Best Heating Maintenance in Dallas TX

We have used Cody & Sons many times before, and recently replaced one of our 20+ year old AC units with them. It was an overall outstanding experience. Mike was very pleasant to work with, he was courteous and professional, and the installation crew led by Jimmy was wonderful; they followed covid-19 guidelines and kept their masks on the entire time they were working. Katie, who handles dispatch, was very organized and stayed on top of scheduling inspections, communicating, taking care of warrantees, etc. She even found some rebates offered by Oncor and applied for us. Overall, the staff at Cody & Sons was wonderful to work with. In addition, the pricing was very reasonable and explained up front - one fixed cost was agreed upon. We had a great experience with Cody & Sons and would definitely recommend them.

I have 3 A/C units and 2 of them where giving me trouble. They where able to come out the same day and make the repairs. Super dependable, super professional, they did excellent work and will use them again whether is be for A/C concerns or plumbing issues. They are a 5 STAR outfit.

A tenant reported a leak in the front yard that had been ongoing for months. I called a couple of plumbing companies to provide an estimate to locate and repair. Dissatisfied with probable cause and cost estimates to repair from local plumbers I kept searching the internet in search of 1) accurate information 2) better cost. I found Chad with Accurate Leak and Line and he was absolutely amazing. Upon his initial call to me he said, “You do not have to meet me at the property… “ that was music to my ears as the issue was in the front yard underground. Yet, on that same day after leaving Chad did come by yet another property I own and repaired a minor inside plumbing issue I thought was underground - No charge. He did inform me their business was underground plumbing only. I was literally blown away with his kindness, professionalism and accuracy. Of course, the front yard leak was repaired, the cost was far less than the other bids received and certainly ACCURATE! They scheduled the job, showed up and showed out. I have never had any more plumbing issues at that property since Accurate L&L repaired the leak. Those guys definitely chose the correct name for their business ACCURATE LEAK AND LINE. The only complaint I have is: I CAN’T CALL THESE GUYS FOR ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS - both inside and out. They are absolutely amazing!

They connected the water line for the dishwasher in a house I just purchased and had no idea the water line hadn’t been connected after remodeled! These gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable & knew extremely quickly what needed to be done to resolve the issue. They completed the work in a timely manner & we’re on their way!

My technician, Pasquale ADAMS, was prompt, courteous and professional when he came to my residence on 08-25-2020. He explained the how the problem would be resolved and the cost. He was efficient and fixed the drain issue. The cost was exactly as quoted.I will specifically request Pasquale next time I need a plumber.

Atlas Plumbing to the rescue!! My 10yr old water heater stopped working and of course the wife and the kids were not happy :( So I looked at local plumbing companies recommended in the Dallas Picks Book and found a few. I looked at each one's Google review scores and Atlas was at the top of the list. I called two other places and one said they can't do work in a townhome, and the other one said they can't give me a price without coming to my home to review the problem first. Atlas gave me a great deal with coupons, and Jeff and Ivan stopped by the next day to replace the water heater! A couple of polite and hard working guys and they did a great job! Happy wife = happy life! Thank you Atlas Plumbing!

Milestone was very responsive to my call and they had Taylor send out the next day. Taylor was very professional in his work and was able to identify root cause of the issue with the evaporator coil quick.The whole team is courteous and professional in their approach with the work invovled. I would definitely go back to Milestone anytime.

Professionalism and Integrity. Made an appointment with Baker Bros to replace a leaky water heater and they examined it and said I only needed a new drain valve. They could have easily just replaced the unit at six times more than it cost me to repair it.

Great experience! The lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and got me an appt right away, which I was very grateful for as I had an overflowing kitchen sink (and was just told by another plumber it could be a possible break in the line and they couldn’t service something like that). Jeff was personable and efficient, he was able to locate the issue and got it fixed. It was luckily just a clogged pipe. I highly recommend this company!

They did an outstanding job, they were quick and efficient. They even came out on Mothers Day. Neil was very polite and informative about my pipes.

Spencer was very nice and professional. He was on time and understood what I was talking about. I told him I had a dumb question, he was very sweet and said. no such thing and no matter what my question was, he would answer it. He did!!He showed us how to check our electronic filter and how to clean it. We renewed the maintenance agreement with Frymire and Spencer went over all the pricing. Then I asked if there was a way we (my husband actually) could check to see why it seemed like a couple rooms didn't seem as cool as I thought they shoukd be. Spencer said, let me check. He not only went up into the attic, he took photos of the air ducts and explained what he thought we would need to help equal out the air in the rooms.He explained it so that I could understand without making ME feel stupid. I hope Spencer is the guy who comes back to our house when the parts come in.For being so young, Spencer is very knowledgeable, professional, polite and very respectful.Thank you Frymire for having him as one of their team members.
