We have used Cody & Sons many times before, and recently replaced one of our 20+ year old AC units with them. It was an overall outstanding experience. Mike was very pleasant to work with, he was courteous and professional, and the installation crew led by Jimmy was wonderful; they followed covid-19 guidelines and kept their masks on the entire time they were working. Katie, who handles dispatch, was very organized and stayed on top of scheduling inspections, communicating, taking care of warrantees, etc. She even found some rebates offered by Oncor and applied for us. Overall, the staff at Cody & Sons was wonderful to work with. In addition, the pricing was very reasonable and explained up front - one fixed cost was agreed upon. We had a great experience with Cody & Sons and would definitely recommend them.

My husband already posted a good review for Tribeca Plumbing but I wanted to add a review of the post-plumbing-work cleanup. Tribeca hired a great tunneling crew to tunnel into our lawn and under our house - in 100 degree weather, I might add. Jay from Tribeca said you'll hardly know we were here after they put things back and that is certainly the case. The crew of up to six people took two days carefully tunneling and two more days carefully replacing the dirt and turf grass. All the while, they were watering the displaced grass every few hours to help it re-establish once they put it back. They also had to take up our flagstones and they put them back down quite nicely. Top notch work by both the plumbers themselves and the dirt-moving crew. Highly recommended.

Called Atlas plumbing at 10 pm on a Friday to fix an issue caused be repair work from Lightfoot Mechanical. William called me back within 10 minutes and walked me through how to handle the problem for a cheaper price tonight and what to worry and not worry about. Excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Just bought a new home in the area and it’s difficult to find contractors that don’t make you pay through the nose for mediocre work. William and Atlas plumbing have earned my future business by putting the customer before profits. Hard to find nowadays!

Charles did an excellent job unstopping my drain and pointing out future problems that will need to be dealt with. Once again, another positive experience with Public Service Plumbing (a well chosen name).

Just an fyi for everyone that this is a service that routes your call to random companies based on the zip code you enter. They will answer in the wee hours of the morning. I called to find out where my plumber was as I had heard nothing back 7 hours later and got a different company that they had none of my information from my call at 4am.

$495 for a simple kitchen sink unclogging. Just outrageously expensive for such a minor repair. Was shocked. I know attorneys who charge less per hour.

Finally, a company I can trust with my heating and air conditioning needs! Alix Z. with Dallas Plumbing Company came to my home earlier this week to replace two major parts to my a/c unit. Since my unit was still under warranty, I was only charged labor (which was NOT costlyat all) and he only took less than 30 minutes to complete the job. The other company was going to charge me $248 for the part. I told him “no thanks…I will get another opinion”.Thank you Dallas Plumbing Company for your honesty and professionalism!

This was the second time I called DialOne for their service they were really thorough and fast in how to explained to me what troubles I have and jumped right into it and get it done . He did Excellent Job! He was very patient and got the job done and got the Atmos People Straight after they tried to Say I Had a Gas leak, and didn't have one, he was very Reasonable and didn't try to get over like most plumbers.

Pasqual was very informative and guided me in the right direction by recommending a water detection service and I now know what to do - wish I would of done this sooner.

Wade was outstanding! He went above and beyond to fix our issues, even recognized a potential future issue for us. He was easy to talk to and straight forward, gotta appreciate that.

I have used Milestone 3 times in the past year. Each time, their technicians have been courteous and knowledgeable. They even put me on a maintenance program that you pay approximately $20 per month and you get routine maintenance on all your systems at no charge and 15% off anything they need to do. I was very skeptical about this maintenance program, but they had someone call me and explain the value in more detail, which caused me to change my mind. On the first appointment to do a check and maintenance on my AC system, I was told about the things that needed to be done and it ultimately cost about $5,000. I let them go the work. The second time they came was to check my electrical system. This was a very concerning visit, as the technician pointed out all the issues and quoted me $26,000 to completely redo my electrical system in my house. At the very least, they told me I needed to spend at least $1,000 for protection. I cancelled my contract after this as I had another electrician look at it and quoted me a third of their price. Also, the gadget they had put in my AC that was supposed to save me money did not work as promised. My electric bills were higher this summer. I still had another appointment with them that I had forgotten about to check my heating system. Once again, it needed a new motor, which was going to cost over $2,000, or I could just get it repaired for $600, but this would be just a short-term fix as it would still need to be replaced later. Milestone has a great system and great people working for them. But, they have built this system by charging as much on each visit as they can to keep it going. Unfortunately, I won’t be using them again.
