Troy Curtis and Taylor Boatwright, both plumbers with PUBLIC SERVICE PLUMBERS were working at our neighbors home. We were not home at the time. They spotted flames coming from the alley behind the house where they were working. It was our garage and both of the garbage pails were on fire along with all the boxes and papers in our recycle bins. Evidently it was spreading and climbing up our cedar tree and on to our wooden cedar fence. They both ran in opposite directions to grab hoses from their client's yard and our yard and thankfully put out the fire before it spread to our garage. This was TODAY, Dec 6, 2021 and the winds were blowing about 30 mph. It definitely would have spread fast. How blessed we were to have two caring plumbers, without anyone asking them, caring enough about a strangers home and doing their best to put out the fire. Which they accomplished. They also called 911 and by the time the fire trucks arrived the fire was out. At the same time my husband drove up to see this awful and scary scene.Kudos to these two men and to Public Service Plumbers for hiring such selfless and caring people. We thought we should spread the word when good deeds are done without anyone watching or asking a question. Just doing the right thing. You can be sure we will now be using Public Service Plumbers going forward.

We needed help with getting our water heater installed and they were able to get us in ASAP so that my family was not without hot water for longer than a day. Would absolutely call them again. Thanks for all your help.

One Source Plumbing did a great job in correcting a sewer problem at my house. They worked very hard to find the best solution and were very pleasant to deal with. Danny and everyone from the One Source team were very professional and worked hard to address my concerns.

A tenant reported a leak in the front yard that had been ongoing for months. I called a couple of plumbing companies to provide an estimate to locate and repair. Dissatisfied with probable cause and cost estimates to repair from local plumbers I kept searching the internet in search of 1) accurate information 2) better cost. I found Chad with Accurate Leak and Line and he was absolutely amazing. Upon his initial call to me he said, “You do not have to meet me at the property… “ that was music to my ears as the issue was in the front yard underground. Yet, on that same day after leaving Chad did come by yet another property I own and repaired a minor inside plumbing issue I thought was underground - No charge. He did inform me their business was underground plumbing only. I was literally blown away with his kindness, professionalism and accuracy. Of course, the front yard leak was repaired, the cost was far less than the other bids received and certainly ACCURATE! They scheduled the job, showed up and showed out. I have never had any more plumbing issues at that property since Accurate L&L repaired the leak. Those guys definitely chose the correct name for their business ACCURATE LEAK AND LINE. The only complaint I have is: I CAN’T CALL THESE GUYS FOR ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS - both inside and out. They are absolutely amazing!

Technician #68 Juan showed up at my front door just in time! I was completely exhausted from dipping water out of my clogged sinks in the kitchen. I told him I was losing the battle and he said he was here to win the war. He had a great sense of humor and a big smile. He did a wonderful job of unclogging the sinks in very little time. During which he gave me some hints about what NOT to put in my garbage disposal. He also told me how to maintain my sinks so I would not need his services for the same issue again. He completely cleaned up the area he worked on, leaving it much cleaner than when he found it. The best thing however was the bill. It was less than he originally told me. I now have a new plumbing company and one I will be happy to tell my friends about!Betty

Matt was great, very professional and kept me informed of where he was in the repair and what to expect. He sat and explained each step and the charge associated and the different options with if there was any. They got me back up and having hot water faster than i thought it was going to take.

Technician (Chase) arrived during the promised timeframe and provided free “bubble test” check for gas leak but no leak found. Also checked two other unrelated gas plumbing questions I had and provided an estimate. Chase was friendly and professional - will consider using Pure for future plumbing needs.

Ben Garcia and his partner George Alfaro are awesome! I had a leak deep in my yard and they dug the 4 -5 foot hole to find it and repair it in this Texas summer heat! Reliable and professional

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT give this company your credit card info. They sent a salesman to my home who received my card info, by telling me that if I did the service for the estimate he wrote up, that I would not be charged the service call.THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT $1,100 FOR THE ESTIMATE THE VERY SAME DAY WITHOUT DOING THE WORK. They never did the work, and I'm only asking for my money back, but they have been giving me the run-around about a financial department who does all their financials that is never in town.READ THIS!!! I have called and spoke with Diane, Michelle, and Josh on multiple occasions, and it's always the same thing; they will contact the financial department. I emailed this posthumous financial department; NO REPLY. It's been 3 months now and they are still out of town. SMH

Cri came in, immediately assessed the situation and got right to work.
Clean, professional and excellent work. We had a lot of water lines that were not installed correctly. He figured out the best way to improve the set up and now we can sleep at night knowing we don't have leaking pipes!
