Cody and Sons are great! Franco was our hvac technician today (last visit too). He was super friendly, on-time and very knowledgeable. This is the second time he has been to our home. I highly recommend both Cody and Sons and Franco to anyone needing assistance with their hvac system. Their pricing is fair and they explain everything thoroughly.

I have several properties in the Dallas area, some are rental homes, and I use Dallas Plumbing exclusively for anything they can repair or install. I have used them recently on 2 rental properties, 1 locating a leak behind a wall and repairing same and the other was replacing a water heater and pan. I've also used them at my home where they install a new kitchen sink, faucet, disposal and install all the bathroom sink faucets throughout the house. Austin has done all the work on my properties and I couldn't recommend a better technician! I will always request him personally to perform any work on my properties in the future! Dallas Plumbing is also reasonably priced, I have tried another plumber in Dallas but declined their services due to their extremely high costs. Me and my family has been using Dallas Plumbing for all their plumbing and a/c-heating needs for about 30 years - they are by far the best in my experience.

Jason was amazing! Hasn't even left my driveway and I'm leaving a review. Came on short notice to diagnose and discover the issue with why I wasn't getting cold water through the washer valve making doing laundry a hassle. Fixed it quickly and also fixed my running toilet that cost me so much in water bills since I moved in! Reasonable prices for parts and labor and has CC convenience. We called Pure Plumbing to replace a water heater that had started leaking. Our house is old and the water heater is located in an extremely inaccessible spot. We had only one day to get it fixed before embarking on a long planned, Texas-sized roadtrip.We called Pure Plumbing after searching for local plumbers. They were very responsive and scheduled a specialist to be on-site promptly to begin assessing our available options for fixing the water heater situation.We were astounded when they said they could replace the unit that same day. We wouldn't have to cancel the trip!Later that day, as promised, a team arrived and got to work.This was clearly the last of several jobs they had completed that day and it was a really tough one but they stuck to it and got the job done. They fabricated new connections that greatly improved the setup for the new unit making it so much easier to manage in case of emergency in the future. Not only that but it looks great too! I can tell they really love their craft.I would call Pure Plumbing without hesitation the next time I have plumbing needs. They saved the day with professional service and dedication that went above and beyond. My experience with them was great!

The owner came out in response to a home warranty told me warranty would not cover the problem. Charged me $350 to take some pictures said he would help with insurance. Has been month and I have called several times. I have received no help with insurance have not seen pictures nor do I even have a receipt for whatever work he did do which was just plunge a toilet. Do not use this company he is not a professional!
