This company was recommended by my realtor. We needed our HVAC to be serviced before we sell our place. The technician that came out was great. He immediately got to work and was upfront about what it would cost to make some necessary repairs. Very professional and friendly! I would highly recommend anyone to use this company! My husband and I plan on using them for our next place.

The company has been purchased by Private Equity investors. They are only interested in maximizing revenue now. The prices have more than doubled and the techs are told to focus on selling as much as possible on each call.They replaced my toilet fill valve and when the job was done my toilet now made a popping noise when the tank filling ended. I asked why the toilet now caused the pipes in the wall to rattle and I was told the pipes had a problem already. The fill valve had the name Public Service Plumbers stamped on it. I bought a less expensive part at Home Depot and the noise went away after installation. No construction problems after all.I will never use or recommend Public Service Plumbers again.

Dallas continued to work to find the source of our back up drains until it was identified and solved. He was professional and courteous during the entire visit.

We had a great experience with this shop. Before finding these guys, we used a different plumber who couldn't solve the problem. It took Carlos and Billy about 5 minutes to pinpoint the issue and resolve it. Their website says plumbing with integrity. I'd say that's spot on. Would recommend.

We had a pipe break that leaked water into one of our bedrooms. Craig came out within an hour to locate the source of the leak and was able run a bypass line so we didn’t have to breakup our slab foundation. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

No waiting all day wondering when they will show up.Uriel and Marcos (my technicians) even called 30mins beforehand. Uriel and Marcos were both polite, professional and helpful. 10/10 Brady BROWN'S BEST! I cannot endorse Brown's enough, I trust them completely! I'm a first-time homeowner and I have PTSD from technicians coming in and quoting me crazy prices to repair things. Brady, Brown's master plumber, came in and quoted me a best-case price and a worst-case price. He was able to fix the issue at the lower, best-case price within minutes. He even came back to fix a different problem with the shower the next day. He did great work and was a pleasure to speak with.
