Very professional, helpful, and friendly. We needed an AC return added to one side of our home and also wanted a look at our ac unit (for near future replacement). They were very nice and answered all of my questions. When they came for the estimate and the day of the job they were very thorough and did exactly what needed to be done. Thanks! Eric was the guy that made it out on a Sunday night after what was clearly a long day for him. Had service the prior Friday, but it turned out we needed the city to come out for their part. That was Saturday. Eric listened to the details, what was done Friday, what the city did, what was the remaining issue. Polite, kind, knowledgeable and willing to share tips to avoid future problems. Eric worked quickly and kept us informed of what was happening. This guy is a treasure.

Tony and David came out when were in a pinch, fixed the problem quickly and without having to replace a bunch of stuff. They came exactly on time. Will use them again!

This is a multigeneration family owned business and while I read the negative reviews from a few years ago, every time I have called them they have come quickly and fixed the AC or plumbing problem quickly. I began using them to fix what another ac guy did when he taped insulation around one of my pipes. Well it wasn't to the standards of the Dallas guy and he redid it free of charge.

Frederick was awesome! He came out and ran the snake to unclog the drain going out to the sewer. Great service and great attitude :-)

Put in a request for plumber to reinstall gas line from stove to gas pipe at the wall. Company called me first thing in the am saying they could have someone this morning. Technician showed up did the install and was very nice and easy to deal with. Fair price too!

BEWARE!!! Howard is an unethical plumber that never fixed a water heater that he was paid in advance over $600 to fix, that should have costs $50 in parts plus labor. Howard was not knowledgeable of hot water heaters or the electrical components required for installation. Howard sold me a stolen water heater that he knew would not work in my home and left with the money and stopped answering his phone. He also lied about how much he was owed for a reimbursement of parts that were never used because of the incorrect water heater that he brought. Howard is unprofessional as he does not arrive on time. We would agree to meet at 4:30 and each time he would arrive at my home after 9pm and always have an excuse as to why he was late. Howard comes off as a sincere person however it is all a scam to make you comfortable with him. I advise anyone to avoid doing business with him. I will be taking legal action against Howard and 3rd generation plumbing pros.

Kevin kite did a great job when he came out. He was very friendly and helpful. He was able to explain the issue I was having with my water heater and even informed me that it was from 2004.He was able to get it replaced and it was with a heater made in the USA which I really like. I will definitely be using mr rooter again. Thank you guys

This is the second time I have used Herndon McFarland. I had a sewer leak the first time and a cold water leak under the slab the 2nd time. Both times they were professional, responsive, quickly located the problem and performed a great job. I feel like I can trust them

I used the plumbing service. I did not see the DISPATCHER fee $99.00 as part of the service that I should be paying other than parts. labor, and taxes. I will go to other another reputable vendor.L still have other projects at my home. Retired senior.
