So glad I got a second opinion with Metro Flow. They came out and solved my problem on the spot for $200 dollars when another company had recommended a much more invasive fix for $2,000. They were knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. Definitely going back when I have more plumbing needs.

We had a Saturday plumbing leak and had called 8 other companies! No one was available until at least Tuesday! Blake was super responsive and was going to get our problem taken care of by the end of day. I have used Reeves since 2006 not for only for plumbing work, but also for gas work. The estimate Reeves quoted for hooking up my new gas dryer a few years ago seemed reasonable (same price as Lowes quoted), but since I had parts from the old dryer, the Reeves tech charged me less than the minimum rate for a service call; it took him just a few minutes to complete the work.

In search of helpwith an interior water leak causing damage to hardwood flooring, I called this company and was amazed at the valuable time and advice. We had a flooding emergency and Jason came out at 10pm on a Saturday to fix the issue. He was very friendly and explained the issue. Fixed the problem and gave is advice on what to do if it happens again.

Uriel Arriaga came out to clean our washing machine drain line. He was courteous and very professional, exactly the type of service tech you want to use. He assessed the situation quickly and presented us with different options to solve the problem. He worked quickly, cleared the drain and was on his way. This is my second experience with this company and both have been highly satisfactory.
