I had a leak with my shower head. I called and they were very quick on scheduling an appointment next day. The plumber came in on time was very professional and did a great job.

I have had them 3 times. My water heater (they were actually below their estimate). They hooked up my fridge when the prior plumbing company said it was impossible and on top of all that the plumbers are excellent honest and frankly friendly. Both of the named times going so far as to walk me through basic repairs. A truly professional and excellent company.

Dial One has the best team of customer service that I have experience in a long time.And their service was excellent and timely, I definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing service, they are fair and honest and they sincerely care about satisfying their customers.

Repair work was fair but cost was off the charts. Job was uncomplicated but plumber misdiagnosed the required task and so it took longer than he estimated to fix. The part was $45, total cost was $395!! It took less than TWO hours so the labor cost was $350! That's more than $175 per hour!! And he still left work for me to finish and he kept the old part, which can be easily fixed and resold!! Bring lots of money if you call these people. This guys charge fees like a doctor.

Friendly staff, up front about their pricing. Asked if the service request was in Dallas, which i said yes. I went through the process of setting up the appointment only to find out they don't service that far south. I live in Bishops Art District.
