Called Atlas plumbing at 10 pm on a Friday to fix an issue caused be repair work from Lightfoot Mechanical. William called me back within 10 minutes and walked me through how to handle the problem for a cheaper price tonight and what to worry and not worry about. Excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Just bought a new home in the area and it’s difficult to find contractors that don’t make you pay through the nose for mediocre work. William and Atlas plumbing have earned my future business by putting the customer before profits. Hard to find nowadays!

I cannot say enough good things about Larry and his crew at Public Service Plumbers. We’ve been a customer for years and have always enjoyed great service and quality work. But they went out of their way during this recent snow storm to make sure we back up and running after a pipe burst at our house.The crew came quickly to stop the leak and returned a day later to make the repairs. It would have beeneasy to use all the chaos to push out our problem given the demand from other homeowners But they didn’t. I felt valued as a long-standing customer and will continue to recommend this company to wveryone in Dallas I know.Quality work. Finished quickly. And they didn’t gouge us!

Your plumbers are very courteous and friendly. He performed a good service of drainage cleaning but our problem has not been solved yet. Hopefully I get the result following his advice.

This is my second experience with pure. Chase came out today and fixed my shower which was leaking into the wall and my son's toilet. Last time they replaced two different toilets for us. Great service and they follow up to make sure you are happy.

We had a leaking water pipe in our garage which leads to an outside faucet which I was convinced was leaking in or below the concrete slab. My experience with Atlas was positive from my initial conversation with Pam in the office to meeting Ryan and Kyle. They inspected the pipe and quickly discovered the leak was not in the slab but an easy fix. This is a well established, professional, and honest group who know what they are doing. First off — yes, they are expensive. Cheaper is certainly available.Jon McGee arrived at my house looking a consummate professional. I needed mostly basic work on a new (to me) house, as I had none of my tools here yet.After showing what I needed, they performed the “evaluation” of the house electrical system. The recommendations were exactly what I expected and aligned with the results of my recent home inspection.Jon put together his cost proposal for the work, with some gimmicky sales techniques, but it was a fair breakout and options were laid out in logical groups. There was no pressure, and we had good conversations about the options and necessities.The install was excellent, and they even changed a few things in my favor when new facts were found (outlets on panel GFCI).Again, not cheap, but showed up on time, did good work, and did nothing deceptive.

Our water heater was replaced and correctly installed. There had been errors in the previous installation. Also, Justin, rebuilt the platform that the water heater sits on. He did a thorough & complete installation. We are very grateful for his experience, knowledge & professionalism.

Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked the system, explained what he had done and what he found. He made recommendations based on what we told him. They were helpful. We decided to upgrade our system to reduce dust and allergens. AStar will be returning tomorrow to do that work. Great company.

Phantom Plumbing was outstanding. They came to fix a broken pipe in my home the same day I called. The service was speedy and professional. The price was fair, and they didn't leave until I was satisfied. They sent me an electronic invoice and I easily paid by credit card. I would definitely use them again.
