I have worked with Cody and Sons on a number of occasions and as usual, they did an excellent job. Adarius and Jonathan were the experts on-site and both were very polite and professional and were very skilled in completing the job. I had them install a new kitchen faucet and ensure all connections were leak free. They did an excellent job with ease. Next I had them troubleshoot a suspected blockage causing water to backup from our washing machine outlet into our half bath. They did an excellent job of determining root cause, provided a solid resolution and made some plumbing changes that will ensure that we will not have this problem again. Came out and were upfront with my issues, fixed the problem and were quick. When a good plumber is harder and harder to find, these guys did a good job and seemed very straight forward. Even apologized for being a bit off with scheduling. Recommend for business and residential needs.

They took care of my AC when it broke down. I called around 4:30 on a Thursday afternoon and the manager answered the phone and said he could have someone out the next day. I received an email that they were on their way just a few minutes later. They arrived on time, quickly found the problem with a bad capacitor, changed it out, and were ready to go in no time at all. I got an email with pictures and explanations of what they did. I've had great experiences with Hooper Plumbing & Air Conditioning so far, including signing up for regular maintenance service. I highly recommend them.

Like many others, we found ourselves with a broken pipe due to the freeze. We contacted Reeves and were able to get someone out the next day. Two courteous and professional men arrived and made quick work of the repair. They were masked, and even used plastic covers on their shoes to keep from tracking the snow into the house. Reeves has my highest personal recommendation.

I am so thankful I found the website and phone number for AAA Auger in Dallas! I highly recommend them! I was needing to find a really good and thorough plumber that would not give up and could get this sewer line clear again, because I had already paid 2 other plumbers that couldn't get it done, sadly. This was rental property with tenants with only one bathroom and that makes life very difficult when nothing works in your bathroom! This needed to get fixed fast! This company sent out Frederick and he is our HERO! He worked so hard to get this done and he is a wonderful, caring gentleman! My goodness! After searching for an emergency plumber to come out on a Sunday, having someone almost immediately respond to our appointment request was such a relief. Daron I showed up as soon as his other jobs were completed, and got us fixed up so quickly. His calming demeanor was wonderful during a stressful leaky situation. He not only turned off the water, replaced our leaky valve, made sure our water, pressure and temperature were sufficient, he did it all with wonderful customer service, and a smile throughout. Finding a company with great technicians that are so pleasant seems like a rarity these days, and we will now be customers for life!
