We had a gas leak coming out of the valve in our fireplace, we had several different plumbers come out and we picked Cody & Sons.These guys were great, professional, explained what needed to be done, we ended up paying what the estimate said we would, no extra charges or anything. They have obviously been well trained. Would definitely use them again.

I really hate to write bad reviews, however, for this particular company, I will make an exception. There are several reasons for this review… Shotty workmanship, property destruction, deception, and bullying toward elders.I live at a rent house and the property owner (really nice older gentlemen in his 80’s) hired me to remodel the bathroom. When I got to the plumbing area of the remodel, I asked the homeowner if he knew of a plumber that he would recommend. He told me that Hooper plumbing did work at his church and did a good job, so they were hired to do the small plumbing job needed for the remodel. I was installing a fiberglass shower and needed the drain pipe in the floor moved.Hooper plumbing came to the house and told me that they would be able to do the job in 1 afternoon and told me that it was “no big deal”. So, we agreed to a time and set the date.2 Guys showed up to my house and started the work. They had tools that didn’t work and had to use mine, they took several breaks, left several times to “get supplies”, and had no idea what they were doing. I had to show them how to do the basic job. They destroyed the floor in the wrong place trying to find the pipe, which made fixing the floor all that much harder. I had just finished hanging drywall, which they promptly destroyed. They dropped my new 750.00 shower pan and cracked it. Once the drain was relocated, they told me that they had other jobs to finish and LEFT A GIANT HOLE IN MY SLAB. Then they informed me that it was Friday and that they would not be returning until the following Tuesday.They finally sent 2 more people out to finish the job the following week.They sent the landlord a $2100 invoice. My landlord contacted them to inform them that the invoice they sent was totally unreasonable, and they bullied him into paying way more than the job was worth. I informed Hooper Plumbing that if he didn’t make it right that I was going to leave a bad review and the owner told me that he didn’t care. So here it is.Avoid this company at all costs!

24 Hour Emergency service is what I needed and could not find anyone else to help us.They came out and the price I was quoted over the phone was cheaper once he got to us. Thank god because I have a 3 year old and cant afford emergency plumbing repairs. The excellent customer service they showed was outstandng my 3 year old was a little scared but they showed him what was to be done and he went on to bed it was amazing! I couldnt get him to bed before that for anything. Thank you guys so much.

Mario and David from Roto Rooter came down to inspect my house plumbing and did their work in a highly professional manner. They took time to firstly inspect and advised me on the dos and don’t and things to look out for. Feeling satisfied finally there were no issues detected :)

Dallas Plumbing is good for basic things. Initially i called in to have a bidet seat and a shower (attached) installed. The team was courteous and scheduled me. There was no appointment confirmation but that's not a particular bother to me. The technician when he showed up was kind and he took one look and said, I don't know what to do with that, they'll have to calls someone else to do that. That isn't the service i expected. I expected better service or for the scheduler to have a better grasp of the tasks at hand. Feel free to use them, however be very explicit with what you need.

We used this company yesterday for the first time and they were prompt and very reasonable. Fred was very friendly and took time to explain everything and took care of the problem we will use them in future for all our plumbing issues.

Gabriel was very professional and explained everything clearly. He was honest and didn't try to sell services we didn't need. Also helped us realize we needed to do do tune up on heating and air.

We had a flooding emergency and Jason came out at 10pm on a Saturday to fix the issue. He was very friendly and explained the issue. Fixed the problem and gave is advice on what to do if it happens again.

Replacement HVAC system.New heat pump outside and new air handler in the attic. Professionally done with two guys who knew their trade! No cussing, no music, no trashing my house. They put drop clothes over my carpeted stairs and wore booties to cover their shoes. Very respectful to my wife and me.I used them to install some electrical work a couple months back and those two guys did an excellent job as well. I highly recommend Milestone!!
