Water heater had leakage and was out. I called Cody and Sons around 8:30 am for assistance. Evan was able to see me at 2:00. My new gas water heater was in place, fully operational by 5:30. Great service!!

Poor drivers. First the dude in the van was blocking the fast lane, then as his lane went away he ran a car off of the road. I hope they work better than they drive.. reply to owner. B.S. I offered to send a dash cam but you refused. I'm sure he is a great driver in your eyes as long as you ignore the bad driving. The driver that swerved save his a$$ and is the only reason one of your vans isn't totaled.

Chad from Accurate Leak is great. Very honest, showed up on time, and provided a timely report. I had a previous plumber out to check the lines for a foundation warranty transfer, the previous plumber indicated that I may have a sewer line leak. Chad showed up and tested the home and found out that only the clean out pipe (used by the plumbers to check the pipes) had a crack in it. No issues with any of the lines underneath the foundation. Chad went above and beyond...saving me a lot of money!

Working with Dallas Plumbing Company was a horrible experience. The technician arrived late, couldn't fix the issue. They had to come back two more times, still wasn't able to fix the issue. I Called the management, they never called back. I used another company who took care of the issue on their first visit. I can honestly say that dealing with Dallas Plumbing was one of the worst experiences ever.

Travis was knowledgeable and diligent. Explained what the issue was and took care of it. Appreciate Andrea as well for keeping us informed on a such a hectic day. Would recommend to everyone.

I don't usually write reviews and this one is about a month late. However, Matthew was so great I have to write this review. Like lots of people here, our pipes burst during the winter storm back in February and it was just a mess. Matthew was professional, figured out the problem, and had it fixed in no time. He walked us through what he was going to do and made sure everything was clear. Thanks Matthew for being awesome, and even providing a laugh or two that made this whole winter storm experience much less stressful! I know I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

Aaron Voegele came by to perform a routine checkup and an enzyme treatment on our two AC units. During his inspection, he noticed that one of the UV lights was not optimally placed and growth was building on the motor housing. He moved the lamp and got us all fixed up. I have use this company for years. They are always on time and do great work. They seem to know all the problems we have with the homes built in The Colony. I have given out their phone number to several people that are now calling the company when they having plumbing problems.

Very fair & honest. Worked with me to understand the problem, what caused it & discussed the options. They then performed the replacement/repair that same day. Would definitely recommend A-Star.

Phantom Plumbing was outstanding. They came to fix a broken pipe in my home the same day I called. The service was speedy and professional. The price was fair, and they didn't leave until I was satisfied. They sent me an electronic invoice and I easily paid by credit card. I would definitely use them again.
