Very unprofessional they never showed up or called to let’s us know that they were not coming very disappointed with their service. Update: now they are saying they don’t have our information how unprofessional.

Kind and professional technician. Listened to my concerns. Thorough explanation of the problem and current/future process to remedy the problem. Left my home in the same state as prior to his work. I will definitely use this company in the future.

I really hate to write bad reviews, however, for this particular company, I will make an exception. There are several reasons for this review… Shotty workmanship, property destruction, deception, and bullying toward elders.I live at a rent house and the property owner (really nice older gentlemen in his 80’s) hired me to remodel the bathroom. When I got to the plumbing area of the remodel, I asked the homeowner if he knew of a plumber that he would recommend. He told me that Hooper plumbing did work at his church and did a good job, so they were hired to do the small plumbing job needed for the remodel. I was installing a fiberglass shower and needed the drain pipe in the floor moved.Hooper plumbing came to the house and told me that they would be able to do the job in 1 afternoon and told me that it was “no big deal”. So, we agreed to a time and set the date.2 Guys showed up to my house and started the work. They had tools that didn’t work and had to use mine, they took several breaks, left several times to “get supplies”, and had no idea what they were doing. I had to show them how to do the basic job. They destroyed the floor in the wrong place trying to find the pipe, which made fixing the floor all that much harder. I had just finished hanging drywall, which they promptly destroyed. They dropped my new 750.00 shower pan and cracked it. Once the drain was relocated, they told me that they had other jobs to finish and LEFT A GIANT HOLE IN MY SLAB. Then they informed me that it was Friday and that they would not be returning until the following Tuesday.They finally sent 2 more people out to finish the job the following week.They sent the landlord a $2100 invoice. My landlord contacted them to inform them that the invoice they sent was totally unreasonable, and they bullied him into paying way more than the job was worth. I informed Hooper Plumbing that if he didn’t make it right that I was going to leave a bad review and the owner told me that he didn’t care. So here it is.Avoid this company at all costs!

I have used Reeves several times over the years. In difficult jobs like gas lines, they were fair, thorough & reacted quickly. Brian Reeves came out to supervise personally in the job.On simple jobs, again fair, thorough & speedy.Simply put, I trust them.

Public Service Plumbers was very accommodating in respect to our needs on a very old home with limited crawl space. Our water heater was leaking pretty bad and it was already late in the evening and I was a bit frantic since my husband was at work. My husband sent me the information to call since he had seen that they responded at any time, 24/7. Jason answered right away and came straight to the house (even during a random and crazy thunderstorm). He was able to get everything solved that night and came back first thing in the morning to install a new water heater. He did all of the work and I didn’t have to feel stressed about picking a water heater or worrying about other things. He took care of everything.Very honest, professional, reliable, cares about customers and makes them the priority. I will definitely give this company a call if I need anything else!

I was quoted 70+ dollars to come to my property to access my situation. Once identified it was going to be $70ish dollars (give or take $5) per quarter hour on the job. $250 per hour of work. Seems really high to me.

What a great company and professional experience. Mr. Lee McFarland explained everything I needed done on my slab leak and stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I'm very fortunate to have found such a honest and reliable business to take care of my plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them . I had a couple of estimates and by far they were the best price. You can not go wrong choosing them.
