Like many others, we found ourselves with a broken pipe due to the freeze. We contacted Reeves and were able to get someone out the next day. Two courteous and professional men arrived and made quick work of the repair. They were masked, and even used plastic covers on their shoes to keep from tracking the snow into the house. Reeves has my highest personal recommendation.

Geronimo came out and helped me, not only pick a tankless water heater, but also convinced me to not do an unnecessary equipment move. The price was more than fair and the work was done in one day. Bought a new washing machine the drain pipe was old, couldn’t handle the discharge of water when draining, the pipe needed to be replaced, I called workman plumbing talked to Matt he came over to check it out, it was a very old drainage pipe, it needed to be replaced, inside of the pipe it was the size of a dime, there was built up inside like the pipe swelled up in the inside, he was able to change it out with new ABS pipe, and it works great, it drains without filling up to the top, like the old pipe did, it’s great to have a good plumber nowadays that is knowledgeable in his work, he has good craftsmanship he works really clean,I would definitely use him for my plumbing needs.

I have used Dial One Johnson for several needs and am now a member of their family & friends membership services. These are family friendly, very professional, and kind knowledgeable people. I love the office staff as well as every technician that has come to my home or rental property. Top notch in professional service!!

Had a Camera Inspection performed on a sewer line for a house. My plumbing technician Daron arrived, he was very positive, energetic and professional and eager to get started. Almost immediately he identified potential issues and alerted me to come take look. Showed me the entire line and pointed out all the good and bad. Was very responsive to all my questions and provided me with the insight I needed to take the next steps. Great customer Service! Daron was great and will definitely be reaching out to him for future needs.

I have now had two dealings with this company and I forgot how bad they were. Called them to fix a dishwasher and some leaky pipes. The plumber arrived and said he didnt know anything about the dishwasher, which was the most important thing. I had him fix the leak under the sink which he solved by removing the valve. Now you have to go to the water main if the faucet starts to leak (or gush). Not even sure that's up to code. He fixed the two leaky showers by replacing the gaskets. Charge was almost $400. I think he spent an hour. Then he turned on the water main and before going to work I went back upstairs where the water was gushing full-blast in the shower. Thankfully I checked as the shower curtain was partially open and hot water was already getting on the floor (carpet). Then I remembered they had come out previously and 'fixed' our water heater for $700, when they had quoted $400 - apparently the quote was just for the part. I would have replaced it for that. Stay far away from these guys.

10/10 Brady BROWN'S BEST! I cannot endorse Brown's enough, I trust them completely! I'm a first-time homeowner and I have PTSD from technicians coming in and quoting me crazy prices to repair things. Brady, Brown's master plumber, came in and quoted me a best-case price and a worst-case price. He was able to fix the issue at the lower, best-case price within minutes. He even came back to fix a different problem with the shower the next day. He did great work and was a pleasure to speak with.

It’s 110 degrees out … air conditioner went out… the were quick and got it fixed before it was 110 inside.
