Outstanding performance and customer care. Tony was my technician and did a thorough job of tuning up my A/C system. Previous poster was correct about coolant (freon) as is quite expensive. (Are newer units phasing this out?) There was an irritating rattle going on in the left living room vent, whenever A/C would come on. Tony was awesome to return; fix the annoying problem and not even charge me for a return visit. My only recommendation would be for the company to hire a retired tech in the office. They would be able to help the girls answer many questions of callers regarding technical issues. This is a top-notch company with a stellar reputation for customer satisfaction. You got my vote 100%! Can't wait to try their plumbing services - Thanks Cody & Sons!!

Joshua with Metro Flow Plumbing is wonderful. He fixed everything in one trip. And he even repaired a faucet that another plumber said could not be repaired.

The plumbers got straight to work and fixed my clog while telling me exactly what was going on. They helped me with a leak that I had not even planned when I called. I believe other plumbers try to overcharge you and give you the run around. But these were two honest knowledgeable plumbers.

I have used Reeves since 2006 not for only for plumbing work, but also for gas work. The estimate Reeves quoted for hooking up my new gas dryer a few years ago seemed reasonable (same price as Lowes quoted), but since I had parts from the old dryer, the Reeves tech charged me less than the minimum rate for a service call; it took him just a few minutes to complete the work.

I was charged $491 for a dishwasher installation which seems high on its own. But on top of that, the installation service resulted in a dishwasher that wouldn't drain and is now giving us an error code that we have to get an authorized brand technician to come out and fix under warranty. So why did I pay for the install service?The representatives I dealt with (including Jacob, the technician) were very kind and attentive. But to charge nearly $500 for an install service which didn't even end with a useable dishwasher is ludicrous.

This plumber has a team of equally efficient and professional plumbers in Dallas. The expert offered me some advice on how to prevent the issue in the future. I recommend his business to everyone.

Eric was my service man. I am a disabled senior, having to use a walker and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the air conditioning system as he did his maintenance. He helped move my car for me in and out of the garage and checked on a couple of other things that I asked him questions about and was very knowledgeable, if all the servicemen that came out were as polite and kind as this this young man was I would have no problems with any companies!

My neighbor had AAA Auger come out to look at a water heater that AAA Auger installed less than a year and a half ago. The problem was a pressure release valve. They wanted to charge her over $300 plus parts but didn’t have the part with them. After taking a quick look, I took off the part in about 3 minutes, took it to Home Depot, bought another one and installed it in about 4 minutes. AAA Auger wanted to charge my elderly neighbor over $300 for about 7 minutes of work to a water heater they installed less than a year and a half ago. Would not recommend to anyone. I always say the two biggest ripoff companies are plumbers and mechanics. This proves I’m at least half right.

I am in LOVE with this company! Our shower and bathroom sink had both clogged at the same time hours before my daughters birthday party! UGH what a nightmare!!!! I was panicking thinking about having people over and our only bathroom being unusable! LUCKILY for me the plumber came out to save the day within 35 minuets of my initial call! He was so sweet and understanding even with my two girls trying to help him (aka being all up in his way) This is BY FAR the best experience I've ever had with a plumber and I personally highly recommend them to ANYONE AND EVERYONE that needs a plumber!!!
