Our tank-less water heater system is complicated, yet these plumbers from 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC knew exactly how to fix & address the various problems we've had with it! They are very knowledgeable and competent.

It took 3 guys, 3 visits, and 2 days for them to unclog our pipes. First guy just quit, second guy had a camera and didnt accomplish anything, third guy had no mask but did unclog the pipe. You tell me is 3 stars too little or too much....

The technicians and employees at Dallas Plumbing are professional and easy to work with. My technician was great, he explained everything, was on time, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.Dealing with the employees at the parent company, Air Pros, was very dissatisfying and frustrating. So much so, I almost went with another company even though I had already paid for half of my service. It’s unfortunate that Air Pros bought so many companies they can’t deliver decent customer service.

I had an appointment, they called me at the time scheduled and told me it would be 2-3 hours longer. After waiting 2 hours, I called again and they said it'd be about another 2 hours, but they would call on their way. After waiting almost 2 more hours without a call, I called again, this time to cancel, I could not wait any longer. They did not offer an apology or to try to reschedule.

We had a fence company hit our gas line and needed it repaired quickly. Mr. Rooter was there quicker than any other plumber could make it and did an excellent job. Jeff was our Plumber and he explained everything in detail and they were able to fix our gas line & have it inspected promptly. Jeff was very friendly and we would use them again

Price gouging. Service was on time, friendly and did the easy wiring fix. Price was obscene $277/hour (after online coupon). 2x more than what I believe most professionals would charge. Seamed much more interested in generating revenue than doing the actual job, by writing up extensive estimated cost sheet, then providing a pitch on buying a maintenance contract.
