Best Emergency Drain in Dallas TX

Unless you want to go 2 days without your heater and them they tell you it's your fault then dont call this company. Spoke with owner who was the rudest out of everyone I encountered. I paid them 205$ for 15 min of work to change a gas flex pipe on my water heater. The technician did not go in my attic to light my burner again for the heater to actually turn on. Now I have to leave work to meet them and no accommodation or apologies. Their leg to stand on is that they just had a another hvac tech to my house who noted down the year of my furnace. So he went off that instead of verifying what needed to be done. I'm convinced all their reviews are coerced with some sort of discount i was overcharged and received horrible service.

Ali and Forrest went above and beyond, after hours to unclog a sewer pipe!! It was not an easy task, but they refused to give up, they explained the process the entire way, and got the job done.

Outstanding service. Timely appointment and on-time arrival. Knowledgeable, professional, fair and reasonable. Highly recommend this plumbing company!

Dishwasher install

Reeves Family Plumbing is the best. I highly recommend them, our old house has had it's share of issues from irrigation to main line issues and Reeves always is able to see us same day when we really need them. They know our house, they remember us, it's really nice to see the same guys come out and check up on things. They are honest and fair and I feel like they care about getting the job done as well as letting us know exactly what is going on and what our options are.

Antonio was great. He was seemingly unfazed while I swore at him loudly about how much money Public Service Plumbers wants to charge to repair my water heater, which supposedly is still under warranty. He then apologized for the expense. Antonio, you’re fantastic! Public Service Plumbers, not so much.

These plumbers are very organized. They arrived at the specified time and said the issue was due to sediment buildup and it wasn't a big deal. The crew was well equipped and they flushed the pipe and informed me when the work was done. It was amazing.

William ewing showed up on time and was very helpful in explaining the process with me and my dad. Would highly recommend to anyone experiencing any water damage in their home or office.

Unsure why they have so many good reviews. I called yesterday at 9am, they said 3 hours and proceeded to call me until 7pm until they said it need to happen tomorrow. Called at 7am, then again at 10am saying they needed more time. I told them last night I was unavailable after noon. They won't schedule an appointment -- rather it seems like you're just expected to make yourself available for days at a time until they get around to you. Worse than the cable guy.

On a scale of 1 - 10, they've earned a solid 10 for services rendered and what I think about the business. Turnaround in getting the replacement parts needed was amazing--within 24 hrs. Thank you!

Took him about 30 minutes to unclog the drain and replace a drain plug (which I had on hand). He charges $375 to unclog any drain he said. $492 dollars was my total. Seems expensive.

Had Pure come to do sewer clean out at midnight. Uriel arrived within 30 minutes and had everything working agin in no time. I will definitely use them again!
The 24 hour availability is great when you have no showers or restrooms working for your family. They show up fast and do good work. Thanks again Uriel and Pure!

I never really do the review thing but I felt the need to this time. I have had 4 plumbing companies come out here to find the problem why my drainage system wasn't properly working. The plumbers that came outbefore told me that 1. I need all my pipes replaced. Then gave me an outrageous peice.2. They ran machine through my pipes and said I had a tree root and my pipes need to be replaced. 3rd plumber came and really didn't do anything for a hour and charged me 150 for doing nothing. The fourth came and said the exact same thing the first 2 plumbers told but this time with a higher price. I was about to give up. then a friend of mine told me she knows a great plumber who's reliable and very reasonable. I said to myself okay well could do any worse. So I called 3rd generation plumbing pros. Howard abruptly answer the phone it was very detailed and asking me questions of what was the problems. After about a 10-minute conversation with Howard he told me he knew exactly what was the problem. I laughed at him and said you're just going to tell me what the other for plumbers said to me. He laughed back and said no ma'am we don't cause the problems we fix the problems. So he showed up to my door Handsome guy may I add and proceeded to inspect the clog in my house. He explained to me what was going on but I really don't understand the plumbers language. So I said okay how much would it cost. He gave me a price that was unbelievable. In a good way. Howard was here no longer than 25 minutes and have my entire problem fixed. I then been said oh my God you have got to be kidding me. Long story short he is an amazing guy and the professionalism of his character is amazing. This will probably be the only testimony that I would ever do but 3rd generation to Howard the owner thank you with all my heart. You are very honest with me.
