estimate of work and repairs from another plumber, I called Atlas to get a second opinion. Ben spent a significant amount of time walking through the video diagnosis performed by the first plumber and talked me through my best and worst case scenarios (all of which were much less than $16,000). His crew arrived at my house a couple hours later and began to perform repairs. After about an hour of work, the technicians had completely resolved the issue and my total bill was under $400. Needless to say, my wife and I were ecstatic with the service and professionalism demonstrated by the entire Atlas team.
