Changed the wire connecting a floor furnace to the thermostat to no effect. The gas valve needs replacement. Too costly for an emergency backup. It was worth trying. Mike did a good job.

My mom initially called another plumber who said she had a clog in her sewer main and he then spent several hours trying unsuccessfully to unclog it. He gave up without resolving the problem because he couldn't really tell where the clog was. I thought we needed someone with the right camera equipment to inspect the sewer main and tell us what was up. I found Tribeca after a Googe search and called them at 9:00 on a Monday morning. By 11:30 that morning, Jay was at her house with a state-of-the-art camera and he was able to locate the clog in a section of pipe beneath the master bedroom. The diggers came out Tuesday morning to excavate under the house, the plumbers replaced the pipe that evening and the diggers filled the hole back in right after that. Everything was done by Tuesday night and at a very fair price. Everybody we dealt with at Tribeca was courteous, competent and professional. I highly recommend Tribeca if you have a plumbing problem.

I have used Hooper for decades. They are always excellent. The past visit was extraordinary in that Eric was in and out in less than an hour, performed multiple tasks, was fast efficient and on time. They are the best.

Kenny came out to inspect our A/C and make sure it is ready for summer. He messaged to give me and ETA and arrived on time. Kenny kept us informed as he inspected and he was very thorough. Very satisfied with the experience!

During the weekend, my pilot light wouldn't stay lit, so I went on Angie's List. I read all the reviews and they were good so I gave them a call. They came out 09/14/2016 and ended up finding out that the gas regulator valve was out. Have an older water heater so I ended up getting a whole new water heater. Putting new parts on an older model could end up costing more in the long run. The guy came within the time range they gave. He was very polite and professional. He even got everything done by the time I was walking out the door for work, so I wouldn't be late. If I ever need anything else I won't hesitate to call them again.

Jason came out the same day I called him. Very professional and efficient. I needed a part that he didn’t have and he was able to find it for me the next day and returned to finish the job. Very prompt service. I will use him again and highly recommend him.

Maybe this will explain it !! Beware of price gouging from this company. Over a two-day period, which only amounted to around 45 minutes (if that) of actual labor we were charge $1240.58. All they did was snake a camera through a drain pipe for underground mapping purposes. No sewage, no clogs, just running a camera through an old drain pipe. The camera could only snake up to 150 feet of the drain pipe, so the technician could not go any further. At this point it was almost dark and we needed to open the area where he stopped so he could continue to snake the rest of the pipe. The technician at that time instructed us that if we needed his help once we got it open to give him a call and he would take care of us. The charge for his visit that day was $595.72 for 30 minutes of labor. The very next day we called into their call center to request the same technician to come back out. We stated then that we could not pay that price again and needed the same technician to come back out to finish the job. They said they would have the same technician give us a call since we wanted him instead of a different technician. We never received that call and they sent a different technician out which only worked 15 minutes of labor and charged us $644.86 which was more than the previous visit. Small businesses beware! This company will gouge you!!

After our family room ceiling was damaged by an old water supply line that burst from an upstairs bathroom, we contracted HMP. We also decided to replace two 22 year old water gas heaters. HMP plumbing did a great job replacing the supply lines and both water heaters including one that was in a tough spot in the attic. They were professional, hard -working and courteous. We are very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

We used Milestone to come to our house to repair 5 plumbing issues that our home had. We wanted the parts to old toilets to be replaced so they would stop leaking, we wanted the faucet in the back yard to have a release valve added to bring it up to code for the city of Frisco, and we wanted the water filtration system under the kitchen to have its filters changed. All were done in a timely manner (of course there was up sale to add on a few more plumbing needs to our water heater). Two weeks after Milestone repaired all these items, the water filtration system broke and flooded our home. It appears that an O-ring was not installed properly, and it burst and water poured out flooding our home. Milestone immediately took responsibility for the flood and agreed to pay for damages. This was wonderful! I was amazed at how quickly they took ownership of this. They sent Rescue Restoration, a company they own, to do all repairs. That is where the wonderful ended! Milestone turned us over completely to Rescue Restoration and the Insurance company and backed away. From there a promised 3-week repair took 5 months! In the meantime, one of the other repairs we had Milestone do originally, started leaking again. We called them out and of course – they claimed it was a new repair NOT under the warranty that I had. They charged me to fix it again and even said, you are lucky, this was about to break and leak inside the wall which would have flooded your house…..well, look around. A faulty repair of yours already did that. Guess I am glad I called them to come back out when I did. However, it was another huge expense and I’m not convinced it is completely fixed. It was just a leaky outdoor faucet that they replaced and now cost me over $200 more dollars. Oh, did I mention I had been out of my house due to the flood they caused, and it took 5 months to resolved but was originally told 3 weeks? Their company Rescue Restoration was a nightmare. Don’t ever let Milestone convince you to use their company. They did shotty work and fought us tooth and nail for every repair. They stated, this is liability insurance. We are not going to put your house back to the way it was. They left mix matched paint and countless other problems that we had to fight with over and over. They would not give us the Milestone contact when we were unhappy but told us to call and figure out who to talk to if we are unhappy. Then Milestone said they are done with this money sucking project and cut us a check for us to finish the project ourselves. The estimate their own company gave them was $10,000 and they cut us a check for $3,500. Unprofessional from start to finish. Multiple different employees delt with, repairs needing to be repaired again and very unhappy customers. Then I now get phone calls and emails saying, “Hey we are in your neighborhood, want us to come by and do an HVAC check?” Um, NO! Read my file and see that I am unhappy and will not use you again!

I called Joe after calling multiple companies and Joe gave me the best price. He came as promised and did an excellent job. Based on my experience Joe is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I will use him for my plumbing needs again without a second thought.

Rey and his team were communicative and helpful in determining what was wrong with the old water heater, working with my home warranty, and buying and installing a new water heater. Rey was able to advise on what we needed and he helped us make decisions on how to proceed. He also found the best deal, picked up, and installed the new water heater quickly. I will use him again and I recommend FTR.
