Hooper Plumbing and Air conditioning is an great example Of a place you’d never want to work. The way people view it from the outside of the company (customers) it may be a great company that takes care of you. Which it is the men that work there are professionals and handle things in a professional manner but they are under paid and definitely unappreciated. The company cuts their employees hours and also pays their highest paid tech a lot less than you would think. They do not pay their employees for driving in between jobs and their employees do not get commission off of anything they sell you. Most of the employees do not go home with more than $1000 paychecks a week which is very ridiculous for the work that they perform and the stress that comes from the office throughout the week. After working there for 6 years I decided it was time for a change and nothing I just wrote above was a lie. I have proof (in pictures) of my hours being cut after I turned my invoices in the following day. I also have every single check stub I earned over the course of 6 years and my hours Hardly ever matched up with how many I actually worked. One week I got paid $418.18 and I am a licensed plumber who had worked over 40hours that week, I went to the bosses and told them about what was happening and it was “corrected”…. Until two weeks later when My check was wrong again. And that’s when I realized they are steadily taking money from their employees and acting like the victim when they are confronted about it. So before you use this company please think about the men that work there and what they go though on a daily basis dealing with thieving bosses and more stress than you can imagine. I dealt with it for 6 years.

I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best plumbing company in Dallas.

While the toilet did get fixed, the repairman came over two hours past the repair window then did not properly clean up after the toilet replacement. When spending $650, it would be nice to get a final mopping with cleaner when there was sewer water on the ground rather than a redumentary cleaning with paper towel with no cleaner.

This plumbing company told me the truth about my repairs and did not try to sell me on something that I did not need! This developed
trust and I will use them again.

AAA Auger is not truthful in giving scheduling information. I first called around 9:00 AM and scheduling lady inferred she had a plumber available and would call me back in “2-3 hours to let me know arrival time”. This went on and on over multiple calls from me telling her I had heard nothing back. Finally about 9:00 PM a plumber, Frederick, showed up. He was very polite, efficient, and got the drain cleared. I will probably NEVER call AAA again because of their delaying tactics in providing a genuine and truthful estimate of when a plumber can actually arrive.

Fantastic work, came out later in the evening for an emergency job to replace a leaking and broken water heater drain valve. Didn't overcharge like some of the big companies would and didn't try to force me to pay for or purchase anything that I didn't need. Jason was very personable and helpful, including educating us on the best steps moving forward to save us stress and money.

I was very impressed with the service Moses, plumber with Mr. Rooter provided last night. My two toilets was backed up and it was definitely a challenge. Moses was very quick and efficient in solving the problem. Kudos to him for being there after midnight fixing our toilets. Definitely made our lives easier.

Corey Walker installed a great new water filtration unit to my facet that in place of the one previously installed by another plumber at Milestone which was designed for an outside refrigerator. He installed the drinking water spout that I had originally ordered at no cost to me.He helped me avoid going through lots of red tape to get this issue resolved correctly.Corey arrived on time and had the work done very professionally.He is an asset to your company.
