I haven’t used them YET, but I plan too!

Metroflow is owner-operated, which is super important to me. Owner Rick Moreno is very professional and knowledgeable and trains his technicians very well. This time I had Ted Spillman come out and had a great experience once again. In addition to being timely (they took note that I would love to have them come earlier in the day, and were even able to accommodate that request), Ted was super friendly and personable as well. Plumbers are never cheap, but these are worth every penny and they stand behind their work.

We are so impressed with Jay and his team and the work they did. We had them install all plumbing for a new bathroom addition and relocate our washer and dryer. They finished the job in less time quoted and the work was amazing quality. Jay was great to work with and their team was very professional. We will only be using Jay and his team in the future if we have any plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Everything was fine and the guys always did a nice job and cleaned up as if they had never been there. Recently they have not called me back when I left 2 messages. Which I did not understand. I know they have been busy with repairs from the freeze however no one bothered to tell me that was the reason they would not call me back to discuss two jobs at my house which they already knew needed to be done.

We have used Reeves for over 20 years. Very happy til this past summer. We had a gas leak and they totally screwed up the repair and then would not stand behind their work. The owner refused to talk with me after we had already paid close to $3,000 for a partially complete job. Very sad how their quality and lack of caring has gone south.

Jacob did an excellent job on repair of my shower. He had to cut out sheetrock in order to make repair of leak. I have used Jacob before on other repairs and never have had a recall. That's why I continue to use Public Service Plumbers.

Highly recommend this company! Diego and Frank were excellent! It’s Saturday and we had a leak. We called 8 other companies and they all told us we were out of luck and they couldn’t come till Tuesday. These guys were super responsive and showed up unbelievably quick! They accessed our issue and got us a crystal clear price to proceed. The guys were very quick and I am thrilled with the quality of the repair! Frank and Diego saved our weekend! Thanks guys!!!

We had an under-slab sewer collapse so these guys did an exterior excavation pipe replacement, meaning no inside slab busting was done. Quick, efficient and tidy. Some months later our shifting clay soil caused one of the new fittings to break and leak. They responded immediately and replaced broken piece. Really great work and problem follow up.

Eric was my service man. I am a disabled senior, having to use a walker and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the air conditioning system as he did his maintenance. He helped move my car for me in and out of the garage and checked on a couple of other things that I asked him questions about and was very knowledgeable, if all the servicemen that came out were as polite and kind as this this young man was I would have no problems with any companies!

AAA Auger is not truthful in giving scheduling information. I first called around 9:00 AM and scheduling lady inferred she had a plumber available and would call me back in “2-3 hours to let me know arrival time”. This went on and on over multiple calls from me telling her I had heard nothing back. Finally about 9:00 PM a plumber, Frederick, showed up. He was very polite, efficient, and got the drain cleared. I will probably NEVER call AAA again because of their delaying tactics in providing a genuine and truthful estimate of when a plumber can actually arrive.

I've used this company for years, and they always do good honest work.

Omari came in and fixed the leak that I had underneath my sink very quickly. He was very professional and fair with his approach to the problem. I didn't feel tricked or taken advantage of, and I recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs... 5 stars ALL DAY

Clint was great. We had a major pipe leak and he was patient with my questions and was efficient and effective at getting the work done. Will call him again if needed.

I have used this company 3x in 5 yrs and I will never use anyone else as long as they are in business. The owner Mr McFarland down to every worker onsite and in office have always been professional and friendly. I’ve never been pressured or lied to about work needed and pricing after many other quotes are fair and reasonable and they work with you. The workers are trustworthy and I can assure my property is safe even if I am not there and the work is impeccable. Thank you so much.

The estimate we received to repair ONE outdoor faucet was $1,250! I said no way and called my regular plumber that took an additional day, but he also only charged $235. Over a THOUSAND dollar difference. We were just lucky that our repair wasn’t urgent, otherwise we would have been out so much more money with RC.

Thomas Sparks is a very nice young man & he did a good job at my home for the A/C system check up. I liked the video he prepared. It was very helpful to see what he was talking to me about. Thank you.
