Rate a 0 for worst customer handling possible. Performed one test, charged $350 for test, paid for camera pics but never provided pictures despite being paid. Very rude, angry, threatening.Company replied to this as if they did nothing wrong. They actually called me a liar, threatened to take me to small claims court for disputing their 2nd $350 charge. Owner refused to return $ and refused to provide pics. Their reply below on wanting to handle this, is not an honest reply. I got 2 other quotes for the same job. Tribeca quoted $7000, 2nd quote was $5000, 3rd quote was $3500, HALF what Tribeca quoted. That along with the horrible attitude of the person handling business is enough reason to keep scrolling. Reported to BBB also.

Don't recommend for large jobs. Started our gas leak fix then because of poor communication and scheduling couldn't come back for almost a full week to finish the job. Had to get someone else to come do it sooner and this plumber found their diagnosis of needing to replace the entire backyard line was in correct and saved us thousands. Unprofessional and poor quality work. They never owned up to this mistake- owner made excuses instead of being humble.

This is my second experience with pure. Chase came out today and fixed my shower which was leaking into the wall and my son's toilet. Last time they replaced two different toilets for us. Great service and they follow up to make sure you are happy.

I called Mr. Rooter at 10 pm on a Sunday night and Mr. Jeffery Martinez was at my place by 1:00 am and found a significant root problem in my mainline. I appreciate the quick response and the ability to now flush my toilet!

Friendly staff. Fast service. Little high in price and they are booked to sell you more than you need. But after asking the right questions they agreed to repair only that which was broken.
